Our company uses some specialty batteries and Interstate has always been able to provide us with them. Their staff is very knowledgeable and quick to help us solve any problems arise. Inventory has never been a problem.

Below zero Temps and a long life left my wife with a dead car battery yesterday. Gave it a jump in the morning and her refusal to drive my car, lol, then left her at work with a dead battery. My Dad and I went and grabbed her car at lunch and took it to Interstate. Someplace I always use because of such a short proximity to my home. But the great service helps as well. Because of the weather there were a few people in the same situation. Thry were quick and helpful and Hunter changed the battery for us in -2 weather. Which due to a new battery being past due. Was corroded on pretty badly. Poor guy was out there for longer than was safe. Finished the job with a smile and a great attitude! The service was one we wouldn't usually have done by someone else. But for a couple old achy guys it in this weather. It was a pretty easy decision. I've taken numerous watches and the like there as well which they were always great at taking care of for me. Nothing worse than a tiny stripped screw. And they were glad to help.

Nice staff but more over if your looking to replace a key fob you can go to the dealer and pay $400 plus or get done at Interstate for a fraction of what the dealship is asking.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff! IAlthough they couldn't hello me with reprogramming my vehicle (BMW i series), the gentlemen directed to a couple of places that could help! Great information.

I have been here several times to replace watch batteries. Just bring your watch in, they will replace it super quick and not charge you an arm and a leg.

Quick friendly service. I walked in around the same time as a few other people. I feared I would be waiting at least 20 mins in line to get my key fob battery changed. I m glad I was wrong. They were fully staffed, ready and eager to help. I was out of there in five minutes or less. Great price and very clean facility!!

Dylan on the phone could of been much better. I asked for prices and availability and he says, "uhh i'd have to walk over and type it and and find out.."..WELL BUDDY, that's why I'm calling...is it that hard to answer and phone at a place and give minimal customer service? Prices are high for a good product, training needs to be much better, he could say, PLEASE AND THANK YOU FOR CALLING..not hard to answer the phone politely..

Great service. All associates were busy serving customers and none looking on cellphone and glued seeing outside. Hunter provided me an outstanding customer service today. It looked he was delighted seeing me and serving me. That is an excellent attitude of sales associates. Good job Hunter. I visited this place about 8 years ago and it was the same great service. I relocated to MA and returned recently. This says a lot. Any battery any time, Interstates Battery is the place.

They tested my car battery and found a bad cell and low voltage - it was 6 years old so it was time to replace. The young man who helped me was courteous, took time to explain both options for replacement and replaced & installed it on the spot for me. Wonderful service!

Needed a battery , carried in the store and greeted my wife and I. Ask if I wanted him to test it, I ask for recondition , took that n paid he took it out n put in my truck. Easy peazy!!

These guys are great! They even replaced the batteries in my Gucci and ESC Movado watches. I was nervous, but they did a great job.

Quick, friendly service done during my lunch break, For a $10.00 fee they installed my new battery in my Jeep. Now my life is back to normal and my sense of security is restored knowing I have a 6 year warranty... You seen that right folks 6 years not 1... Never will I buy from anyone else again they have my loyalty

Wow! Did not know you guys did watch batteries! Was highly recommended by friends and I walked in the door and walked out in less than five minutes with three watches- all batteries changed and working! They even set them for me! Thank you!

I always go there to get batteries for my watches, they are quick and easy to put in new batteries. One of my watches I will have to take to a jeweler to get a battery because they couldn't get it open, but after 5 years, this is the first watch they couldn't open. Great service.

Went in for a watch battery replacement I was in & out in less than 5 minutes and spent less than $10. Awesome.Caleb was skilled at what he was doing and went out of his way to be nice to me in the very short time I was there. I don t normally leave reviews, but the combination of value, service and a small personal touch provided is something that deserves recognition.This store has my highest possible recommendation for anyone who needs to replace a watch battery... and my guess is that they would be pretty good at ANY sort of battery work.

I have been buying different types of batteries from them for years. Always friendly and knowledgeable, the store always looks neat as does the parking lot. I see people come in that are wanting car batteries and the employees are helping them put it in. I can t think of anything negative. Because I ve never had a situation where I was unhappy when I left.Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but that s to be expected with a place that gives that service.

This company took such great care of me today. I ran into the owner at the gas station where my car had died. I was getting ready to call a tow company after a failed attempt at jump starting it. Without me even asking, he turned around to go take a look at it. He rushed back to the store to get jumper cables and came back to get my car started. After my car was started he sent me to the store for a new battery. His staff was ready for me when I came in and took care of me in less than 15 minutes, despite being busy.Owned and operated by kind, knowledgeable people. I highly recommend them.

I've been in here several times and they always seem to be busy but still pleasant and helpful even though they are hustling folks right along, I get it, they're busy, so am I so no big deal to me. I've had some requests that I thought were longshots but they not only knew exactly what I was talking about (even a couple of really obscure electronics batteries) they actually had them right there onsite. I was pleasantly surprised.

I had an old battery that was still in replacement warranty time, but I bought a battery since I had trouble with previous one being dead after only sitting 2-3 days ( I didn't want to take the chance of it just dying while driving so I installed the new one). Upon installing the new battery is when I discovered that the battery was still under warranty I promptly called them and let them know and they told me to come in and we would get it sorted out. I went in and they tested the battery which tested good even though it has died multiple times. It was originally a Florida vehicle and didn't like the temp fluctuations of Kansas . So i tried to just the return the battery I had just bought and used for approx 20 mins and was told I can't return it. Wish there was some better communication on the phone. I'm a little bit frustrated I spent 180+ bucksI think miscommunication was the biggest issue. They ended up giving me 50 Bucks for my old battery which I suppose is better than nothing.

Wonderful service! Technician replaced my car battery in about 15 minutes even though winter storm winds were howling around my car. The car battery type I got was more expensive than at Costco, but this one has a longer warranty (it has thicker lead plates) and Costco won't install it for you.

Ian and Tristan were incredibly helpful! My car battery died, and they helped my choose a battery and install it! They also replaced the battery in my key fab. Their service was exceptional, and my overall experience was outstanding. I highly recommend visiting Tristan and Ian at Interstate Battery near Central and Edgemoor. If you need a battery of any kind, this is the place to go!!!

In a nutshell... if you need Any type of battery for any device - they stock it or can order it. Great service and great pricing. My hand held ham radio battery runs $70.00 online. They sell me a factory spec match for $56.00.

I came here for a replacement iPhone battery because the price was good. However, whoever worked on my phone broke the connection to my volume buttons, so I had to come back in, and it took them days to order the parts and fix this problem. Nathan was not very nice at all, especially when I called and asked about the status of my phone. The battery they put in was also bad (it didn't show the correct charge and my phone restarted on its own many times), but they claimed it was a software problem!! I ended up getting a good replacement battery elsewhere and giving Interstate their battery back for a full refund. Its been a few weeks now, I am in Lawrence, and I decided to use my headphones... turns out the jack is broken too. I went to a local fix it place and they noticed damage at the jack that must have occurred when replacing the battery. Luckily they put some adhesive on for a quick fix but a full fix would cost another $60. Maybe Interstate Battery a good place to go for some things, but I would definitely not recommend getting your iPhone battery replaced there.
