Originally gave a three since I do enjoy the sales side but the more you deal with the service side it has to be a 1 star. They will lie to you every step of the way. They will say whatever they feel like then you won t hear from them or be able to get ahold of them unless you go in. Their quality is horrible but mostly it a the lies about what they re doing and when they re doing it makes it one star. They will lie everyday saying they ll work on it but won t touch it. Everyone I ve spoken to has the same experience and if you go up they ll apologize and lie again and as soon as you leave right back to nothing. Bought two cars here is the only reason we still sue the service for those cars but it s bad enough never again can I buy a car here or let anyone I know without knowing how bad the service department is.

We brought our 2010 Accent to this place a few months back with a print-out from Auto Zone saying that the PCM needed to be reprogrammed or replaced. After messing with it for days, saying nothing was wrong that they could find, eventually they "found" something and said that they needed to replace the PCM. So they did that, and we paid them a stupid amount of money. The part cost $1600 or so, plus labor, and they had the car for weeks while waiting on the part.Now, a short while later, the check engine line comes on. The print out from Auto Zone once again reports random misfires and says the most likely solution is to reprogram the PCM. We call this "service" center, and THEY CLAIM THAT A PROBLEM WITH THE PCM (WHICH THEY REPLACED) WOULD HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID ON IT!!! And they want another $200 to even look at it, of course. Forget it. I'm going to cut my losses and sell the car.Lessons I have learned:- Never buy a Hyundai again- Never EVER EVER do business with Hatchett Hyundai --- they do not stand by their work, and take no responsibility whatsoever for their actions.You are FAR better off getting service from some "guy that works on cars" down the street, because if he messes up he's at least more likely to own it. These guys, on the other hand, if you have an issue, you're on your own. Like me --- I have a car for sale now. Because I can't afford to endlessly pour money into it like this so-called "service center" would have me do, on something they were supposed to have fixed, but take no ownership of now.

Love the dealership side of Hatchett East, but the service department os a joke. I have a warranty with them, other wise I would go somewhere else to have work done. I call multiple times to try to schedule service, leave messages and NEVER get calls back. I have to physically drive to the store to get anything done.

I have gone to this dealership for years. Great place.They are under construction right now. Just recently I got my oil changed on my 2013 Altima. My last oil change there a few months ago cost me $41and some change which included a tire rotation.Now they started charging $24 for tire rotation which is fine, many places do.I chose not to rotate this time. My total bill was still $70!The biggest jumps are in the labor, oil and filter. ($10 extra each) pretty shocking.I just wanted to let people know.... Also three times in a row now over 2 vehicles they have forgotten to replace the windshield sticker. I'm hoping some of these issues clear up after construction.Service: Oil change

Brogan was very helpful and prompt with service! Unfortunately due to his hard work ethic he is hard to reach but be assured he has your best interest at heart.
