I brought my service vehicle in for an OIL change. Since the vehicle is a service vehicle and is leased we have a vehicle maintenance card. I handed the card to the Technician and told him that I needed an oil change. After handing the keys over he said it'll be about twenty minutes or so. Ok! GREAT!Thirty minutes passed and my vehicle was complete. Ok. GREAT! Here's the catch!!!! After he handed me the receipt the following was done:-Oil Changed-All filters imaginable replaced-Tires inspected and rotated-Brand new wiper blades-Windows washed, etc.I asked for an oil change and I got the whole works! The technician did not ask me anything, just went for it. Total bill was $481!! Expensive oil change for sure! NEXT TIME, if there is one, I will let the Technician know that I'm there for an oil change and ONLY an oil change!!

The people working were incredibly knowledgeable and understanding about what I needed and advised they won't just throw stuff at me. They made sure I understood what I was purchasing and offered coupons when available.

Nice job doing an oil change for me. However, the cost of doing so was $50 higher than anticipated. No mention upfront what the charge wound be. But who would ever think that just changing your oil would cost you $100! Perhaps at a dealership. But not at Jiffy Lube.

Carol and Luis helped my daughter and I after having a horrible experience at another shop. They gave us excellent customer service and explained things very thoroughly and got us back on the road. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube on West Central. Excellent management and great knowledgeable staff.

I have never been treated so well at an oil change facility. The gentleman or just that gentlemen! What a refreshing change. I will certainly be returning for all of my vehicles oil changes in the future!

Was able to get a quick fix when I needed it. Car is running 100% better now. Pretty sure they did a parts run just to speed things up. Always a great experience!

This Jiffy Lube is the BEST. The front desk guy is fun, charismatic, and very professional. 10/10 for him and also 5 stars for this jl. Never had issues here.

they did a great job for me and they treated everyone that was there in waiting area with me with much respect and they made all of us feel like we were most important person to them at that time, this store did a great job with everyone, I even saw one guy bring his daughter there because he knew everyone and was on a first name basis with them and dropped her car off and said do the same service for her as you do for me

Great service & staff, been coming to the Central & Ridge location for years. This is the only branch I'll take my vehicles for service, they do excellent work and actually give you a detailed breakdown of what needs to be done and what can wait. Highly recommend this location.

I walked in here to get my AC looked at after it stopped working. Marvin, the mechanic, was very straightforward and knowledgeable! He also explained everything for me and quoted prices, so I knew what I would be paying beforehand. There were free drinks and comfy seats in the waiting area. My service was finished quickly and everyone was friendly. Overall, a great experience!!!

They changed the fuel filter on my 2017 Duramax without issue, something none of the oil change outlets in Lawton Oklahoma are capable of doing!

My mom went to 2 different shops but they were closed. So, she went to jiffy lube and seen that they were open. The manager was very nice and helpful. The customer service from the techs was fenominal. She really appreciated the time that they took to help her and the manager showed her and explained to her what certain parts were and how they were supposed to look. They really took the time to make sure that she knew what they were doing

I will definitely return to this location! Its out of my way but the manager and his crew took excellent care of my vehicle. They changed my oil, replaced my wiper blades, replaced the air filter and the fuel filter. Extra things that other places dont check. The boys at the Jiffy Lube at Central and Ridge never steer me wrong. They always give me helpful suggestions without ever being pushy, trying to sell me something.
