I just had my oil changed at this location, service was top notch, 11/10. The technicians were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and were kind enough to give a discount on a new air filter. They even held all the doors open for me! I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a fast professional and affordable experience.

This is my go to place for oil changes and mechanic work. Jacob is very friendly and welcoming and Jay is an amazing mechanic. They are more concerned about you and your vehicle then taking advantage of you. Highly recommended.

Went to this specific Jeffy Lube on Broadway and 55th St. in Wichita, the customer service there is absolutely amazing. They great you as soon as you park, and as soon as you tell them what you need to be done to the car, they take charge and do it. While you wait, you can watch a little TV, read some magazines, or even get a non alcoholic beverage. Staff members are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and more. This is my favorite place to go when my car needs oil change, check the tires, or something else. Definitely recommend it to anyone who might need it. Besides, with Christmas so close, if you have someone in your life that you don't know what to get for them as a Christmas present, they have gift certificates and / or gift card, is something that sooner or later if you have a car we will use.Thank you, Jeffy Lube employees, for your amazing work.

My boss was appalled with how much I paid for the repairs. He showed me how to look up the price of parts and showed me how I was charged double the price for parts and double the price for labor per hour. Ideally I would like to be refunded the overages charged, I doubt that will happen. As far as what I can do, I will make better decisions as a consumer and will cease to do business with Jiffy Lube. For what it's worth, you have lost a customer.

Excellent service, all the guys are super helpful & great at explaining what is going on with your car & ask permission to fix anything they may find wrong with it. 10/10 would recommend

I went in to get a coolant flush and an oil change but on the oil change part my drive computer wasn't reset so after the oil was put in instead of saying 100% or 99%, it's still set at my 13% on oil life. So either they forgot to do a step or they didn't do it at all despite the fact that I was charged for it. And when I did my coolant flush despite the fact that they're supposedly new coolant/antifreeze in there my engine is still running pretty high on heat so I have to keep my AC turned on and not my heater. So a little bit concerned about that.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Jeff is a good person who always make's sure that the customers are well taken care of and if not then he will make sure before they leave from his shop that the customer is happy. He is a very hard dependable worker and anyone would love to have them manage their shop.

The Manager was very friendly and offered multiple ways to soften the price of the repair. Car runs beautiful now. I will definitely recommend S. Seneca Jiffy Lube to people with car problems. Thanks for everything guys we will see you again for the next mechanical issue we have.

These guys were absolutely awesome! I drive hotshot with a 40 foot trailer. They had us park in the back. And instead of disconnecting the trailer, they did the oil change outside for us. They also found a coupon online and saved us $21.00. Great group of guys!!! Great service! Would recommend this place to anyone!

They didn t put washer fluid in, didn t inflate the tires the TPS light was still on after. as far as I can tell didn t change the lightbulb that I paid for, said my wipers were fine when they are in horrible shape. I was told there are brake problems. A couple years ago the brake problem didn t start until just before you guys supposedly rebuilt them, the squeak stopped for a while and then came back. Which is why I wonder if you guys replaced them. No way to prove this unless having Nissan look to see if they are the original brakes I just wonder if you guys even did the oil change. I won t ever come back and will tell people not to also. I never use you guys for anything other than an oil change for this reason but this was the straw that broke the back

I would like to mention the names Jeff and Michael as being the friendliest and most accommodating I have yet to discover. I have a Jiffy s in my neighborhood but I receive friendlier and more accommodating service from S Seneca that s why I make the 20 minute drive!

Grateful for the team here! They provided kind and quick service when I was worried about a leak. They filled up my oil and made sure everything was what it needed to be and got me on my way with ease! Even heard a supervisor encouraging a team member about how good he d done that day. Absolutely the best run Jiffy Lube in the city. The guys are friendly, attentive, and they don't try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. I came in for an oil change, and was greeted before I even got out of my carThere's a shop next door where they can handle other car maintenance request. They did the oil change very quick and my car runs good. There was also a gentlemen who opened my door as I got out of my car for it to be serviced and he realized I had my daughter with me so when we headed to get back in the car after the service was completed he open both of our doors. I wished I got his name but he's definitely polite and respectful.Service: Oil change

I'm in a touring band and we came in this morning with our high mileage van. The crew at store #2751 took great care of us and our vehicle. Checked in repeatedly to make sure we were comfortable and ask if we needed anything. Communicated what they thought would work best for us and the van, and completed the work very quickly.
