I was recommended Just Right Auto and to talk with Nick. I'm sure glad I did! We all know that finding a good mechanic is hard. Nick was honest and told me about all the options available. I appreciated it.

This is by far the best mechanic shop I ve ever been to. Ryan one of the kindest souls. He s honest, reliable, and they are affordable. I trust them like I do my own family. Thank you just right!!!!!

I have been a longtime fan of Just Right Auto for decades. I love that I can always count on the staff and mechanics to treat my vehicles and me Just Right! Seriously, they are fair, always get the job done in a timely manner and never disappoint. It s a family atmosphere. They have earned my trust and respect. Nick and his team are excellent at diagnostics and repair! They are very reliable and timely. I appreciate their hard work and attention to detail! I ve been a customer for over 6 years! They are always budget conscious and have even saved me money on repairs I quoted elsewhere! They are very Knowledgeable and have the latest equipment and software to do their jobs well

Friendly staff but I did NOT appreciate them adding an additional charge to inspect my vehicle with out asking me.They did only reduce it since they fixed my window spray nozzle. If the additional charge was for something I asked I understand but when I didn't ask for something I don't expect to be charged for it.The pricing was reasonable compared to other places I called. It did take a while but they explained it was due to having to get a part and technical issues.

Very great facility and friendly staff! Aaron was very informative and kept me informed through the whole process of getting my car fix! The most honest person when it came down to ordering parts and not needing them. They did not charge me for the parts they they already ordered, even though it could have been easy for them to just take my money. Half the price for a great quality and experience! I highly recommend using this auto repair shop!Service: Transmission

Great work, timely service, and friendly staff. Only complaint is I had an electrical issue that kept popping a 10 amp fuse. upon receiving my vehicle back it had been replaced with a 30 amp fuse which could have been an honest mistake but can also cause an electrical fire. overall very pleased.

TRUST WORTHY! Two words I have rarely used in the same sentence as mechanic. I have been completely blessed and takin care of by the Just Right Auto team. I wanted to share a few of my experiences:1. They have brought my vehicle home to me when I had an emergency surgery and I could not pick it up.2. They have told me when it was a mechanical issue that they could not assist in - suggested another trusted shop AND they drove it to that shop while I was at work.3. They have given me honest work and even lowered my bill when I had a hard time.I am a single Mom, I have minimal mechanic knowledge, I can not explain how fantastic it is to trust a shop with my vehicle. The team here is very courteous, respectful, and easy to work with. Very grateful to them for their quick service, hard work, and patience when I was having trouble arranging for the car to be in a position that it could be towed to their shop. Despite me being deployed when we made the arrangements, they made getting the services I needed to have done on the car as low-stress as possible. I wish there was a lot more stars on here to give. This place was such a blessing. Everybody was so nice they knew exactly what to do and how to fix it and now it runs like a dream. As a current Spirit employee during this rough time they took the time to understand what was going on. Yesterday my mom was driving by vehicle and my tire came off. (Was recently at a different service shop believe they didn t tighten the lug nuts.) My mom suggested Just Right Auto. I had my car towed there and when I went to retrieve my items I was greeted by the most helpful and friendly staff. JUST WOW! The level of service and care they have for their clients is something we don t see often enough anymore! These guys do it right!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brake service & repair

Had some gnarly steering issues popup out of nowhere. On suggestion of a friend I brought the car here, I was fully expecting that it was time to replace the rack with the symptoms it had. The replacement came at a hefty figure thanks to parts being hard to find. Aaron went out of his way to try and find the best option for me and even got the car repaired and back to me 2 days earlier than originally quoted.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Wonderful job. I had a big project for them like fixing power steering, tuneup, window wouldn t go up or down, window washer, bracket for under car for spare tire . Fixing back hatch. They actually aren't very professional they had my truck for over a month and a half. Everytime I tried calling about my truck there was always an excuse. They would point the finger at someone else. They also lost my key so I had to get It towed to a different shop after the fact that they installed intoxilock unit that damaged my starter, battery, alternator and computer. In the end I had lost about 800$. due to the repairs that had to be done afterwards!

They always do a good job and work on your vehicle until it is fixed just right. They do great work. They are honest and I highly recommend them. They are very busy so be sure to make an appointment.

Went to jiffy lube for a transfer case fluid change and they found some problems with it. Pointed me here and these guys were all rock solid. Put my worries and fears to rest and fixed my problem on MY schedule to be able to get me to work on time. Great price too. Super impressed with these guys. I came in with an engine issue, and they were able to pinpoint the issue, as well as brief me on some other problems my vehicle was having (one of which I already knew about, and they called it perfectly). They gave me an itemized estimate and the prices were fair. Very appreciative of how I was treated and I will be returning!

I am so glad I went to Just Right Auto! There wasn't anyone at the front desk when I entered and after waiting a little I peeked through the open door to the garage and asked for help. They quickly asked what car and what was wrong then took my car into the garage added a missing clip on one of the windshield wipers and replaced the fuse that was loose. They even moved the wiper fluid tubing to spray the window. Great service and in the end said it was Free. Next time I need work on my car I know where I am going! I hope I can bless them as they have blessed me! Definitely telling everyone about them! Thanks Just Right Auto!

I have been dealing with an electrical issue with my 07 escape for what seems like years...random horn honking lights flashing and door ajar messages on the dash. All running the battery down. It has been dead in the driveway for the last couple of months. I called Nick at Just Right Auto. He got it in and had it fixed by the next day. I am beyond excited to have it finally fixed and all for a reasonable price. Nick and his crew are my heroes. Thanks Just Right Auto Repair!
