I had a great buying experience with Big Jim at integrity. Auto sales was very patient and kind he went above and beyond what a normal sales person would to give me the deal I wanted for my vehicle. I ve not had any problems with my vehicle. Great experience I would go back any day.

I would give them a 0 if I could. I am not the type of person to leave a review, especially a bad one, but they are TERRIBLE! Do not buy from them. There was a cosmetic issue that they refused to fix and said "I believe that YOU did not see it before you left". Another quote that comes to mind is that "You are just one of those people that are hard to get along with". This was my first car buying experience and they made it a terrible one that I regret. They sold a young girl a car that they tampered with and bent the part of the brake that alerts me that I needed to get new breaks just to sell it to me. Today, I got my first oil change and I found out that a mouse had chewed through parts of the air filter. They do not inspect their cars and they do not honor their products. They have NO integrity and should not be in business. Lets not forget that they gave me a dealers tag to ensure that I would buy the car and drive it off the premises. Do not buy from them. Big Jim is an idiot and so is the boss. I asked that "Big" Jim not contact me and the boss ignored my request and Jim contacted me despite my request. No respect. Learn from my mistakes. They are cheats and do not care about your safety. Seriously, please take my advice and let this dealer go out of business with all of their shady business.

We bought my daughter a car from here. Thought it was a little pricey already, and now we've had nothing but problems since we got it. We have had multiple mechanical issues and have to save up every week because the repairs are endless. Getting a new tire or two this week. It doesn't even have the right rims for the year of the car that it is.Won't recommend this place to anyone. We will actually be telling people not to go here.

No pressure. Great folks. Bought a Chevy equinox from big Jim. Couldn't be happier with the service. Helpful fast and accommodating. Customer for life

We had a great experience at Integrity Auto Group, shopping for a car for our daughter. Brandon and Scott were very professional and friendly, and we were in and out quickly. We would definitely buy from them again in the future, and our daughter was VERY pleased with her new vehicle!

BEST car buying experience we have had. No pressure at all from Scott. He was so laid back, but still there to be helpful when needed. Test drove 4 vehicles and decided to go home and sleep on it and STILL we weren't hit with any high pressure sales pitches! Came back the next business day and purchased. The vehicle was priced right and we didn't have to mess with lots of negotiations. Brandon made the financing process so streamlined we were in and out super fast. 10 out of 10 experience and we will absolutely be repeat customers.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND INTEGRITY AUTO!!!!!Recently had a family member buy a car from Integrity just to drive it about 60 miles home. Car was jerking at highway speeds. Took car to local auto part store to get checked out and machine listed several issues. Tried calling car lot back with no answer or returned calls. Very rude in response when finally touched base with salesperson. Was told it s not their problem. Only had the car for about 72 hours and took vehicle back. Would have taken the car back that evening or next day but ran into a holiday weekend. They were rude and hateful to my aunt and grandma. Very unprofessional and would highly not recommend them for any car needs.

Big Jim was very nice and low pressure. Loved dealing with the bank directly for the financing. Phenomenal price on the vehicle we wanted.

Be careful what you buy here. I m sure they ve had pretty good cars on their lot before, but the car I purchased test drove fine on the pavement no issues. Scott asked that I not take it down any dirt roads since he s the only employee at the establishment and has trouble walking and wouldn t be able to clean the vehicle very easily (which should have been a red flag). When I drove it to work after purchasing it I drove down a dirt and that s when I noticed that the suspension was louder than a rattle snake. Come to find out it needed $2000 in front suspension repairs which isn t covered under their used car warranty. (It took two different mechanic shops to diagnose the issue. First said nothing was wrong with the car and later when the noise got louder was when the final determination was made.)

We came here because we were very interested in a Forester. After taking it to our mechanic he let us now the vehicle was missing a skid plate, the hood was very unaligned and needed to be adjusted, the roof liner was dirty, and the right side mirror was broken. We let the salesman know we were interested and he said he d speak to the owner about getting those things fixed. (As if selling a car in that condition was acceptable) He said he d call us the next day and for the following 5 days I was the one to call to get an update and finally we decided to stop checking in. I m not going to spend upwards of 20k on a vehicle when the dealer is clearly not interested in my business. I would not recommend this place at all.

I usually do not leave bad reviews but our experience was TERRIBLE. After working the last few days with Scott, we set up an appointment to come buy a Honda Odyssey. We had worked with him for days, discussing our trade, and all the got the loan, and other information needed. We had already came and test drove it and we were ready to go! Only reason we didn t buy a day or so sooner was because it didn t have the middle seat and they told us they d help us find one first.Once arriving at the appointment (which we drove to, and my husband took off work) they changed the price to 2k more than the previous agreed price. We were literally told by the other salesman Brandon (who was EXTREMELY rude) sorry guys, it is what it is . Complete shock. He also refused to have us talk to the owner who was there, saying he was too busy to talk to us. EXTREMELY untrustworthy, so unprofessional, and sad we passed up on other vehicles for this one.I am 37 weeks pregnant and we were so excited to find a car to bring our new baby in that we really needed for our family! Will never do business here and after talking to other people who had experienced here I would not trust them for business.

My husband and I went to two dealerships before stopping here. We were looking for a used Honda Odyssey. We found one on their website and went spur the moment. They were very friendly, and unlocked the van for us to look at. They told us we could look at it, and test drive it, and if we had questions let them know. We appreciated that they were laid back and didn't hover like the other places. We decided we wanted it, and they told us to take a night and think about it. I know my husband appreciated this, after having to say we will think it over a million and ten times at the other place. We went back the next day and bought it. It was a super easy process. The van we bought didn't come with a middle seat, which was disappointing, but they ended up giving us one for free, which was super generous. They seem like they care about you and not just making a sale. We had a great experience, and would highly recommend.

We were looking for a replacement car for my son and he saw one he liked on their website. Upon visiting the dealership, the car was just as it was described. The sales people were friendly and didn't pressure at all. We are both confident that we made the right decision in purchasing his vehicle from Integrity. When shopping for another vehicle, I will definitely check them out first!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my car at Integrity Auto! Brandon and Scott were incredibly helpful and answered my questions about the car over the phone when I found it online. When I arrived at the dealership they were very attentive and made sure that I was comfortable with my purchase. I never felt pressured or overwhelmed during the process. They work hard to make sure each buyer is getting the best deal possible for a reliable car. My car is a beautiful Toyota RAV4 and I will enjoy it for many years to come! I highly recommend checking out Integrity Auto, as you'll find high quality vehicles with excellent customer service.

Just recently purchased my first car from these guys! It was such a great experience. When I got there Steve had cars ready and in mind that I could look at, that were in my price range and he let me just look around on my own. When I was ready to test drive a couple of them it was a smooth, easy and fast process. What I enjoyed the most was that they were not pushy and they did not over sell the cars! Plus I got a great deal! Definitely recommend

We bought an Acadia with right around 75,000 miles on it in July 2015. We have had nothing but problems with the car and have spent over $5,000 in repairs in just over a year, and the car needs further work. Problems have ranged from annoyances (like the DVD player not working) to having to replace coils, engine mounts, and a multitude of strange electrical issues. We called Integrity within 2-3 months of purchasing it with the first few repairs and were simply told there was nothing they could do. They offered us their discount at the Firestone downtown that services their vehicles - they did do work at the time of purchase to fix a squeaky steering wheel and it took 2 visits (and 2 full days off of work for me) to find the fairly simple problem so I was not going back there. I offered to bring the car back (less than 5,000 miles put on the car at that time) and sell it back but they would only offer me what the car would be worth WHOLESALE, not anything near what I paid for it so in addition to being out about $2,300 in repairs (at that time) I would also be out several thousand more for the difference in those amounts. On top of that, they wanted me to trade it in, not give me cash which would mean taking on another questionable used car. When I spoke with the manager, I was told that they didn't make hardly any money on the sale of the car (especially since they fixed the squeaky steering wheel) so they wouldn't be out of pocket over this. I guess they expect their customers to just eat the costs of their bad purchases - our car came from New Jersey - it still had all the paperwork in it. I will say that our salesman was very nice and the finance manager was great as well but the management/ownership does not value what they are putting out there to customers. The definition of integrity is: the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness. They do not exemplify INTEGRITY at all, don't let their name deceive you. I will not do business with Integrity Auto again and do not recommend it to anyone.

I visited Integrity to look at a specific vehicle. Upon my arrival, I conveyed to my salesperson, Scott, what I was looking for and that I was interested in one specific vehicle they had on the lot. He told me everything he knew about the car, and invited me to take it for a test drive. As it turned out, the car did not have the exact specs that I was looking for. At the time, they didn't have another vehicle in stock that was exactly what I was looking for, so he thanked me for coming by. I'm not a fan a the high pressure pitch. He understood that I was in the market for a very specific car, and he did not try to sell me something that didn't fit my needs. While they have a variety of vehicles for sale, on this day, they didn't have what I was looking for, and that's fine. Used car inventories constantly change. I would not hesitate to go back to them again for a different vehicle, and with the professional manner in which I was treated, I would not hesitate to buy a car from them.

If I could give them a -5 star rating I would. This company sold my son a 2017 Jeep 3 weeks ago and much to his surprise, the Jeep needs new rotors and break pads all away around! ($1500) When he asked about them repairing the breaks he was told they are a wear part . I ll given them that, but I don t think that he could put enough wear on this vehicle in 3 weeks to cause this much damage. I ask you where is the integrity of this? They knew the breaks were bad and they chose to hide it and pass it on to the next smuck. Oh yea there is an extended warranty but they choose not to honor it because those are wear parts

You guys are great!! I currently live in Topeka but have been looking all over to find a great deal on a Toyota FJ Cruiser. The sales associate Steve stayed in contact with me for almost two weeks until I could make it down to Wichita for a test drive. As soon as I showed up there was all smiles with no high pressure sales! I'm a college student and needed a payment plan that would work well for me and the financial consultant Brandon was phenomenal! Worked with me for almost three hours trying to find me the best deal and a plan I could afford! Best service I've ever received at a dealership hands down and left with my cruiser!

Long overdue review of this dealership since I purchased a SUV 'sight unseen' back in 2014 from Gene. We were searching several months for an '07 Toyota Sequoia Limited in our state of WA, but once one would land onto a lot, it would be sold right away. I am always extremely picky about options, models, exterior/interior colors when it comes to used vehicles, so we decided to expand our search nationwide. The wife found the exact AND perfect one here online; so we called, did the paperwork, and wired the money, all remotely (never purchased a vehicle without seeing it in person, or out of state before, let alone halfway across the country). For weeks, had trouble finding a shipper to bring it to me, and they wondered if we were ever going to pick it up since customers kept asking to buy it, so I decided to fly there instead with a coworker to help drive it non-stop back to WA with me. It was definitely a great transaction overall, with all the staff inside the dealership being super friendly and accommodating!

Best car buying experience I have ever had. The staff is amazing and super helpful. They are more than willing to let you test drive different things to find exactly what you want. I love my Jeep Wrangler I got from them and have had no problem at all. These guys are great and I would send anyone to them.

All in all this dealership was good. Besides receiving an insulting offer for my trade in and them wanting top dollar for their vehicle. I guess the art of car buying is all about your negotiating skills. I did buy the vehicle from them and customer service was friendly and excellent. A year or so after I purchased the vehicle I had an accident with a deer. By this time I had lost track of some of my purchase paperwork which was needed by the insurance. They quickly dug them out of their records, made copies, and sent them to me. It was an ongoing good experience. One piece of advice. Do your homework. Know what you want to pay for the vehicle and don't budge. Give them your phone number and walk if you have to. Don't let them talk their stuff up like it's the best, especially if it has lowish miles for it's age but is just under 100k miles. That big expensive service is right around the corner and you will have over paid for the car then have to pay a large chunk of change for the service. Even if you do it yourself.

Had a great experience buying a car at Integrity auto group yesterday! We went knowing what we wanted to test drive, we got in with the salesman, Big Jim, who was very friendly and not pushy AT ALL. Brandon, the finance guy, was very friendly and helpful as well with a great attitude that did not leave us feeling pressured or unsure about a thing. Hands down would recommend this local auto group to any of my friends and family! thanks guys, we love our new Acadia!

Drove clear from Tulsa, OK for a good deal on a family car. They had it priced fairly, the sales guy Scott was very friendly, informative and not pushy like some. Finance guy was quick and pleasant to chat with between his important info. Pretty good car buying experience.

We drove an hour because they had the vehicle we wanted online. Scott was amazing to work with, absolutely no pressure. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful, with their vehicle priced below value, and gave us a fair price for our trade. Easiest buying experience EVER. Highly recommended them!

This was the 2nd dealership we went to that day and the atmospheres could not have been more different. This dealership was NOT pushy! They wanted to sell us a vehicle that we were happy with, not something just to sell us something. They gave us time to look at the vehicle, test drive it, and also discuss it with them with no pressure to buy. I would recommend Integrity Auto Group - Wichita to any one that asks!

The dealership cares about the sale, and will do anything to get it. They have great quality cars, but will try to rush you into a selection for the sale. I have brought my last 2 cars from there, and I have mixed feelings. I told them the car I wanted, I couldn t get approved because something had popped on my credit score from 3 years ago. I paid it, and told them I wanted to wait so I could get the car I wanted. They kept trying to push me into a car I didn t want, but I tried to take it as them trying to help. 2 weeks later my score went back up, and I found a credit union that would approve me for the amount of the car I wanted. I called the dealership earlier that day and told them that I was going to be coming to get the car today and I just needed the final numbers. By around 2 we were all in the phone with the bank trying to finalize everything. When I get to the dealership maybe an hour later to sign my papers, a man is driving off with the car and they told me he was going to clean it up for me. I m not sure what he did but he was back shortly. It took us an hour and a half to get everything ready. When I get into the car it had not been cleaned on the inside, there was literally a white layer of dirt on the windshield that I could wipe with my hand. They did not fill the car with gas, I just spent over $13,500(not including extra insurance and gap through them) and they didn t value my business enough to present the car clean and full of gas. (This happened with the previous care also. But my dealer at the time apologized and sent me a check in the mail to put gas in my car.) On top of all that the mileage that we had just signed on had not been updated, so we signed the car at having a little over 34000 miles when it really had 35000, from people test driving it. I emailed them about how I did enjoy their service, but I was disappointed in some things. I received no reply, when just a week ago they were emailing me back within minutes. So my only conclusion is that, they only care to get your money and once they have it they aren t concerned. Check the pricing always, getting the most for the car is their job.

Wonderful to work with!!! We went in knowing which vehicle we wanted to look at. Scott was quick to have it ready for a test drive. No pressure, and transparent process. It didn't take us long to make our decision, we then met with Brandon in finance. He made the process very easy, worked quick but explained everything. We went in late on a Saturday afternoon and were done in about an hour with our new car!

Edit and update ..... This is a horrible place to purchase a vehicle from. I figured I'd give it a shot and ignored the other negative reviews and thought I would see for myself. They call themselves integrity auto.....but have 0 integrity and are very rude and unprofessional to their customers. I will not say names but "buyers beware".......which is the same thing they told me when my transmission went out not even 3 weeks after purchasing.... Transmission ended up being under warranty and was fixed by an EXCELLENT shop called Quality Car Care I do recommend them 10000%. But like I said buyer beware, of the lack of respect and integrity and honesty of this company.Brandon was great to work with. Down to earth and really helped us get into a vehicle we loved. We have mutual "car friends" so it we had a lot of common interests that made our car buying experience even easier! Thanks Brandon.
