From the start of my call of scheduling an oil change appointment to the end of service, Zac was very professional and wonderful to work with. I had even forgot my credit card there and he called me to pick it up. I had no worries or concerns about my card being misused. I truly appreciate integrity and honesty being that I am first time customer there. I recommend anyone to go there for automotive services.

If you're needing you're prius headgasket replaced come here. Didn't even hesitate when asked if they were able to do it, price was better than compared to Eddy's. Appreciate it.

I used Frank's today for the first time in over 10 years and 10/10 recommend.I had kind of forgotten about them after they moved from central and 235. I will forever be grateful for Frank's honestly. He could have taken me out to he ballgame as far as pricing but was not trying to have my repair something that wasn't broken. I will never go anywhere else again.I was told my front end was great and had an alignment done. Now 2k miles later I have a front end failure. I wish I had listened to myself and gotten a second opinion.Services: Auto brake repair, Engine repair, Brakes, Auto emissions testing, Air conditioning, Auto maintenance

For the past 10+ years Franks Automotive has consistently exceeded my expectations. My 1st experience I brought in my 1st car. It had been diagnosed at another shop that said it needed basically half an engine rebuild. I took it to Franks because he seemed to be the Nissan Expert. Sure enough, he was THE EXPERT, even though he could have charged me for a full rebuild that I asked for he on his own found the REAL issue was simply just replacing the injectors!! SAVED ME THOUSANDS! Through the years it s been the same great work at Franks Automotive Team! I have held out 10 years for this review so believe it when you read this, this is the place to take your car(s).

Awesome service and great work by these guys! I had my oil changed and sway bar bushings and links replaced on my 07 chevy cobalt. They were extremely polite and had our car back to us quickly. They gave us a good price for the replacement. This is now the shop I will continue to comeback to anytime I need more maintenance done.i highly recommend using them I'd give them a 10/10. I had my 2005 Honda Pilot done towards the end of November of 2020. It was leaking a lot of power steering fluid. I took it to the Honda dealership first and was told it was the power steering pump and then they told me I needed motor mounts and steering/suspension work done as well. They gave me the total and I was shocked. I told them I would think about it. They charged me 109.00 for the assessment.I had read reviews of Frank s Automotive so I took it there for a second opinion. It was not my power steering pump it was the power steering line which was cheaper than a pump. Yes I needed motor mounts but Frank said they could wait as my radiator really needed replacement and transmission needed to be flushed. He said those would be priority. Suspension could wait as well so we could do these in phases so I could save up money to have these other items done. I told him to fix everything and he even did more like rear brakes and cleaned up my headlights. He came in a 1000.00 dollars less than the dealership quoted me and did a heck of a lot more to get my Pilot running well and safe.Betsy in the office was amazing.Definitely having all my work done here.Thank you Frank and the staff.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes

Had an 11 o'clock appt. I called a couple before 11 and advised Zach I was running about 10 mins late. I was told we may be able to get to you still. So I got there around 11:07 and they took my car immediately back but I sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half for a simple oil change. While waiting, I kept hearing the employee say rude things and all I did was show up 7 mins after my scheduled appt. I was also told I had an oil leak that doesnt exist. I park my car in my garage every day and night and there is not any oil leakage from my vehicle!

I originally went there because one if my clients worked there. I wanted to support them and check it out. So far, they have been very fair and honest. They make sure I get the work done that I need but don t make a list of expensive ones that I don t need. I definitely plan to stick with them.

After trying to do it my self with you tube and that not working out. I finally took my truck to Franks Automotive on a recommendation from friend. I should of done it earlier. Frank and his team were very friendly and listened to what I had to say and gave great advice. They were quick to repair and very reasonable on the price. I will definitely take my truck from here on out to get serviced.

I have spent a few thousand dollars here in repairs. So far, I have been really satisfied. Making them the family mechanic. They are busy but they do appointments. They work with you if you work with them. Really impressed with the technical aptitude. They will walk you through schematics.Expensive repairs suck but be sure each dollar you spend is well spent. Rant over. Lol

Frank's has always treated me right, has gotten work done in a timely manner and has communicated about issues found along the way instead of a surprise after the work's already been done. Not knowing cars that well myself, I know it's important to find a mechanic you can trust to not take advantage of you, but to also be thorough and get things taken care of the right way. That's what Frank's does well. Super friendly and helpful staff, too.I even have several friends who do most mechanical work themselves on their own cars, and when it's something they can't do themselves, Frank's is where they take it.They're not the cheapest mechanic around, but that's not necessarily a bad thing (who wants to go to the cheapest option for something important like a car -- you get what you pay for, in my opinion).

Recently moved from Minneapolis to Wichita and needed a fuel pump replaced with a certified AST technician and Frank was outstanding on price, timing and pride in work. I recently had my oil changed and again the staff and Frank were a relief and sense of confidence to insure the best workmanship was applied to my car. Thanks Frank and Team for not making entering an auto after market business with anxiety and for your integrity and fairness in these unfounded times.

I've been coming to Frank for the better part of 15 years. He's a good guy and has an excellent staff. If he makes a mistake, he does his best to make it right. He matches your energy, so if you're good to him he's good to you.

There is a comfort that you get going to get work done on your car at the dealership. You get that same feeling bringing your car to Frank at Franks Automotive. He is straight forward and charges a very reasonable price and turnaround time is prompt and quick. I can't recommend his shop enough. I had my timing belt, water pump and many other things done and he was able to get it all done in a day. Saved me almost 1000 dollars had I brought it to the dealership. Frank provides all the quality and service that you would expect from a dealship but at a fraction of the cost. Will bring any future work to him. Support local business!

From Betsy to the mechanics to Frank himself, they are up front, kind, helpful, understanding and do great work. I have a Volkswagen Jetta and specially picked Frank s because of his knowledge and experience with foreign vehicles and they have not let me down. Frank s is awesome and definitely recommend.

Walked in 20 minutes before closing with a tire that had a nail in it, 3.5 hours from home!! Frank got me rolling home safely and I am so thankful for that!! Thanks Frank and your crew!!! I made it back to OK safe!!! Highly recommend these great folks!!!

The fuel pump went out on our 2009 Tahoe. After it was replaced by Frank's automotive, the check engine light came on and would not shut off so now we have a dash board light that won't shut off.

I had my vehicle repaired in August of 2021 because of a whine noise I was hearing during acceleration, only for the problem to continue within a day or two and no success leaving my vehicle all day for a second time. Fast forward 5 months later and the belt had to be replaced again and had I not had my receipt, they were going to try and charge me again.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Frank's is the only place to take your vehicle to get an honest quote with great service. The owner takes pride in his business and his automotive skills. If I ever have a weird sound or question about my vehicle they always have or find the answer.

Not even 3 weeks after I got my coolant flush here, which could be compared to the work of a regular garden hose, I find out from another shop that whomever did my flush put my radiator cap back on way too tight blocking the overflow causing a pressure build up and my timing cover gasket to blow. This is a $500+ repair and all they had to say was "sorry". Worst place on earth, don't let these people purposely trash your car.

Usually do all my own work. Call on Frank and Betsi for the big jobs that I dont have garage space for. Honest and friendly, Frank always takes care of us. I drive all the way from Andover and he is the only one I can rely on to do the job right the first time at a great price.

Frank is a great mechanic in my eyes. I know enough about cars to leave them alone. Each time I have been here, Frank diagnosed the problem and gave good advice on what needed fixed asap and what could wait.
