Blaine Anderson was my wonderful salesman this week. From initial contact on Feb 29 to purchasing the 2024 Kawasaki Ninja 650 in 6 days, he has been great to work with. Very fast communication and extremely knowledgeable about the bikes at the dealership. He was very quick to let me test ride some motorcycles and made the entire experience a blast.Everyone at Jay Hatfield Motorsports was a pleasure to work with and they were very upfront and clear about costs and expectations regarding financing and the warranties they have. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to grab a bike and ride, and I will be keeping them in mind for any future toys I may want!

I am pleased to report that this dealership proved to be an excellent choice for procuring my son's first motorcycle. The individual I spoke with, Remington, provided invaluable insights that aided in the selection process. Despite the considerable distance of 4-5 hours, I have no regrets about my decision to patronize this establishment. The personnel were exceedingly helpful, trained to a high standard, and unfailingly accommodating. I have no doubt I wasn t the easiest customer that Remington Gilkey has had to deal with and he handled it with extreme patience and understanding. Traveled ti Wichita from out of town to purchase my new Triumph Rally Pro and taking delivery of it was easy and quick. Remington walked me through and was very thorough explaining the features and operations of the bike and made sure to answer all my questions before I left.

Remington is the Man!A Friend bought a motorcycle last year from Remington and at that time I joked about how I would like to get a motorcycle. Not having any riding experience Remington was very patient with all of my questions and listened to all my concerns. After a few visits to the showroom and many texts I decided on the Trident 660.Remington made me feel confident in the purchase I was making for my first motorcycle and walked me through the simple techniques to make learning to ride my new bike easy. The Rider's Class only does so much and was great!All the sales guys that interacted with me over the past couple of months really built my confidence in the bike I ended up purchasing!

I m an out of state buyer with a busy workday schedule, so I prefer to communicate by text. Skyler did a great job with this. Deal took 9 days from inquiry to delivery and was handled with the perfect amount of persistence and patience. Delivery was quick and painless with everyone involved. In the end, was happy to drive the 400 miles for the best deal in 5 states. Will definetly consider Hatfield again for my future needs. Thank you everyone.

Awesome products, great customer service. My purchase process took about two weeks, but not because of the employees, it was because of me being indecisive. They were there every step of the way, checking in and answering any questions I had throughout the process. Once we were ready to purchase, the process was seamless and we were in and out of there in a very short period of time. Overall, great experience.

I bought a new RZR in January. I asked them to order a heater kit for me to install myself. They asked me why I wanted to install it myself. I told them I wanted it installed correctly and didn't trust them to do it. They assured me that it would look like it was factory installed. I paid for the machine and went back 2 weeks later to pick it up. The job they did on the heater install was what I was afraid of. They put a bunch of scratches on the dash, cut the vent holes for the heater so they are both angled and not straight, the grommets for the hoses to pass through the firewall were not installed. The defrost vent screws were overtightened and pulled through the plastic on all 4 screws. They put some washers on the screws to hold the vent in place. I had already paid for the machine so all I got was "sorry about that". I'm happy with the machine, but I will never use Jay Hatfield again.

Bought two bikes, loved both bikes. I'm really indecisive and they took care of me with no complaints. Their pricing and financing options are decent and easy from my limited understanding. I can see myself buying another bike from here once im ready for a change of pace or upgrade! Ride on!

Wow what can I say about JHMS of Wichita! Those guys are patient, knowledgeable and very welcoming. I worked with Remington and although it took a little over a year for me to be ready, he still made sure everything was okay!! He made a the experience fun and gave me tips as well as delivering my new bike flawlessly. I would highly recommend them!!

I will never go back here. Do not take your bike here go to Kansas City.I took a 2nd gen Triumph Tiger 1200 Explorer in here for a slipping 2nd gear. At first it took a little over a week and they concluded simply the oil was overfilled and not lucas oil so that was the reason for the second gear slippage. I made it 1/3 mile down the road and 2nd gear slipped after the mechanic said he couldn't get it to slip in 2nd gear. So I came back they didn't charge me to look it over again. After a long run around of a month the mechanic decided the transmission needed to be rebuilt... ok fair enough second gear was for sure shot. Transmission replaced and had the clutch replaced due to sustained damage. Well, that took like 2 more months. So they call me in say it's ready to roll. I hop on it and it rides great and the gears feel good. HOWEVER NOW theres a rattle like a bolt inside the transmission or somewhere bouncing everywhere. So the mechanic said "Well what's that noise?" so they took it back in (we're at about 3-4 months now). They alleged that a shim had been forgotten since when they took the bike apart the shim was wadded up and "They" didn't know what it was so they didn't know it even needed a shim... (real competent). mind you I'm 3k+ in on this repair. So At about month 5 I gave in. I said screw it and was finally done with them. They wanted to charge me for an 800 dollar clutch basket because supposedly the clutch shims required had to come specific to the basket. This was the final straw. The rattle issue was caused by jay hatfield motorsports and if they were honest they would've repaired that for free. I have since discovered in the process of the transmission repair they damaged the alternator and snapped a bolt off. This part costs 918 dollars + my time to pull the tank off and replace the Alternator. All in all well over $3000.00 was spent by these guys running me around. The rattle issue was NOT present when I brought the bike in... they fixed the second gear slip only to damage the alternator (since they had to take the bike almost completely apart).Not only will I never shop/seek service with Jay Hatfield, I will never own another Triumph motorcycle.

I've written maybe 3 reviews at 60+ yrs old but wanted to share that I will come back from out of state to do my business here from now on. Highly Recommend

MAN! jay Hatfield is the place to go if your wanting to buy a new motorcycle. Ask for Blaine he is the man great guy great attitude very friendly and great service definitely recommend going to him for a bike he made my experience fast and great would go back any day of the week.

Incredibly helpful when I was looking for a Honda Talon. This dealership was willing to match another sale price from another dealership (PLUS NO FEES!!) plus other dealers had fees. They were the best priced hands down. The customer service was also excellent talking to me all about this machine and never asking if my husband was interested in it also, etc. (it would surprise you how many other dealers still prefer to talk to 'man' and not realize that the female may be making the decision. Houston was extremely quick to respond to texts and phone calls. Amazing dealer, amazing customer service.

If I could give no stars I would. Cannot even begin to tell you all the issues we have had with the service department. They are very unorganized and do not call back when they say they will. Last time our Polaris was in the shop, they had it 3 months. Only communication was initiated from us. I have included a photo of the "quality" of service they provided when ordering a replacement part. First photo is what the brace cover looks like and the second photo is the replacement brace cover they ordered and installed. I can't believe the lack of give a s**t attitude they have. Seriously, will never use their service department again.

Recently, I had a distressing encounter with Jay Hatfield Motorsports of Wichita that I feel incline to tell, so that possibly it might serve as a reminder to be wary for others.At first, I was enticed by the finance department who guaranteed me comprehensive coverage and advantages with an additional warranty and services. Nevertheless, it soon became apparent that these promises were baseless. The coverage had numerous omissions and exceptions, making it practically ineffectual and a waste of my finances.Interactions with the service staff only exacerbated my disappointment. When I called them back, I was met with shocking and uncouth behavior; I was even cursed. This type of conduct is entirely unforgivable and blemishes the reputation of the whole business.Moreover, the methods of coaxing further purchases that were employed were excessively pushy and misleading. I was strongly encouraged to buy superfluous components, by the establishment, some of which they tried to charge double the initial cost. The process simply felt like an incessant sales speech, with little thought for what I actually required or the value of the services presented.Bargaining with them for an equitable arrangement proved trying. Every single expense and task needed a great deal of wrangling, and even then, any endeavour to modify the expense or job was difficult. This ceaseless argument was not only physically draining but also fairly exasperating.To sum up, I had a terrible experience with Jay Hatfield Motorsports of Wichita. They were sneaky, offered poor service, and showed a complete disregard for proper business conduct. The extra services I purchased were completely pointless and left me feeling duped. Potential customers should be aware of the risks associated with this business and thoroughly investigate other alternatives before making any decisions

I tried to buy a motorcycle with them, I'm in Houston and I have good credit. After giving me credit, they told me that because I am not an American citizen, they are not going to give me the motorcycle. I think it's a bit of racism, it doesn't matter if I have credit and money to pay for it, they just didn't want to sell it to me... and that's what they say after making me a hard inquiry, that policy doesn't make sense. No, the super skyler terrible attention, try not to buy here, they will only damage your credit

One year ago I picked up my new 2022 CB500X from Jay Hatfield Motorsports. I ordered this bike and Liz kept me up to date on it s status each week until the bike arrived at the dealership. Jay Hatfield is a great dealership and this certainly won t be the last bike I purchase from them. Looking forward to another great riding season!
