I love my Canyon; it s my second one! Hatchett Motors and specifically, Stevie, worked professionally and diligently to schedule and process my Canyon truck, getting it repaired in a timely manner. When a snafu arose with the rental agency, Stevie was on it, everything worked out and my truck was back to running in no time.

I came in for 3 items. Retrofit for my heated steering wheel, fix the rear park assist retrofit that you put in a few months ago, fix my blind side detectors that stopped working. After having my vehicle for 2 full days I was called it was done. I picked it up the next morning around 7:45am and was assured all was fixed and the blind spot and rear park assist was a software programming issue and after 3 1/2 hours of updates it was all fixed. Less than 24 hours later my blind spots are not working again. It is extremely inconvenient for me to bring my vehicle that far for the 3rd time and if I do will it even get fixed?

I had some warning codes pop up Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving. Called and made appointment to get in on Monday. Zack made situation stress free. Took care of getting me taken care of in a quick amount of time and kept me informed through entire process. All issues were covered under warranty and it was completed in a very reasonable and quick amount of time considering the scope of work being done. Entire experience was top notch, while the situation was not something wanted, I am very happy that Hatchett and Zack as my customer service agent took care of everything. Definitely very satisfied and happy with support and work done.

Great atmosphere, very clean and relaxing.The people are awesome too! They were very helpful, friendly, and not pressuring us. Salesperson tried to lead us to buy a used vehicle rather than new. Never gave us info that would have led to a sale. Really ignored value of our tradein. Lowballed it & when we called him out on it, he later pretended it was an oversight... Showroom was nice & large selection of vehicles.

I don t think it is right that you change benefits after purchase. Originally rotating tires was a life benefit. Now I had to pay. But I m not mad about it I just don t think it is right. I will be back.

I didn't have an appointment because I called last week to make one and no one called me back. So I went in to get a time and have a tire aired up. I was immediately give a time for right then (no trip back next weeK) and the tire had a nail. The attendant showed me pictures which convinced me a new set of tires was needed which was promptly taken care of. However, he told me the tires I needed were in stock, but really only 3 were which involved a much longer wait.

I ve had great experiences with everyone at Hatchett Buick GMC. Keeping me informed on repairs/maintenance, recommendations of maintenance items to look into. They don t seem to be pushy by any means. I ve only ever taken my 2017 Sierra to them for services and maintenance since it was new. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to them.

I have bought 2 vehicles from here and have had all my service work done here. Hector sold me my my 2nd truck and is great to work with I would recommend him to anyone buying � vehicle. Zach was the finance person on both are cars and is great to work with. Kato has taken care of our service work for the last four years and is honest and great to work with. This is why we buy and deal with Hatchett � great place and full deal exp�rience.

He made a mistake when telling me the price on something and had it covered before I even knew there was a mistake. I will come there for service from now on!

I live out of town and made an appointment prior to dropping the vehicle off. You were really busy that day and the person that took care of us mentioned you were so busy and several people had shown up to have their vehicle serviced but, he d squeeze us in. If I made an appointment, there shouldn t have been a need to squeeze me in, I was scheduled. I felt like the entire time you were not really able to give our vehicle the attention it required because you were so slammed! I ve had better experiences at Hatchet and I hope this time was just a glitch.

Hatchett Buick GMC has the worst service department in the state of Kansas. If you re looking to have your vehicle serviced at a place that will do nothing but lie to your face and not follow through with ANYTHING they promise then this is the place for you! EVERY TIME I have my vehicle serviced or repaired here it is a nightmare. They hook their claws into you when you purchase a vehicle with them and have to service it through them to maintain the warranty , which is not true, just more lies from them. They will take 3 hours for a simple oil change, even when it s a scheduled appointment with an estimate wait time of 30-45 min. Part of the warranty is that they are to provide a rental vehicle when it s being repaired and they have weaseled out of doing so on multiple occasions by promising the vehicle back the next day then lying and dragging it out for weeks past the promised date. Good luck trying to get reimbursement for the rental fees you incurred while Hatchett holds your vehicle hostage because that too is a loosing battle. They lied to my face for 6 weeks and held my vehicle hostage while parts were on order then admitting they didn t have a qualified tech on staff to do the repairs so my vehicle just sat with no production Instead of letting me go to a repair shop that is actually capable of doing the work. They allowed me to be without a vehicle and only covered a small portion or the rental fee. They also took 6 months to replace a touch screen. First they said the screen was on back order and they would call me when it arrived. I called my service rep multiple times with no reply within the first 3 months then gave up on them. I then contacted their parts department when my screen completely crashed (6 months after they ordered the replacement) to see if it had arrived and was told it did months ago , but since my service rep never did anything with it when it arrived they sent it back (at least their parts department is honest and not a bunch of liars). I then had to call the store manager just to get a reply. Since it was returned they had to reorder it , but I had done research and found the screen was not a back ordered part and low and behold it arrived within a week. They installed the new unit and it still has issues, showing they have no clue what they re doing there. You can leave your service rep voicemails and text multiple times and never get a single reply for weeks or even months in some cases. Don t bother trying to reach out to service manager Eric as he won t return voicemails either. You can call the service desk and explain that you have reached out multiple times to the service rep with no response and all they do is forward you to their voicemail again. Today was the last straw as I had to drop my truck off for another repair (because of their warranty) and yet again, I dropped it off at 7:30am as scheduled and was told I was first on line and would receive text updates and a call by 3pm. Once again didn t hear a word or see a single text so I called around 4 and yet again no answer or call back. I got dropped off just before they closed at 6 to avoid them holding my truck hostage for the weekend and was greeted very rudely by my service rep Matt who then stated let me see what s going on with your truck . He returned with my vehicle handed me the keys and walked away. Didn t say a word or explain what the diagnosis was. I had also asked for a tire rotation and replacement of two air sensors that they also failed to complete. I then asked Matt for his supervisor and was told he s not here . So basically my vehicle spent the entire day from open to close and didn t get a single thing done to it. Don t bother trying to speak to upper management as they don t care about their customers or if you re having issues. The only thing this dealership has correct is the name Hatchett as they have butchered my return business and referrals. UPDATE for the public : After my review received the Owners reply I never heard a word out of Hatchett. Just more lies from team Hatchett

I was scheduled for my first oil change and was prepared to take the shuttle to work but thought I would wait and see how long it would take. Much to my surprise, I was in and out within 20-30 minutes. I was so happy because I had a meeting at work I needed to attend and got there in plenty of time.

Very disappointing. The worst experience I have ever had with a service department. Took my car in for the sun roof to get fixed, dropped it off Wednesday evening for the 7am appointment the following morning. After two days they did call and say they still hadn t worked on it for various reasons. Saturday morning I called to see if there had been any progress but did not receive a call back until I had to call AGAIN Monday morning at 11. I spoke with Mike, who did not offer any sort of apology and said my car had still not even been looked at. At this point my car had been on their lot for over 4 days. I told Mike i would not be needing their service any longer and would be picking it up. When I arrived, Mike didn t say a single word to me, he just handed me my key. An apology would have been the least he could do and he couldn t manage that. After leaving, my radio and screen would not turn on. I went in for a broken sunroof, that didn t get fixed and now my screen won t turn on? If it weren t for their mechanic, Jay, I would have left with a broken radio screen and a very dissatisfied customer. He was able to sit in my car for 5 minutes, fixed it and apologized for my car not getting in and getting fixed. He was very professional and should honestly be working your customer service counter. He was very pleasant and more than kind, like you would think of a customer service rep. Unfortunately will not be returning and would never recommend.
