I have good side roadside assistance. I broke down just passed a tollbooth on I 35 north at the Kansas/Oklahoma state line. Kidd s towing showed up as soon as they received the information from good Sam. There s no exit where I was so the driver had to go south, about 15 miles and make an exit to come back up to the tollbooth. Once he arrived and greeted me, he quickly winched my Truck onto his flatbed and secured it. This took less than 15 minutes and we were on our way to Wichita, about 40 miles north The driver was professional, polite, and congenial. He delivered my vehicle exactly where I had asked them to. I had to fill out no paperwork, and he just shook my hand and said, thank you for the opportunity to serve you. Great service!

Very prompt! The driver was courteous and very knowledgeable about his craft. Carefully loaded my car, hauled it directly to the destination, unloaded it and helped push it into the bullpen.I hope I don t need them again, but if I need towed, I ll be using them again!

Spoke with Brian H of Kidd s Towing service. He was friendly, quick and professional with the job he did for me! I attempted to tip him, but he respectfully declined. Definitely recommend their services!! Thanks again Brian!! A++

Probably one of the best experiences I've had with roadside help I had a flat and it took about 30 minutes for the guy to get there no problem I wasn't going anywhere anytime soon anyways. I would actually say with my experience the service wasn't great it was pretty outstanding and that gentleman was the nicest polite person. I cannot remember his name but if he needs a raise get that boy a raise he deserves it.

Huge thanks to Brian H from coming and scooping my truck off of the highway this morning. He was quick, friendly and got it handled quickly! I highly recommend them for anytime your day goes sideways.

Brian H. was great. Very knowledgeable and courteous. He paid attention to details. They were towing our 1972 C10 pickup. He was careful handling it. His assistant Austin was courteous and helpful as well.Highly recommend Kidds for towing.

Told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour. It's now going on close to an hour and a half and when I called dispatch to ask them what was taking so long they informed me that the driver was behind and still on a previous call and the driver would call me. I still have no call from the driver. I'm also paying a lot of money that I really can't afford for this tow so not only do I have to an expensive tow bill but I also have a company that can't get their drivers to show up on time. I could have called another tow truck service and maybe got a better rate and a better time. After reading other reviews kids tow services had issues keeping and maintaining appointments it appears, I wish I would have known that before I called them.*Update. After an hour and a half I never did hear from dispatch or the tow truck driver. I ended up canceling my appointment with them and call TNT tow. They gave me a better rate and better time.

Amazing service from the moment they answered the phone. Brian H. arrived within a half hour and carefully loaded our vehicle. Great communication throughout and notified us immediately upon arrival to the dealership. We will absolutely use Kidds towing again for our towing needs.

Brian H is the man you want if you need a tow. Very professional and courteous throughout the whole tow process. Brian also explained every step of the process involved in towing my vehicle and the reason behind why things were happening. I never once had a concern about my vehicle with Brian. I will use Brain for any other towing needs I have.

GEICO Road Service dispatched Kidd's Towing to respond to my dead battery, and I'm really glad they did! My service technician quickly and accurately determined my charging system was fine, but my old battery was finished. He got me jumped and on my way to Auto Zone for a new one.

Very unhappy with service. When I paid for the service up front over the phone I was told a driver would be here in under 60 minutes. We are going on 2 hours and still no driver. I call the office after about 75 minutes and was told the driver would be here in 15. 20 minutes later the office called saying it will be another 30 minutes. The drive has to drop off another car before coming to me. It 4 degrees outside. If you weren t b going to be here like originally stated why lie to me and take a payment. I could of used someone else to tow. Poor customer serviceUpdate after talking to the gal in the office and being told that the driver is only a few minutes away the driver calls and says it will be an hour or so. I don t understand lying to a customer especially one sitting in the freezing cold waiting for tow service.Super expensive service pitiful service!

The service was excellent. Both Joe and Kyle were very professional. Kyle was not able to tow my car but he explained why. He did call Joe and he was able to tow it. Brad H. was a true professional. We own a 1953 Cadillac Series 62 antique vehicle. Raising the back end of the car was a challenge to get on the flat bed truck due to wheel covers coupled with other aspects about the cars design that aren't used in current designs. Not a scratch, dent or otherwise after the pickup or drop off of the vehicle. We will use Brad H. and Kidd's towing for any of our towing needs should they arise in the future for the antique Cadillac.

Genuinely the WORST place I have ever had experience with. The driver misplaced my keys and when I called to locate them I was told a supervisor would call me in a week?! When I expressed my frustration the call center employee and her manager sighed and threw a fit about doing their job. I would HIGHLY recommend you take your business elsewhere!!!

I ve worked with towing companies in the past who have treated me less than either because I asked too many questions, or just didn t seem to value the customer experience. Kidd s was so incredibly patient and kind and thorough. Just, wow.

Kidds helped us get my friends car which had over heated on the high way and needed towing from on highway 54 15 minutes outside of Goddard to Wichita. They were fast and up front with cost. Bad thing tho they didn t tell us that only 2 people could fit in the tow car so i had to call an uber.

Brian H. Was the driver, he went above and beyond to help us move a 1935 antique car. Very difficult move due to rear wheels being locked up, he got it done. Always have had good service and fast response from Kidd s towing. Highly recommend.

Great service from the 1st phone call to the guys towing the vehicle. We had a guy being trained and he did a great job also fast service, our truck was picked up and dropped off within an hour of us calling. Thank you!

Brian H did an awesome job! He was so friendly and went above and beyond to help us! He offered to stop at a convenience store to let us get drinks and use the restroom since we d been sitting in the heat for an hour. He dropped our vehicle off at a dealership and then took us to the car rental place. He made a terrible situation a lot better by being so kind. This happened on a Sunday evening before the 4th of July. Thank you Brian H and Kidd Towing for being so accommodating!Service: Car towing
