Needed some used tires and was surprised with what I got. Looked damn near new and they got it done quickly. Very pleased with their services.

Fast, easy tire repair. Most of my tires are covered under warranty. But sometimes, like with an old trailer.. I'm OK with old or patched tires. Some of the lower budget tire places will still sell you an old and cracked rubber tire. These guys won't. Their work and their tires are trustworthy. Been going here maybe 6 years off and on. Once had a nail covered by warranty... but driving past here.. I realized I could be done and on my way superfast. Glad I stopped. Never had to come back to redo a repair.

Horrible experience. I walked to shop for assistance and asked for help. The shop owner dismissed me and told he didn t want to help me with my tire. For no reason. Definitely NEVER going back or recommend anyone.

Wouldnt fix my tire and wanted me to buy a new one bevause "its not a good brand". Went to Browns on south Seneca and they patched it up no issue. I live very close and have multiple vehicles to put tires on as we keep up on our maintenance well. First time going and last time.

Ive been going here for 2 years. Originally was affordable. But their rates keep rising and quality is lacking. They installed directional tires backwards, and charged me 40 bucks to install 2 tires that i brought! and never balanced!!! I wont be returning

Great experience. Was $32 to pick out a used tire and have it installed. Found a Goodyear with 3/4 tread that matched my existing set. They prefer cash, so I went across the street to the QuikTrip and used the ATM. They finished putting it on by the time I got back. Tire still perfect a month later.

Patiently waited an hour and a half on the mechanic to fix a customer's vehicle before i got two tires quickly changed in several minutes. Good pricing on tires and good service.

Used to be my go to tire shop, not any more. I went in for a patch after running over a nail, guy convinced me a used tire for $35 would be a better option. After they changed the tire i saw that the used tire I got was badly weather cracked but was assured it was a "Good tire with no problems". I wake up the next morning with only 10psi in the tire, turns out my used tire had been previously patched and was leaking slowly from there. I work 6am-6pm so I just aired it up every morning before work until today when i got a chance to go in. I explained what happened and he so he would, "fix me up". They put another tire on the wheel and after installing found THAT ONE was leaking too! So he takes it off again and puts on tire #3 which he did not check for leaks (probably because he was frustrated). When putting the tire back on this time he crossthreaded a lug nut and FORCED IT ON instead of backing it out and correcting it AND THEN TOLD ME I OWE HIM ANOTHER $35!?!?! He said since they had to take the time and labor to change three tires he had to charge me (not sure how their bad tires are my fault??). I then drive it home to find the TPMS sensor isnt working and the valve stem is leaking. So in the end I'm out $70 and still have to take it somewhere to repair the tire and crossthreaded stud... THANKS FOR NOTHING.

One guy let a jack slip under my truck. 2 tpms sensors haven't worked since. I understand 1 going out but not both at the same time I had 2 tires changed

J&G provides excellent service. Very friendly, very fast, very efficient. Very reasonably priced. If you need tires, check with them first.

Got a flat tire on my way to work and I happen to find this place it was a min away from where it happened and they fixed for me within 10 mins and it was at a good price too!

Asked for 4 good used tires, i got 4 low tread, dry rotted tires all having mutable nails in them, the wheel weights were held on with ducktape, for what I ended up paying for their trash tires I could of got 4 new tires at Wal-Mart, Sams club or sears, so now I get to go buy yet another set of tires, save your money go somewhere else.
