Doors do not seal and could & should be a lot more secure. 1/8inch gap after adjusting it as much as we could. Works as a good A/C in the winter or heater in the summer Edit: As seen in the picture, your name is on the push label, as well as on all of the glass doors we have.Who in the office should I call to try to get this resolved?

We had out front door glass broken out a couple of weeks ago and from the time Chad came out to measure to the time they had it fixed was 1 1/2 hours. They were very quick and really nice. I hope I dont have to but if I do they will be the only place I will use from here on out. I really appreciate their service and quick response time. I 100% recommend Lewis Street Glass.

I called Lewis St Glass out in July 2023 to have one window re-glazed. They broke my window in the process. While they did eventually replace the window, they had to reschedule the replacement several times because on THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS they broke the window they were scheduled to install. In the end it took them 6 reschedules, 3 broken windows and 5 long months to replace one single window. This company had a good reputation at one time but it s clear they ve gone downhill and do not have any competent, skilled workers left.

They're busy so it took awhile to get my window replaced, but it was amazing watching them install the new window. They cleaned up after themselves too. Yes, I would recommend them.

I called before bc I was in a hurry and paid over the phone. When I got there they were super accommodating and I was in and out within 2 minutes. They even offered to bring my window out to my car. Very friendly staff

Lewis Street Glass - Family Owned & Operated. Trusted & Reliable! Years of Experience with Great Value too! My store was Burglarized and Lewis Street Glass was able to get the new glass ordered and my door back together with a new handle in a reasonable time frame. My store is all cleaned up and ready as new!! Amazing how Glass makes you feel Safe again.

Great service. Replaced the windshield in our 87 S-15. No other local shop was interested due to the age. They are not afraid of any challenge. Reasonable price too.All it took was a phone call. Wasn't forced to use an app to schedule an appointment.They have earned all my business.Great job!

This place is great. Am going to put some glass in 3 tabletops. They were able to put a hole in the mirror glass that I needed for a model I was building. Ended up winning the local model contest. Model bases count!

They did a great job installing the shower door. There was a delay with getting the door due to covid, but they kept me up to date from coming out to measure, to day of installation.

I have dealt with this business for many years, everything from large mirrors to curved glass. They are always very friendly and professional. They do quality work at reasonable prices. I highly recommend them.

Lewis Street Glass was great to work with! We had our window busted out in OKC on a Saturday and by Monday they had something for us. We live an hour away so we came in on Tuesday to get it fixed. Got it fixed and we are ready to go! There is but one reason this establishment is the oldest glass company in Wichita and that's excelance!! I called on Wed at 4:30 when people are ready to go home ,not this place they took the time to fit me in that next morning !!! No getting on their shedual they catered to mine. My windshield had started to crumble n lol shards on my dash ,very dangerous to my health but they didn't know that they just fit me in and replaced it in a matter of hours!!! They also beat four or five other companies in price by $45/$50 which means a lot to someone older on a budget. But I would of waited for their convenous on that fact alone n didn't have too. They also estimated the time it would take to four hour , no they were finished in three hours!!! Excellence in every aspect.!!!! Go see them first with any needs ,they will take good care of you. And while your waiting go see the Door dah Rest. a block away you'll be very happy there too.

Our phoned questions were answered by very knowledgeable employees. Check in was quick and easy. The price was less than half that was quoted by a national company. The product and installation are excellent.The smooth clear windshield was very appreciated when caught in a heavy rainstorm two days after installation!Shop local every chance we get!

My car was broken into and they smashed my back passenger window. Called Lewis Street Glass on Monday morning at 8 and they said they could get the window to their shop around 10:30. They called me about 10:30 saying the window was in. I brought the car in at 11, they took the key, and the car was done by noon! All for $150, half the cost of what I had estimated from the officer that took my break-in report.Staff was nice and helpful! Very pleased with my experience here.

Though Lewis Street glad away unable to help me with my water/rain leak repair, I have used their services before, and was treated with respect and the business was competitively priced. I will use them again.

I cannot rate this place because of my experience with them was very positive and they let me drop the car off the night before and so we didn't have to get up in the morning. They were very friendly, smiling, professional and nice people. I don't know about the quality of work because I didn't pick the car up, I'm. I just dropped it off but it looked like it was fine to me and the quality work the price was very low the office was clean. But I happen to do this on the full moon and something happened that may have had nothing to do with that place. So I can't say anything other than what I said. I don't know what happened I have no absolutely no idea what happened but it was on the full moon, I have no I have absolutely no idea what the issue was. But it didn't happen there and it happened elsewhere.

Great prices, I went to Hopper's glass first because it was a lot closer to the job site, only to have them tell me, after I'd already payed, that they didn't have anyone in the back and that they were about to close, so the three panes of glass I'd ordered wouldn't be ready until the following day. So I went to Lewis Street Glass, which is where I normally go, and ordered the same three panes of glass, and was charged less than half of what Hopper's had charged me.

I recently had to get some small glass panels cut to replace the broken ones in my Fusion Powered Interdimensional Door Device (patent pending) that were unfortunately destroyed by a giant humanoid squirrel named "Barry" from an alternate dimension. Just a FYI: don't ever trust a smooth talking squirrel man who says he's just looking to buy some walnuts. After calling several different "glass shops", I started seeing a trend as EVERY single one I called recommended Lewis Street Glass (no joke). I only called around because Lewis Street was farther from me than I really wanted to drive, but after so many good endorsements I decided to go anyway. I'm glad I did. Lewis Street Glass were extremely accommodating. They were quick (cut my panels in 10 minutes), were inexpensive, did fantastic work, and had the best collection of People magazines I have EVER seen in a waiting room. Great business. Great customer service. No matter the size or scope of your glass needs, call them first. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. Also, if you're reading this, arm yourselves, and buy all the walnuts you can. The giant humanoid squirrel man invasion is upon us (thanks a lot, Barry).

Recently had a piece of glass hand cut for a custom coffee table, two custom mirrors made, and purchased a set of sliding shower doors. Prices were good. Everything was done when they said it would be. And above all, the service I received from Janie was greatly appreciated!

Terrible customer service. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt and see things with a "glass half full" perspective. They were supposed to replace both sides of one of our windows in our home. Our neighbor was paying for one side and we were paying for the other. We scheduled the install date. They called and moved it up a few days which was not a problem. At this time they let us know that payment would be due at time of service and that our neighbor had already given them payment for their portion. The employee showed up with only enough glass to do 1 side of the window. We called their office and they did not apologize and were very curt, almost rude. They said that they had never ordered the other side and we would need to order it in to do it. Prior to calling it would not have been a big deal, but they did not take ownership of their error and even implied it was somehow our fault. Almost made me wish I was calling a foreign customer support line. At least they would apologize or make some effort to be courteous and responsive.

I went to have glass cut 1 day. It was one price. I went to cut the same amount ant thickness again, next day, and the price was 33% higher!! Caution:Ask for a firm price before you order!

I got a chip on my windshield Friday afternoon. I called to schedule an appointment and to my surprise they worked on Saturday until 1pm. I was able to schedule a Sat appt at 10. They fixed the chip and had me on my way in good time. The chip repair was very reasonably priced. Thank you Lewis Street Glass.
