John the store manager was great. He told me what was wrong with my car and what my options were, he was very helpful!! I would definitely recommend this place and John to my friends and family. Speedy service with a smile, thank you!

I've been meaning to comment on the service I received. In the last few months they were able to help me with my vehicle in a timely and professional manner. First occurrence was oil change and inspection. Second time was replacing my front brakes(drum, caliper, pads on one tire. Caliper and pads on the other) they did have an issue getting all the parts, but that is due to make and model of vehicle. Otherwise it would've been done faster. Still same day turnaround. They came through and I don't feel cheated or ripped off with the work or pricing. I fully intend to return for rear brakes. Life savers

Was a great service all the Techs seemed to be experienced or at the very least well trained. Physical property including waiting area is well maintained, clean, and inviting.Took just a bit longer than I was expecting but they were very busy which is a testament to the trust the community has in the work they do as most of the people we saw come in were repeat customers.

I had a few different services I needed to be taken care of when I brought my car into Jiffy Lube. I asked for a price prior to starting any work and the manager was very transparent with the price. The work was done quickly and professionally. I apprenticed the manager, John keeping me informed throughout the process.

I had nearly new wipers and cabin filter when arriving. Manager calls into my fleet company and convinces them otherwise and charges me an extra $150. Such a scam! I ll never go back and wouldn t recommended to anyone.

Sloppy work on Saturday, oil leaked onto my garage floor. Mechanic didn t bother to clean up underneath. I wasted my time returning to have them check out the work on Monday. I should have done the oil change myself! $90+ out of pocket and another hour wasted coming back. No offer of discount or refund, even partial. This car has NEVER leaked oil before. Never again, Jiffy Lube. Quality work is expected first time.Service: Oil change

We were traveling from Arizona to Minneapolis and the engine light came on.We stopped and were able to get in for an oil change super fast.They also found my radiator fluid was extremely low.Excellent customer service I would highly recommend.

Service was very good however they are at least 2x overpriced!! They charged over 100.00 dollars for just an oil change!! Which they claimed they took 50% off!! Priced the oil and filter they were 36.00 at Walmart. I am sure they buy at a lower price than I can. So over 70.00 for labor. Took 10 minutes. As comparison my local garage is 45.00 total.

Over priced for what you get. $139 for a synthetic oil change. Said my car needed 5.6 quarts even though it only holds a little over 4 per manufacturer. Tried to upsell me on an injector cleaner which is just a bottle they dump in your gas tank - my car has 36,000 miles. Can literally do it myself for less than $50.

I stopped using Jiffy Lube on Maize Road for a long time until I learned about John taking over as the GM. He is great to work with! I needed my tires inflated and couldn't get in at Firestone(where I bought the tires from) but Jiffy Lube was right next door and inflated them for free. I was impressed by them.

The last time I went for a simple oil change, I got my car back and the windshield wiper fluid cord was cut. They also couldn t screw back in any covers under the car they took off to get to the oil filter . I will NEVER be back!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The manager was so knowledgeable, taking his time to explain each service that needed to be performed. He greeted me with a smile. He was not pushy, didn t try to sell me, but instead educated me on why certain services needed to be done. Then, explained WHY he is suggesting I repair certain things now. Finally, explained what CAN HAPPEN if I choose to wait for each repair. When I explained that I had zero knowledge about engines/cars, he took his time to explain it ALL to me AGAIN in layman s terms. He didn t try to sell me anything, but instead LET ME ask him questions, then gave me time alone to research and think about it. His estimate was fair and after my research, his suggestions were SPOT ON. I chose to let him do everything he suggested. (Oil change, spark plugs, and new breaks. He offered a coupon without me asking. I am still so impressed at how knowledgeable he was. He knew what needed to be done at a certain mileage for my make/model of car. He really went out of his way to make me happy and comfortable spending $700. I will never go anywhere else. He said he was the manager, but if you don t give him a promotion and raise I m going to go steal him to work for me! EXCELLENT JOB. Pulled up, hopped out, they looked up what type of oil change I had last time and asked if that was what I wanted this time and gave me a coupon for 30 bucks off this change! I waited in the lounge with AC for about ten to fifteen minutes and was on my way! What more could you ask for? Good and friendly service. Would recommend.

I went to get an oil change and ended up getting a couple more things maintained, let me just say, I am impressed. John helped me and was very transparent about his recommendations for my vehicle. He would explain every part and the significance of the wear. He made me feel comfortable to do maintenance on my car at Jiffy Lube and was not pushy about maintenance at all (I felt like I had the option!)

I got an oil change with an estimate for back brakes of $650 and another service for over$500. I took car elsewhere and told that I only needed back brakes that were replaced for a total of $231. I have heard before by others they try to overcharge services. This was my first experience. I will go elsewhere for my oil changes!!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Did not put my air filter on right I had to pull over and fix it went in there for an oil change they saw a fleet vehicle decided to take full advantage left there with an invoice of 445. Won t go back there again.

Brand new pickup with 7k and I asked for an oil change and they installed and charged for wipers without my ok. They pointed out the other services like vacuuming out the floor but not one speck of dirt or objects on the floor had been moved. The wiper replacement has been common for me here without my approval.

Store manager was absolutely, positively, amazing. He works with you in the best way that he can. He makes sure that YOU come FIRST. I never felt an ounce of doubt with the time that I was there. This was an awesome place! Great public service. But I went in with a low tire. Premium oil service was 200 it including checking air in tires. When I left I notice my light on. Called them they said it just takes time to go out.When I got home and checked it none of the tires were at 35psi that they stated. Will not return because if you can trust them to do the little stuff right can you trust them to do the big stuff. Not me.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
