Thank you Scott for letting me in at the last hour on a Friday, and saving me $$$hundeds from a dealership by repairing my mirror. My Gucci tape wouldn't have lasted all weekend. I'm so happy to be close to such a honest and reliable autoshop. You have a customer for life.

I have been to many mechanics throughout my life and have never had as GOOD of an experience as I have with Scott at Kessler. He is honest, hardworking, thorough, attentive, and genuinely cares about his customers. He s reasonably priced and really goes the extra mile - truly ONE OF A KIND! I highly recommend!!!!

Absolutely top notch! Scott was amazing. He took care of my vehicle issue on a last minute notice, listened to my concerns and had the vehicle completed as soon as he could.Would 100% recommend Kessler Automotive. Now I know why our whole family has been going here for many years. Both shops are definitely outstanding.

Good service as always. I told them what I was told was wrong, they recommended doing the diagnostic check just to be sure. So glad I did, because that was not what was wrong. I would of spent double the money to get my car fixed. They do excellent work and was even done sooner then I expected.

They called and kept me up to date on what my car needed. Didn't take them long once they were able to start on repairs. Will definitely use them again if my car breaks down in wichita.

Had my oil changed with Kessler Automotive and had a great experience. Was in and out in 20 minutes. Staff was friendly and honest. It was a bit expensive but what isn't right now. Will definitely go back.

I paid $650 for a new radiator and now I'm having the SAME problem, but they want to charge me AGAIN to diagnose it.

Fast service, but highly overcharged the cost of the parts. Guy was wearing an AutoZone hat, and there's one across the street, so I'm assuming the parts came from them. Retail price is $299 for my fuel pump (invoice lists part number), Hembree's charged me $528 PLUS labor of installing it. I understand an upcharge, so they can make more money, but over $220 mark up is insane, especially when they already get discounted parts (no, they don't pay retail even!).When I called to ask about the upcharge, Glenn said "it's just part of business."Upcharging that much is part of bad-business, Glenn.I've came here before, several times, but won't be coming back, i'd suggest you take your hard earned cash elsewhere.Edit 2023: Since the transition from Hembrees to Kessler is complete, I decided to give them another shot, and I can't express how much better Kessler's team is compared to Hembrees! Scott is an excellent guy, thanks so much!

Tim, Glenn and Aaron are professional and honest mechanics. Their work is first class and they made sure they got my pickup repaired on schedule so I could fulfill my plans for the weekend. I highly recommend them

I don't know how they're getting these people to lie for them the ones on Meridian they car salesman sent me to them so heat they can verify the car was good all they did was Lie they did some work on the car and still lied to me after keeping it for the weekend I would not recommend these people to fix a bicycleServices: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenanceServices: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

Worked for them for a two year period around 2008ish. I have worked for numerous auto shops and have owned my own for 4 years now and can safely say that Tim is the most honest person I have ever dealt with in my decade of automotive experience.

I have had my truck there and referenced alot of my friends there had have no issues what so ever completely trust these guys keep up the good work. it's hard to find honest mechanics these days and I have to say they are !!

My transmission suddenly quit shifting or moving after a few minutes of driving, ( it has a LIMP MODE, THAT RESETS THE TRANSMISSION AFTER YOU SHUT IT OFF FOR A FEW MINUTES, ) I took it to them to find out what was going on. They called the next day and wanted to talk to me about the truck. They told me that the transmission needed to be completely rebuilt, and would cost me, $ 2500.00 ppllluuussss ++++ TTAAXXX, REALLY !!!!! :/ NO WAY....
