Kansas Tow Company was very helpful and their communication was great. They were friendly, fast and came on time; on Christmas night! Austin stopped and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and our situation, from AAA and how best to get us home.. then Dave was assigned to our call and Dave was a very friendly guy and great worker, took great care of my Truck. Had the cab warmed up and he got us all home with my truck safe and sound! Merry Christmas and thanks so so much! Saved Christmas and we really appreciate you all!

My son went into a steep ditch during the snow storm this morning. Ed with Kansas tow did a great job getting the car out. Very happy with their service

The service was amazing. The tow truck serviceman Dave was prompt & courteous. He took great care in loading my vehicle onto the rear of his vehicle & making sure it was secure for transport to the Auto Repair facility that I needed it transferred to. Dave also assisted in jump-starting the batteries of two of my other vehicles while here for which I greatly appreciate as they both had zapped batteries due to the past few months worth of cold & not having been driven due to dealing with family issues. Again I am very satisfied with the services that Dave provided me & my family

I really appreciate how Dakota help us. He was great with commutation, and brought my vehicle back right where I asked him to. Polite and friendly. Highly recommend driver! Thank you

I had a GREAT experience with Carey as my roadside assistance help. They had told me over the phone that it would possibly take up to 2 hours to respond to my request and he showed up within 20 -25 minutes of the original call. He did a great job at changing the tire and getting the donut put on and getting me on my way. Thank you, Carey!!

Kansas tow Co was very helpful and considerate. Dave was there on time, called when he was heading my way, like I was told that he would. He was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the process to me. I can safely say that my loyalty for a towing co before and after this has changed forever. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs a tow and I will always use Kansas tow company whenever the need arises. From the girl that took my request for a tow on the phone to Dave doing the tow I was VERY happy with the service that I got and will continue to utilize the company whenever needed.

Jeremy was great! He was timely on his response to our house and kept me posted on his expected ETA. He was very nice, professional and had our vehicle loaded quickly! We would definitely recommend him again!

David was the best!!! The only tow to come to us and move my husband s mustang with missing wheels!!! He was very informative and very funny. It was stolen from our home almost two weeks ago. My husband contacted four other towing companies before David became our hero! The other companies made my husband wait over four hours while I was stranded at work, then told him they wouldn t move it without us purchasing new rims and tires in order for them to tow it. My husband and I are extremely grateful and so happy that David came around 10 pm and got everything done in only two hours! That s including us needing to drive up to where the car was , then driving 20 minutes to our home! Thank you Kansas towing company and the biggest thanks to David for being our hero.

Dave did a great job I was very satisfied with his professional and efficient work. It was late, cold' and on the turnpike. He wasted no time and we were on the road and home. I was extremely happy with the service he supplied. We'll done Dave.

Dave arrived promptly and at the stated time. He was able to look at my tire to determine a rock was lodged behind the wheel cap which was making a terrible grinding noise. Turns out I did not even need to have the car towed. Fantastic service and Dave was polite and courteous through the whole process.

I was very satisfied with prompt service & Dave's ability to quickly diagnosis my problem & jump my car where my attempt to jump it did not work! I always have peace of mind calling on AAA because they send qualified & helpful professionals like Dave!

I was very pleased with the towing I received from David with KS Tow Co. I didn't actually meet him because we had to leave the vehicle on the highway to go home. But he called me several times to let me know where he was throughout the process of getting my car - from his being on the way to the car, picking it up, his starting to head back to Wichita and then approximate time of being at the apartment and asking where I wanted it parked. I would use their service again but hopefully won't need it!

Edward was a very kind caring person. Heck he even helped me up into the cab. He was very professional very very polite. And I was about to tell him which exit to go to and he already knew," I come here quite often."I enjoyed chatting with him as he drove down the highway. I really do appreciate him and I the young lady that was on dispatch very kind

My whole experience with Kansas Tow was great. I had called other companies and Kansas Tow not only how to lower price but they didn't charge me extra because my car couldn't go into neutral without being overridden. Carey came out and tried to jump my car first just in case it just needed good jump. ( We weren't able to jump it ourselves because the car was parked in the garage and couldn't get it into neutral) Carey was positive and super professional.

We had a starting issue with one of our vehicles, we called AAA and they sent out Carey from Kansas Tow Company. Professional is an understatement. Not only did he get my vehicle started, he diagnosed the cause of the issue and in a manner I could understand myself. Very outstanding service and timely. 10/10 would recommend!

We contracted for a tow through AAA when.my son's car broke a ball joint and couldn't be driven.The response time was much shorter than the dispatcher said it would be.The driver was very friendly, efficient, and professional. He treated my son's beat up old car very carefully and was able to unload it into our garage with no trouble.Overall this was a simple, quick, and easy end to a bad situation for us.

I had a great experience with Kansas Tow Company. The driver, Andrew, was a pleasant guy and did an outstanding job. He was sent to pick me up on a AAA service call after my Sprinter broke down just outside Cassoday on I-35. He called me to check in and give his ETA just a few minutes after I made the service request, then arrived as quickly as I could ve hoped, and got me and the van back to Wichita safe and sound.

Edward at Kansas Tow Company was quick, safe, courteous, and did I mention quick? In the time it took him to get my car to the garage, other tow drivers would have still been hooking up. I can tell that Ed truly loves what he does. His boss needs to give him a raise! If I ever need a tow in the future, I will request you. Thanks Ed.

Driver David was professional and very polite. Apologized for the length of time I waited. But when in the boondocks. You wait. Also showed me as a female what was wrong with the car. Which was very helpful. Thank you again for all the help.

Our driver Carey was phenomenal to say the least. Took our truck almost 3 hours away and did it flawlessly. This guy has what every driver should have, pure professionalism. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!!

They were quick getting to us. Kept us updated with accurate ETAs so we weren't just sitting around outside waiting. Ed was very friendly, knowledgeable, and quite helpful with helping to give me ideas on where to find a rental while my truck was being worked on. Being broke down and needing a tow is always a bummer but Ed helped to make it less stressful. 12 out of 10 stars, would for sure use them again for any future towing needs!

Carey called me shortly after I requested tow service, to verify the time and location, as I was not with my disabled vehicle. We agreed upon a time to meet so I could give him my keys. Carey was extremely polite and professional, and was waiting at my car when I arrived. I would highly recommend Carey and Kansas Tow Company.
