This is my first time creating a review but I felt that it was absolutely necessary for me to leave a review. My experience here was absolutely amazing! I came in for an oil change and they went out of their way to inspect my car, clean it, and give me advice and recommendations. 10/10 would definitely come again. The guys here are nice as well, I feel that they steered me in the right direction when I asked for their recommendations. Very friendly environment! They offer free coffee, water, and soda and the overall cost was extremely reasonable! Will definitely be coming back!

They were quick, eager to serve, and seem to work well together! Front desk staff was very friendly and down to earth. Inside office and bathroom was clean and they offered water. This is a wonderful place to get your car serviced!

I came here and got my brake fluid flushed and oil changed, the staff were all super sweet and nice and offered me beverages multiple times during my wait. I only have one complaint though, they left brake fluid all over my bumper and even the paint on the side of my car, and on the interior under the hood. But I still appreciate the work they did and how helpful they were with all my questions, just maybe a little more cleanup when they spill fluids would be appreciated.

These guys are AMAZING. Truly exceptional customer service from every employee there. Warm, collegial atmosphere for guests while their auto experts work under the hood. I will never go anywhere else!

They can t follow directions and the manager is rude and condescending. I would recommend going to any other jiffy Lube but this one on East Central. About every other review is 1 star so I m not sure how they have a 4.2 star rating. I imagine the 5 star reviews are fake to keep their status up.

Great experience every time!! My first visit was just for an oil change and now return for every issue. They are always honest and fair priced. My last visit I came in with a very loud knocking/clinking in my front end. Many other shops would probably try to sell me a list of repairs and I would have believed it, because it sounded so bad. Didn't top of fluids. The top to the washer fluid was left off without filling. Left hose off intake after removing air filter to check. I will not be coming back.

Had a great experience here. The guys were friendly and knowledgeable, and when they made a mistake they admitted their mistake and honored the price they quoted me. I will go back for an oil change.

Mention to them about vacuuming and cleaning the windows which really irritated them I was a half a quart of oil low when I got about 5 minutes away to my doctor's office they finally did vacuum out the car the front seats and floorboard the windows look like they just smeared everything they say they checked the tire pressure but I have an interior tire pressure gauge on my instrument panel and none of the tire pressures were correct I got out my own tire pressure gauge which matched the pressures that were listed on my cluster instrument panel inside the worst people that you could have working on your car left smudge oil on the interior by the window as they were getting in and out and some on the steering wheel for that kind of money that I paid they really need to pay attention to detail tire pressure they didn't even check it how many other things on a car that goes in that shop do they just mark off instantly and say yeah it's been checked and don't even bother with it taking other people's lives in their own hands because they are lying and don't care I talked to the general manager and all he could keep saying was I'm recording this I'm recording this I really don't care if you're recording it please do

I had phenomenal service and help today from Robert at the east central location that I frequent. Robert is always extremely personable, friendly, and professional. Today I had to come in because my car had been giving me messages to change the oil, and today it changed from do this soon to required . I just got my oil changed at this jiffy lube around a month ago, so these messages were confusing me and then today I was worried the entire day since the warning message was glaring and wouldnt go away. My next oil change isnt due next till January, but I was still really concerned by these awful and annoying warning messages my car was giving me every single time Id drive my car. Im always really nervous when I have to take my car in, and it had been stressing me out all day long. When I arrived, I pulled in and Robert immediately came to help me. I explained the deal with the messages, and he said not a problem, we ll check to make sure the fluids are good and see what was up with the change oil message. His whole demeanor put me at ease right away, and he never once made me feel dumb or uncomfortable. The service was fast, and when I asked how much I owed, Robert said I owed nothing and then went into more detail for me why these messages had popped up and that that was now fixed and my car was good to go. I hope whomever runs the east central location gives major kudos to Robert. He is the reason I will continue frequenting this Jiffy Lube and not going elsewhere. I cannot express how grateful I was for all of Robert s help, and for receiving such excellent customer service from him. This completely makes up for the rather unfortunate experience I had with a different employee at my last oil change, and I wanted to make sure to leave my 5 star review for such wonderful amazing customer service.

Went here and got my oil changed. A few days later I noticed there was something that had leaked underneath my truck. Figured out the oil filter was barely finger tight and the oil pain bolt wasn t even finger at all. A younger guy did my oil change so the results aren t surprising.

They worked with me to get my tire done at a time that was convenient for me and when I did get there to get it done it was done quick and efficiently. I'm very happy with this jiffy lube they do a great job. I'd recommend them to anybody

Definitely a bit pricy, but the manager was very kind and friendly and offered me a discount based on a bad experience I had there several years ago. He was honest with me up front on pricing, assured me (as a woman) that he wasn't going to try to sell me things that I don't truly need and thanked me for my business. I'm definitely happy with my visit this time and appreciate the extra time he took to talk to me. Was disappointed that they didn't replace the windshield sticker even after asking how often I change my oil in my car, but I wrote it down so no worries. Would recommend as of today (5/10/23). I really hate only giving one star since up until this past visit for my oil change, Ive always had great customer service from the gentleman helping me. The previous gentleman never made me feel bad for not knowing a lot about cars and they also would never try and scam me for services I dont need. This past time, the new gentleman that helped me had a permanent scowl on his face, and made me feel deeply deeply uncomfortable. He genuinely had a I will eat your soul vibe . He was also condescending with me, making me feel like he thought he could talk down to me because Im a woman and I dont know a lot about cars. He also, in a very demanding tone, interrogated me about what services Ive had on my car. I obviously couldnt recall off the top of my head and I was like, it should be on your notes in the system. He then tried to upsell me a unnecessary $300 transmission flush. He asked if I wanted that and I had no idea what it even was, so I asked if it could wait till I got my oil changed next. Instead of explaining what a transmission flush was, or answering my yes or no question with a yes or no, he bitingly barked back at me you need to get it done every 30,000 miles and you are past 30,000 miles . I said Id wait. Thankfully a fellow customer told me that he had many years experience with cars and that a transmission flush wasnt necessary. While the oil change was quick, that was by far an extraordinarily painful horrible half hour for me. Again, Im providing this feedback solely to provide needed feedback since the gentleman who helped me should not be in a front facing customer position.Service: Oil change

They have coupons for a cheaper price.. but they do not honor them.. the website says an oil change comes with certain things. Not true. I will never take my car back to any jiffy lube.. they are horrible

I took in a coupon for a Signature oil change for $39, with the option of a tire rotation for an additional $15. Apparently, GM cars made in 2010 or after need some "special" oil. Isn't that half the automobiles on the road?? The coupon didn't have any exclusions listed. It ended up costing just under $100. Of course, I didn't know the total until after it was finished. What could I do? Refuse to pay? Bait and switch!! I will NEVER go back.Services: Tires, Oil change

I walked in, no greeting no acknowledgement of me even walking in. I ask for an oil change and got a sigh and eye roll.. then told it'll be a long time.. there was 5 workers standing around with 2 customers. Guy brings in my air filters and said I need to change them.. they're fine and I just got the car..I get trying to upsale but trying to make someone feel stupid isn't the way to go. They didn't clean the filters before putting them bback in.. car wasn't vacuumed and fluids weren't filled I watched the process all the way through. Which they put on the receipt they did both. Then isee the guy holding the sign for 30 dollar oil change..I get ready to pay it was 89 dollars.. but he did me a "favor" by taking 30 off...60 bucks for a regular oil change is crazy, especially advertising 29.99..so yea won't ever go back and I won't recommend ever.. such a scam..

Oil change went well and was quick. Upon departure after being told I needed air filters changed they didn t bother to even close the glove box and left what looks like a cover for the filter on my dashboard. I couldn't find my paper that they quoted me on for having to change the power steering hose on top because I know they said $285 and they charged me $385 the total it was like 400 and something I will not go back to that jiffy lube ever again and that was my main one so I will look somewhere else.
