I'm very happy with my service here! I had to take my SUV in after some moron opened fire in my neighborhood and shot my car. Before and after pictures below. Both back doors had to be replaced, as the bullet went clear through my car. Ryan was thorough and clearly communicated everything he was doing as it happened. We were already paying our total deductible, so he made sure other things were fixed on the car as well. He made us feel valued and taken care of. Thanks to everyone at Gerber for making a terrible situation that much easier to handle!

They work well with insurance to give you minimal headache and work to do. Everyone is nice and makes sure you re happy.

Excellent service Excellent work. Let me just say during a day of constant downpour of rain for a couple of days I drove my suv in some high water. It destroyed my under carriage car shield and damaged my fuel pump and fuel line. As a result gas was leaking from the damage. It was so strong I was getting headaches. Ryan who was Excellent in his diagnosis told me from jump that he couldn't and wouldn't allow me to drive my vehicle due to the damage. A single spark could ignite the fuems, it was definitely hazardous. Not even a week later my vehicle was in perfect condition.

Friendly customer service, iron my car in a couple of weeks after hitting a deer in Pratt, even though they are backed up a little they conducted themselves professionally

Went in to get undercarriage replaced and for some minor work.... when I got my vehicle back, I still had no undercarriage...

I used Gerber Collision before when I hit a raccoon and was happy with their service. Recently I was rear-ended so I chose Gerber again. Much more damage this time and lots of static from the claims department of my insurance company and problems with getting parts. Ryan and Jaden stepped up and went above and beyond making sure I was taken care of on every front, taking care of things I was not expecting. I will always use Gerber Collision without hesitation!

Easy drop off and pick up. Keeped me informed all the way through so there was no surprise at the end. Employees was very helpful and politely. I would use them again.

Oh wow. Not only did they make my car look like new (and it looks wonderful) but they vacuumed out the inside! I know; maybe a small thing to most people or expected, but for this busy mom it was exactly what I needed today. They checked the airbags in the doors that needed repaired to make sure they all checked out (safety is so important to me so thank you for telling me that in particular) and everything looks and acts perfect! Their customer service is top notch. They will be our first choice if we ever need repairs done again!

I'm still out of town & I have only seen pictures of my car it looks great. They let me make arrangement for a friend to inspect my & let him take my car. I had a family emergency & had to leave town, Collision Works handle all repairs & made it easy for me to take care my family member I never worried about my car. Their texting me every day made it easy to focus on my family and not my accident or my car. They were great!Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

The work that was performed on my Ram was flawless. The customer service was outstanding. The work was done in a timely manner and I was kept up to date with the repairs via text messages. Wonderful customer service! Had my vehicle taken to be fixed and was advised about each and every step of the repairs along the way. They sure do stand by their slogan. My car was vacuumed and clean by the time I got my vehicle back. One of the best perks of going to Auto Craft!

My van looks good as new AND it's washed and vacuumed (music to my working momma ears!). It was finished 2 days early also, I'm so happy to have my vehicle back!

Through the entire process the staff is courteous, helpful, and understanding. They treat you with respect and genuinely care about getting you back on the road. The company itself is always reaching out into the community to lend a helping hand, and that carries over into their day-to-day transactions. When you come to Auto Craft, it's obvious you're in a place full of people that care about you and want to help.

I have had to take my car to auto craft several times and have had excellent results every time! They are very professional and friendly and do not rip you off. I highly recommend these guys to everyone who needs help finding a good car repair shop.

I can highly recommend the Downtown Wichita Collision Works. I was rear ended at a stop light. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Auto Craft Collision on East 1st Street N, is definitely the place to go for autobody and mechanical repairs. Their work is of the highest quality, prices are fair and reasonable, and the service is prompt and courteous. I've used their services on at least 3 occasions, each time they delivered on time with quality results. Highly recommended.

Excellent service all the way around, from the response time, called me back within minutes when found the replacement window I needed, advised me to remove just the broken window and cover the seat and would be ready for me within 30 min. Took less than an hour and they had vacuumed the whole car because the glass had gone everywhere. Very impressed! Thank you so much!

Apparently Gerber Collision and Glass does not do glass. Just called their local number, was re-routed to a call center and told the closest place for auto glass repair is Tulsa, not any of their 6 locations in Wichita.

Great crew! I really appreciate how actively #TeamAutoCraft participates in events that help local charities and nonprofit organizations in our community. Their car giveaways to deserving families are just one example of how they partner with other area businesses to give back to Wichita. I've also enjoyed volunteering with their employees at places like the Kansas Food Bank Warehouse. Nice folks who are always ready to help on projects that make Wichita a better place to live and work.

If you have to go through the pain of an auto collision, do yourself a favor and make it all better with this place!! They are the best! Someone side swiped my car while backing out of a parking space, scraping both doors on my passenger side. They fixed it in THREE DAYS and everything looked perfect. They couldn't have been nicer. I am so grateful!

If I could give Auto Craft less than 1 star, I would. The whole experience has been awful. My husband's truck had a front end collision. The hood, grill, bumper, radiator, headlights, fog lights and a few other things were replaced. Except for the radiator everything else has been wrong. When we picked the truck up the 1st time the salvage yard part number was still on the lense, and the headlights were completely oxidized. There was also paint that had been missed and the hood did not fit right, the grill was plastic and chrome colored. The headlights don't align with the grill. Now we are to the point where Auto Craft says they can't do anything more and won't fix their subpar work. They have had the truck a total of 18 days. We just picked the truck up for the 2nd time they have had it. It is still awful, things were not changed and fixed like they said it would be. The paint that was missed was just touched up with a paint pen. The grill still doesn't fit with the headlights. The hood still has a gap and isn't straight. I would never recommend this shop to anyone.

My VW Beetle was taken in to fix the bumper and fender and most work was solid. Some work was done that was unnecessary and brought the price up a considerable amount. The emblem on the front was undamaged but replaced and put on sideways. I'll never be able to look at it the same way due to me being a perfectionist.

I had my car repaired at Auto Craft and could not have been happier with the service provided. The staff was very friendly and professional. They also gave me a free rental car to drive while they were fixing my car.
