Called three times to get a windshield replaced. The glass person was never in. I left a message each time no one ever called back. When I called and explained to Julie that I have been trying for 3 weeks to get a windshield, she told me maybe I should go somewhere else since they won t call me back. Sent email to Dan no response. They used to be much more responsive

Worst body shop experience ever. No contact from the shop during the duration of the repairs, and they did not follow through on the original estimate, cutting corners while all along blaming the delays on my insurance company. Staff was rude and condescending in their response to my initial concerns.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Kammerer fixed my rear end driver's side door that was hit by another vehicle. Door looks good as new! Only took the a couple days to fix. Offered a loaner vehicle as well to me during the time they were working on it. Highly recommend!

Had them work on a previous vehicle for me. Asked them to give me an estimate on a paint refinish. Person on phone was rude and hung up. Called back and receptionist wouldn't give any helpful informationService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

After Autocraft lost our car for a week, was back logged on loaner vehicles for 3 weeks, and had the worst communication/customer service ever, I was in tears when I called Krammerer. They not only set up a tow to bring over the car over (after we finally found it), they provided a loaner car immediately and had my car finished within a week. They showed amazing communication with status updates on my repairs and compassion for my situation. I really wish I could give them more stars for their outstanding service in making a ridiculous situation amazing. Thanks again!!!

I had a dent in my Brand New Subaru Impreza's bumper that other places in Wichita quoted 500$+ to repair because of it being plastic.I took it to Kammerer, and was able to get it totally repaired for under 200$ in less than one day. They did a remarkable job, and even washed my car for me, inside and out! Highly recommend.

Brought my car here to be fixed after an accident and they got me in for a quote fast, and only had my car for a day! Looks brand new! Excellent service. Also shout out to Jeff for helping me!

Update:kammerer contacted me and informed that it was actually the insurance company who is not doing there part.Been waiting on my car for over 5 weeks. Not sure as to what is keeping them since they have an issue with communication as well. I had to call up there to for an update.

I got my car worked on here and I have sent all my clients to them as well. They did an OUTSTANDING job.... from what i heard pearl is a hard color to match and they did it perfectly. I have questioned my clients as well and not one of them left un happy. I will never take my car any where else if I get into another accident. Thank you Kammerer Auto Body for an excellent job! I did not have to pay up front either... I waited til the work was completed before i paid.

While I was unable to get my car fixed (total loss per insurance) Jeff at Kanmerer was GREAT. Kept me updated through the whole deal.They offer loaner cars so your not stuck having to rent a car or hassle with ride services.I HIGHLY recommend them for your auto body work

I just received a call from the owner at Kammerer from the owner due to issues and experiences and he explained process and issues he had with my vehicles. He assured me that the problems will be corrected and addressed so I will take him at his word and upgraded my stars due to him calling me personally. Once I have my issues corrected I will come back in and rate them again.Service: Body & Trim

Have to agree with everyone that mentioned they have bad customer service. Who is the manager at this body shop? Was looking fwd to dropping my car off for repair, but not so much anymore after a conversation with Jeff. Considering my work is costly, ud think they'd have a better approach to potential customers....

Kammerer Auto body is far and away the best body shop in Wichita. I recently had a significant hail claim and they made my truck look better than new. The process was seamless and they even provided a loaner car at no charge. Dan and the guys at Kammerer made a horrible process seem like a piece of cake. Give em a shot!

I brought my car to Kammerer to have my fender repaired. The work they did turned out great but somehow my passenger side headlight was damaged while they had my car. The man I spoke with regarding the damage was very rude and refused to fix it, even though he walked around the car with me when I brought it in to get the estimate so I know he saw that the headlight was not damaged when I brought it there. The man at the shop was rude to me in front of my 7 year old son and wouldn't even look at the damage.

I had $15,000 damage to my Tahoe. I thought if it was fixed, it would never be the same. When I picked my Tahoe up at Kammerer's, it looked brand new inside and out. I have driven it over 1,000 miles this week and it drove just like it did before the wreck. I called several times while they were fixing it and the customer service could not have been better. I live almost 4 hours from Wichita, but if I ever need work done again, it will be taken to Kammerer's. Thank you for such an amazing job!

I have gone to Kammerer quite a few times and have had nothing but a great experience. They treat you like you're their only customer and keep you informed of what is going on through the whole process. I don't even think about taking my vehicle to any other place but Kammerer.

This shop was OUTSTANDING! They have great customer service, and my car looked brand new!!! They do a very detailed cleaning when they finish and my car looked great!! They also have a very nice facility and a really cool fish tank inside! :)

BEWARE!!!! My vehicle was rifled through and items stolen while on their property waiting for repairs for several days. The catalytic converter was also cut and stolen at some point though they claim it was stolen before it was towed there. Front cattle guard was unable to be reinstalled because they broke the clips taking it off and were unable to locate replacements. A few thousand dollars later, I'm stuck with a truck I can't drive!

As a former body man and painter I'm picky about my vehicles. This shop did an outstanding job on my vehicle. I'd bring my car back here for repairs.
