Joe was extremely helpful in getting me a replacement part for my nephews power wheels jeep in time for Christmas, even though as a service center he received no revenue from me in having done so as the part was covered under warranty. A true professional, next time I need work done on my real car I know exactly where I ll be going!

These guys saved my bacon on vacation. Came out from my hotel to find my truck with a flat tire on the very last leg of my trip home. These guys opened just a little bit early and came in to work a little bit early to help fix the flat. They were very nice and I wouldn't have gotten home on time without them.

I came across this business by chance after blowing a tire and then seeing them nearby. I m so thankful I found them. They were able to get the exact tire I needed from their other location and have me back on the road very quickly. They also gave me a ride to my work while the tire was being fixed. Thank you so much!

The team here is always great. Joe is super helpful and the work is done in a timely manner. This time they are putting new tires and wheels on a boat trailer.

Great mechanics, low pricing. I brought 06' Scion Xb for waterpump . Work was done same day, as they said it would. Offered a ride home, and pick up. Would definitely bring my car back and suggest to others.

Had a nail in my tire on 11/5/22 during a quick weekend trip from Denver, and Joe and team were extremely friendly and helpful. Joe turned a pretty stressful situation into a highlight of the trip. Very highly recommended.

Diligent in finding a leak in my tire - it took several attempts but I think they've found the source. And NO CHARGE for each extra visit, they kept at it till they got it right. Excellent service, its busy so best to leave the car and go take a walk.

We ve purchased 4 sets of tires from Karl s Tire in the last year. Joe is always helpful in finding a quality, budget friendly option in tires for all our cars. He and his team have always done a great job getting us back on the road quickly. I ve even been able to wait on a complete set of tires with an alignment. I highly recommend them to everyone!!

I truly cannot say enough good things about Karl's. We learned of Karl's because they are a Carmax warranty partner. My daughter has used them for warranty work before and they were so good for her. She has also used them for oil changes and tire issues since because she is so impressed with them. They gave her a ride on one of the days and had a loaner vehicle for her for one of the repairs that was going to take longer, which was so helpful for her and practically unheard of for shops anymore. The warranty allows for a rental but not until after the diagnosis is complete, so the loaner was very helpful for her.I recently came to Wichita to buy a vehicle for my son. We found one at a small dealership, but wanted to get it checked out before we bought it. I thought of Karl's and gave them a call to see if they might be able to look at it. They squeezed it in even though it was close to their closing time and gave it a VERY thorough inspection, putting it up on the rack and going over everything carefully. They then had us come out to the bay and showed us everything they found. This was amazing because it helped me understand everything. He explained it in a way that even someone who knew absolutely nothing about cars could understand. Then they documented everything for me to take back to the dealership. They did all this for a very small charge. Most places would have charged way more for as thorough as they were.I was able to take this written documentation back to the dealership and get them to agree to fix the items that Karl's found. Because they were fixing them in house at the dealership, we then took the vehicle back to Karl's after the fact for them to verify that the work was done properly. Again, they did an extremely thorough job with only a very small fee. There was one item on the list that the dealership had not done. Not only did Karl's document this for me, they printed out a sheet with a photo of the part needed, looked up the part number that needed to be ordered, hand wrote the part number on the printout, and let me know the price of the part to tell the dealership. When I got back to the dealership, they had originally misunderstood what was needed, so the printout was EXTREMELY helpful and allowed them to order the part and get it on while I was still in town that day.Karl's went so above and beyond what they had to and did it happily with a smile on their face. I trust them implicitly and they will get every bit of my family's business any time we need anything done while in the Wichita area. You absolutely cannot go wrong using them for your vehicle needs.

Thanks to Joe the owner and his knowledgeable certified mechanics my older model car is still running fine after 11yrs. I can get in anytime I call whether an emergency or routine car needs. They keep you informed on the process of the work being done. Their always ready to help, I will continue to go to Karl's Goodyear for all my auto needs. Joe the owner is the best and always greets you with a smile. They will even provide you with a ride to your destination if needed and pick you back up when your car is ready.

Joe and the whole team was great. We got a bunch of nails in our tire while traveling and we were back on the road within 2 hours. Ignore the Firestone next door, they re just looking for a buck.

Awesome service. I needed a tire patched, and realized i never got my lug lock back from my previous tire place. I agreed to pay for removal for two. They said it was so easy to get off, they removed all 4 at no charge. Very friendly and decent price.

Staff are friendly and do there best to please every customer. I had a complaint and Joe reach out to me to make it right. Talk to Richard today and made things right. I'll be bringing them my business and I'll be recommending them

I am a little biased because I worked for the owner 10 plus years ago. But since that time he has gotten better mechanics and the work they do is awesome. Priced reasonably, and he always tries to work with you concerning the work to be done, the time frame to do it in, how to go about paying for the services provided, and also whether or not you need transportation to and from work/home while your vehicle is in the shop.

Was super impressed with the service I received today at Karl's! They had great customer service, got my car in with little notice, got me to and from work, were extremely reasonably priced, and even took the time to explain some things to me! Joe was fantastic to work with. Definitely earned my business!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! The overall degree of knowledge, along with the no-pressure attitude made me very willing to have my vehicle serviced there. They do all types of service at a great price and when I asked them to check on a noise I have been hearing, they reported back with what the trouble was and never pressured me if I wanted it repaired. The work was done quickly, well under the hour that they quoted me. If you're in the need of any auto service, I would highly recommend Karl's!

I had two flat tires in a row, after recently buying all new tires and getting ripped off on my road hazard warranty somewhere else, and I'm so glad I came to Karl's Downtown! They have been beyond helpful and kind, including helping make sure we got our 5 year old to swim class on time! They were ridiculously considerate of my situation, and helped me work through the problems until we found the best solution for us and my budget. They made sure we are safe, and we are now covered by warranty, and I wouldn't want to take my car anywhere else. Joe and Richard are the best. Thank you Karl's!

They are very knowledgeable and very fast service. I cannot say enough nice things about them! Friendly staff and just wonderful people who are so helpful. I recommend them highly. They took care of me and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Go see them for your auto needs.

I too echo the positive experiences shared by previous customers. Today is my 3rd trip to Karl's for repair work and each time has been speedy, fairly priced, etc. They are very courteous, are able to explain the most complex issues on a "layman's" level and are not pushy in trying to add more work to what you have requested.

The owner seems very nice and knowledgeable. The actual mechanics I am disappointed in, as I had asked them to make sure I had tightened the spark plugs tight enough. Now, months later come to find out they did not double check as I had asked them to. Now I have to replace another set of spark plugs. A waste of my time and money, very disappointed. Unfortunately I do not recommend this shop.

Came in on short notice and was helped immediately. The staff, more specifically Joe, was very courteous as well as thorough and informative. He took the time to run through multiple pricing options without pushing for an upsale. The actual service was completed in a timely manner. Will definitely recommend to others.

Nothing more stressful than car/tire problems on a family vacation... not this time! Within 1 hour, Karl s Tire made us feel welcome, gave me a ride to our hotel, picked me up at our hotel, and fixed our leaking tire. Any tire place can fix a leak - these guys go beyond. Thanks for all your help and getting me right back to family time!

A couple weeks ago my property was stolen from my car by an employee of Goodyear. They said that they can't do anything about it because there is no evidence and they are not reliable when they are reliable they have cameras all over that building Except for the building that has the blue wall facing the street by the building sign. My stuff that was stolen out of that car Is highly expensive due to the content. The manager himself said that he would give me a $100. They said it was probably stolen by a homeless. I know for sure that it was not a homeless person because they would it tookin the groceries as well that was left in the car too. This place is the worse to go to. Do not trust anybody there including the manager. The fact that I have i learning disability and that I'm disabled. Makes it so much worse that a employee would go steal from me. It's also suspicious that 1 of the employs went into the car to go fine light bulbs were they have a shop full of accessories for cars then he made mess of the car papers and belongings thrown all over the place and one of their tools was left in the car but this person did not know that he dropped it in the car. Those shoes meant the world to me because no one had them One of the shoes was given to me by my cousin who is dying and all they can offer is a $100. This place is the worse I suggest that you don't go here Because if your stuff gets stolen they're not gonna have any proof because they have no cameras on a certain wall.

This is the only place I will take my car. They are honest and their prices are fair. They always do good work and if there is a problem Joe makes it right. I recommend them to all my friends.

Place takes my truck say they can do alighnment and install a leveling kit on my truck keep it over night then say they can't do it. Wasted my time I could have brought someplace else yesterday now I'm out stuck on a Saturday with nobody open to do the job. Not very professional they should know what they can fit in their alighnment rack.

They are polite professional and very helpful they are very busy so be prepared for a little wait but they offer rides and loaner cars even if you need it. I spent a little more than I expected to but I don't mind because the customer service was excellent.

UPDATE: JOE reached out to resolve the issue, which was great but far from the service date. He offered to reimburse for the mix up which is great. The thing that I'am still hung up on is the guy that was working the desk that day, had no reasoning. The first sentence out of his mouth was requesting if I wanted the tires taken off to squash the entire deal. Joe stated not a lot of tires stores don't mount "carried in" tire but, Meineke does and there was no mix up with pricing. Moving my post from 1 star to a 2 star just for Joe's attempt.Karls was able to get me in and worked me quick but the service was Awful!! I called Karls and Meineke for pricing on 2 tires mount and balance. Karls was $15 and Meineke was $20. Went to Karls this morning for both my tires to be mounted. My bill was 60 plus dollars. Before offering a discount the desk guy offered to take the tires off... then I told him just to leave them on and he took $10 off.. worst tire shop I have used.
