Took my 95 Chevy S-10 in, they worked through several complications it had, kept it budget friendly, and still managed a day turn around. Great, honest work for a fair price. Definitely the only transmission shop i ll be using and recommending to people.

Absolutely amazing experience with these guys! When other shops where giving me the run around trying to over charge me, these guys have been 100% honest! They saved me thousands and did absolutely exceptional work! I would recommend Future Transmission over any other place in town! Super fast turn around time as well as picture updates as the work was being done! My experience was fast, friendly, and fair. They are competitively priced. They look your vehicle over to inform you of any other issues. They aren't quick to assume you need a entire rebuild or sale you something you don't need. I am a repeat customer. If I have any other issues with other vehicles I intend to do business here again.

What a Great Place to Get Your Car Worked On .!!! They , Wesley the owner took my car out for a drive and when we got back he was working on it that day I was expecting to be put in a book and they would call me. Very personable!!! I had my car back the very next day . I needed Brakes and a Moter Mount. I had no idea what was making the noise ! Wesley fixed it ...I will use this place again and tell all my friends !! I just want to remind people what a great group of guys Wes has at his shop. They are all very friendly know what their doing and finish on time. In my case it was sooner then they averaged. Wes as well always has a great attitude about everything. These are the to go guys!!

I cannot recommend this shop enough. The owner Wesley was so helpful with financing. His daughter was so kind, and Pat, the mechanic, also so kind. ...and fast!I walked in the shop in tears and they soon had me calmed down and ready to go.They are fair and extremely knowledgeable so next time ya need car repairs this is your place!!!

Terrible customer service. Fraud who steals by swapping batteries and claiming to do service they don t.If you look at the other reviews they always say Wesley the owner so much as well as having the best experience in the world as if they re over dramatic, specific, and fake reviews from their friends and family. Every transmission shop in town will tell you to not go here, but to literally go anywhere else.Some of the worst people in Wichita that are just out to screw you over. Big thumbs down!!!!

Customer service is top notch. I used a warranty program and he handled them with experience and excellence. Wesley the owner went above and beyond to make this daunting experience non stressful. The owner came to my job to get me sign invoice to hold the warranty company accountable. He completed work in such a precise timely manner. He kept me informed of each step and was accurate with timelines. This job was completed and service was impeccable. I don t usually write reviews but through this experience and service I couldn t not get home fast enough to write this review.

Two transmission rebuild from them 1st one outlasted the vehicle 2nd one got same day. Great service great people. Would 100% recommend.

Cannot recommend their service enough. My vehicle is not easy to work on and most shops in town out right refused to replace the transmission. Not only did Future not bat an eye, they gave me the best price in town. Plus they were very friendly throughout all of our exchanges. This was the best mechanic experience I've had and will come back anytime.

Had such a great experience! So I thought my transmission was shot and we had a friend recommend Future to us. They went above and beyond to find the issue and luckily it ended up being the computer and nothing with my transmission at all. Can t thank them enough for the amazing service and saving us money! Will definitely be using them again if we have any issues in the future

Took my 2007 f 150 here aftet transmission went out. Future Transmission got it running in no time! Wes went above & beyond to repair our truck. He explained everything in detail on what repairs where needed,very honest & straight to the point. These guys are amazing! Wesley is the best! A true, reliable God-fearing and hard-working American, because he took care of my situation with such a high level of integrity and professionalism. That in my opinion, really shows he cares about his community and is a quality local business that I highly recommend for the good and honest people of Wichita that work hard everyday. Everyone knows how stressful having car problems is, and how it is really hard to find an honest, trustworthy, straightforward and fair businesses out there that are not trying to make a buck off you, especially when it comes to costly car repairs.Future Transmissions is honest, reliable and these guys know what they're doing! Stranded on vacation, transmission craps out. These guys saved my hide. Rebuilt my transmission at an affordable rate. Kept my utility trailer locked up. Even worked on days off to get me going again... Can't thank these people enough. Friendly. Helpful. Great work.

We would like to say, thank you so much for helping us with our bike trailer. We has already had the bearing changed in California. We got back as far as Wichita and it was almost falling apart again. We happened to see this place while sitting at a red light, looking for a place to go. These were the nicest, friendliest people you could ever meet. They got right on it, tightened it up and we were back on the road in no time. It was nice meeting you and great talking with you too. Had my dodge ram worked on by these guys back in 2012, reverse was out, . They informed me that if I just did the reverse that I'd just be doing the transmission In 6 months,I was okay with this because at the time I had the money for reverse not a rebuild. they fixed the reverse for bout $200, and I started saving money for the transmission that they informed me was on its last leg. 6 months later the transmission started slipping, I took it back to Future and had them rebuild the transmission, cost me $2,500. Was a perfect arrangement got me back on the road for a price I could afford and gave me the opertunity to put money back to be able to stay on the road, I guess this is no longer a service they provide unfortunately.

Fixed my trucks transmission in one day & gave me a great deal!!! I was shown a lot of kindness and consideration, from the moment I called curious if they had any time to fix it, their Answer was yes come on down we will show you how good business is done, they lived up to their word & exceeded it.

Never had a better experience with a mechanic in my life. Got my 2000 gmc in and rebuilt quickly. And for less money than we originally thought. Even came and picked me up in my repaired truck. I will recommend Mr Capps to anyone needing transmission work.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Late review from August 7 2022IT WAS GOD! God directed my family here after the transmission went out. Long story short- we were on our way to TX for a church conference on 8/4/2022. Our vehicle s transmission blew out near Wichita, KS. Everything that could possibly go wrong on a road trip happened. The other shops and dealerships were giving us the worst answers. It was either trading in our vehicle for $300, buying a newer vehicle, or waiting 7 days to get our vehicle fixed, and to mention that the prices were ridiculous. After a long stressful day, we took off to TX in a rental, we called a shop in Topeka, KS and they referred us to Future Transmissions. We spoke to Wes, and right away he gave us good news. He had the new transmission parts, picked up our vehicle, and worked on it in 2 day time frame. When we picked up our vehicle on August 7th, we personally met Wes and thanked him for the job done. We come to find out that Wes was from the same church denomination and we knew that God directed our paths there! Absolutely amazing experience! 100% honest, and they did a fantastic job! I would recommend Future Transmission over any other place near Wichita! Thank you for the amazing service!Service: Transmission

Transmission went out in our '15 Tahoe. Called a handful of places in Wichita. Half of them didn't really sound very sure of anything and gave me price ranges of rebuilding my trans and had about $1,500 difference on what my bill will be at the end, and wouldn't know until inside of it. They were also way higher in price and about 3 week lead time. Finally talked to Wes at Future Transmissions, and it was a breath of fresh air. First, I told him the year and model and a brief description of what was going on, then he took over and explained what happens in that specific transmission, what symptoms is caused by that wear and was exactly right in everything he said. He obviously knew what he was doin. He had several rebuilt ones on the shelf ready to go, and was 1k cheaper than every other place I called. Only thing he said would affect the price was if the rear main seal was leaking and would be around $200. I dropped it off after hours at 8pm on Thursday, he called me at 1:30pm on Friday and said it is ready to pick up. Final bill was exactly what we discussed beforehand. This is now my place to go for repairs, but hopefully isn't needed.Service: Transmission

The service was amazing, I was blown away about the service I recieved. It was truly a blessing to have been able to do business with such nice people. I believe I will continue to get service from this place. They really make sure to fix what you need fixed. In a sufficient amount of time really nice and funny people. I could tell they really care about what they do and care about what their customers need. Five stars all the way. Thank you Wesley and the rest of the crew at Future Transmission.

I hope no one goes through having transmission problems, but if you do, go to Futura Transmissions. They were by far super honest about what's really wrong. Whats suggested vs required really matters. They got me in and out in a few days and went above and beyond, plus a free Keychain lol. Highly recommend! The staff at Future Transmission is the most honest and trustworthy people that I have met in the automotive repair business since I've been in Wichita Kansas. I have always done all my maintenance and repairs on my own vehicles, because I don't trust anyone else to only do what needs to be done and nothing more. Mr. Wesley and his crew has broken that barrier. He knew what was wrong and fixed my truck and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I Highly Recommend Future Transmission for all of your Automotive repair needs!!!! Thanks Future Transmission you guys are Awesome!!!!!!

In times like now it's hard to find reliable service that you can trust, let alone afford. Wesley and crew do an outstanding job and will not sell you snake water. There is a reason they have been in business as long as they have and are always busy. They are so fast and good that people keep coming back, especially after they find out they do it all...not just transmission work.

Wesley and his crew did an awesome job and in a very timely manner! You can tell that his years of experience really matter he keeps an inventory of parts for fast turn around, (unlike the 4 other shops I called first!) We took the car to Wesley thinking we had a bad transmission. Turns out it was bad motor mounts and a collapsed exhaust. He replaced the motor mounts and the exhaust system and the car performs amazing. We really appreciate his honesty and excellent work. Most shops would have replaced the transmission and then said by the way your motor mounts are bad and the exhaust needs to be replaced.Jerry MasonServices: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

I took my 2013 GMC Acadia to Wesley and he was extremely knowledgeable about what was going on with my transfer case. It was making a weird kinda whining sound and he took a test drive and within 1 minute he knew what was wrong. Amazing pricing and service was incredible. I would recommend him to everyone!!
