Ultra competent and professional. Alfonso, Page, and the crew Rock. They repaired my mobility van and coordinated and umbrella billed the muffler, syspension and mobility equipment work and beat projected time. Worked well with insurance also.

Can I just say the hospitality of gerber collision was wonderful!!!! As I was pulling up to pick up my vehicle they were already pulling it up without me mentioning I was on my way!!! And my car was so clean. All the repairs were done beautifully...thank you Paige and the rest of the gerber team I will recommend you to all my people

Recommended by Progressive Insurance after an accident. The worst experience with a body shop ever. Had to call for updates every couple of days. They never reached out, once. Was always told it would be ready tomorrow on 5 occasions. Their excuse was wrong part shipped or a new problem was found. On the last day they said our car was being detailed. I was a little excited to think I'd at least be picking up a clean car. I was disappointed to see that it was full of dried mud and dust. I dropped it off cleaner than I got it back, which was a bummer.Meanwhile, Progressive insurance stopped paying our car rental and Gerber agreed with Progressive, due to so many delays on their end, they would cover the remaining cost of the car rental. Well, they didn't hold up their end of the deal and I was charged approximately $475.00 for the rental. When my husband called to inquire if they had paid it or not, they couldn't tell him. He asked for corporate's phone number they indicated that they do not have a phone number. That is a huge red flag.Fast forward to today and the car is still having issues that didn't exist before the accident. Mind you, the car has only been driven 281 miles since February 1, when we retrieved our "repaired" car. Since they supposedly have a 100% guarantee, we called them to express concerns that the car was idling funny. The mechanic offered to look at it, but made it clear that he doesn't think it's related to the accident. Hear we go again with these people.We are absolutely done dealing with this shady company and their incompetent front desk personnel, as well as, mechanic. I simply cannot give anymore money, energy or time to them. They absolutely ruined our holiday season. From day one my husband and I have regretted not choosing another collision center. Do not trust your car with them if you value your sanity and time, find a professional.Services: Transmission, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

This was the most painless experience. I was referred to Gerber by my auto insurance, after my fairly new vehicle was hit and damaged. I was so worried about how it would go and being without my car. The estimate was quick and was promptly sent to my insurance, as well as to me. I was quoted a couple days for the length of time the repair would take. Gerber and USAA worked together and enterprise was at the repair shop, waiting for me with the rental when I dropped my vehicle off. The repair was completed within my originally quoted timeframe. Gerber also offered for me to leave the rental there and they worked with enterprise to have the vehicle picked up from them. My vehicle was pristine and the body work was immaculate. It s like the damage never happened. They detailed the inside and my vehicle is cleaner than when I left it. They have also provided a lifetime warranty on their work and asked me to reach out if I have any problems at all. I would 100000% use Gerber on West Kellogg, again!

Twice I've had to take my tahoe in, and both times received amazing service! They ensured I got factory parts replaced instead of third party parts, and they beat the deadline both times and were extremely informative throughout the entire process! Definitely taking my cars back to here!

The lady who helped me, Paige, was extremely helpful. She answered all my questions thoroughly and professionally. She made sure the paint color matched exactly and there were no issues before we even started the process. My truck was in and out within half a day. It was a great experience thanks to Paige! These guys are the best! My car was completely done w the entire process in a week. The labor took them abt 5 days total and they were so friendly and good abt keeping me informed. When I picked up the car they returned my rental for me and my car was in perfect condition again! I would give more stars if I could. Had drove to the business for an estimate. Was told that it would be two weeks to even get an estimate? Have always been able to get an estimate over many years of repairing cars. Usually, shops will at least give an estimate and then just let you know how far out they are from getting a vehicle repaired. But to not even get an estimate? That was a first for me. Do not waste your time driving to this business for an estimate. I would definitely be worried about them working on any vehicles after that experience!

The staff are really awesome, especially Paige and Orlando. I called several times over the few weeks my car was there because I was anxiously waiting for my car to be finished, every time they were polite and didn't seem annoyed at giving me an update.On the mechanical side of things, there is a warranty on the parts so if anything goes wrong I can have it fixed which is awesome.The work done is amazing. It is like the accident never happened. The paint job is excellent. They washed my car before giving it to me which was nice.Overall great experience and I am glad I chose this shop. If for some reason I need body work done again I will bring my car here!

Had an appointment scheduled weeks ago for March 28th to replace a tailgate bumper for a truck off of a written estimate. They just called and said they now cannot see me for another three weeks until mid-April. Also, if I want this new pushed back appointment, I have to bring the car in for an entirely new written estimate. Why on earth would I need to get a second written estimate when the first estimate was recent and from their own store? What kind of a bait and switch is going on here? I am going elsewhere.

They did a good job repairing my car although it did take longer than expected. Some of the parts had to be back ordered so it wasn't all their fault. Overall I'm satisfied.

If i could give them 20+ stars i would!!! Seriously this is the ONLY place that I'd recommend or EVER go to, to get any repairs done!! I was t-boned last year and they did an AMAZING job at the repairs! Not only that but I just recently hit a deer on my way to Missouri and had significant amount of damage done to my car. Since I was in Missouri at the time I had my car worked on by Reliable Chevy & Mercedes in Springfield, they did the WORST job that I've ever seen, my whole front end was crooked and was completely unfinished. I didn't even trust them to re-fix what they've already messed up. CLEARLY they weren't "reliable" the first time... so I gladly turned down their services, knowing in the back of my head that Gerber could get the job DONE and do it RIGHT! and of course they did!!!!! My car looks brand new, and I could really tell that they put the time in to make it look pristine!! They will ALWAYS be the top on my list and my go-to for ANY repairs!! Thank you Gerber for your hard work and amazing customer service!!

Shortly after buying a used Toyota Corolla in the Kansas City area, we noticed the bumper on the passenger side was starting to flap loose from the fender. Upon further investigation, we realized the car had apparently been in an accident that did not show up on the CARFAX history. We reported the issue to SilverRock, the warranty insurance company. They referred us to several body shops in the Wichita area, one of whom refused to deal with the insurance company, tried to take advantage of us,and also wasted a great deal of our time, almost allowing our warranty period to run out. When we arrived at Gerber Collision to see if they could help us out, Paige took all of a few minutes to assess the damage. She quickly generated an estimate and submitted it to SilverRock Warranty that same day, stressing the damage was a safety issue and not just cosmetic. Long story short, the warranty company finally agreed to cover the repairs. Gerber Collision did a high-quality job replacing the bumper and grille, matching the paint perfectly, and all within the cost constraints of the warranty company. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision especially if you have a SilverRock claim and, of course, if you want a body repair shop that you can trust.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

BEWARE, this establishment is not somewhere you should bring you vehicle for any repairs. The workmanship is not even subpar, it has been a nightmare getting my vehicle fixed after multiple attempts (this is leaving me vehicle there multiple times and picking it up and having to return it, ugh) and still not fixed properly. I escalated this to the manager, who is VERY unprofessional and hard to deal with. This is by far the WORST customer service experience I have ever had.

Would give them 10 stars if I could. Our car was t-boned, but Rusty assured us it could be fixed and what a job they did! We were kept up to date with twice weekly phone calls. They worked with our insurance company so all we had to do was drop the car off, sign the papers and then pick it up. You would never know the car was in an accident. While I hope to never get into an accident again, if I did, I would return to Gerber with no hesitation.

Someone hit and totaled my car out. Their car insurance sent the my car here to determine the damage. They never contacted me to tell me the end results to if it was repairable or totaled. I called them to find out what was going on with my vehicle. After they told me it was determined totaled out, I went up there to retrieve my items out the car. The lady just asked for a description of the car with no verification of if I was the true owner. She then gave me the wrong keys that belonged to another person car, which didn't fit the detailed description I told her.

Took auto in Monday they replaced the back bumper and washed and vacuumed the interior. Excellent job car was ready to pick up Wednesday USAA gave Gerber 5 stars and so do I.

I took a rebuilt title vehicle in for a pre-purchase inspection. Orlando found numerous repairs, salvage parts, and issues that were not disclosed. He was able to point out every detail about the suspension, motor being removed, front, and rear damage. I could tell they have an incredible amount of knowledge and expertise. I would highly recommend anyone to Gerber Collision. They saved me from a bad buy and alot of headaches and money down the road.

Called for windshield repair, so they asked for my zip code, and they said they don't have a glass repair shop in my area. Why does it say "and GLASS" in the title?!
