Just a terrific business. They were extremely quick, friendly, honest, and did a great job. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely be taking more work to them soon and recommending them to my friends

1st off ...let me say that I am a 100 miles away from Fisher Transmission . I'm about that from anywhere... So when the transmission went out on my Suburban, I was going to have to haul my vehicle wherever I decided to take it. I called several places. They all were approximately this amount or that amount. But Fisher gave me a flat price ... Told me what it would be without tax.. Told me they could get it in their shop within 4 days. So I chose them.. And I'm extremely glad that I did. They rebuilt the transmission and had it back in my truck in 5 days. They were good on their word on the price. I picked it up and it is driving like a dream. I highly recommend this place of business. Communication was good... Workmanship was excellent... And the price was exactly what they quoted me.If anything like this ever happens again I will be taking my vehicle to them.

Horrible! I don't know how this business has lasted this long!NOTE: (My Dad is the one who had the work done and he is almost 70 years old, that why I'm taking the time to write this review for him.)They are nice and friendly when you're about to drop $5000+ on a new transmission... (We know, cause that's how they got our money too.)Unfortunately, we were one of the unlucky one's that ended up having a problem with our "new" transmission, and that's where you start to see the NOT-SO-GOOD side of the business...Don't just take my word for it, go and read what people are saying in the negative comments, that is, if they don't delete them first...Good luck everyone and I hope you all save money by finding a different place to do business.Service: Transmission

This was a very positive experience and they are more than competitive on their pricing they're the best in Kansas. Their after repair service is matched by no one they go above and beyond for any and all of their customers. They make time for you to pick up your vehicle on a day of your choosing not theirs my truck is running 210% better than when I brought it in. it shifts seamlessly I'll never go anywhere else for my transmission repair I plan on telling all my friends and family the Fisher transmission is the only place that you need to be concerned with. I would trust them with any of my vehicles.

These guys couldn't even be bothered to follow up and to call me back. Sad world we live in. Called with a $7k tranny job pending. Believe I talked to Todd? Was told rebuild would have to wait over a month. Said he would check on the reman availability and call me back. That was over a week ago.. so yeah, I'm not holding my breath, and I feel super valued. Will be lucky to get back on the road within a month at this rate. The cost of everything these days is so fng ridiculous and the "service" and "quality" has gone to complete sh-t!! We all just need to get used to it and to bend over and STFU. Be sure to give the absolute clown show running this country a big thank you kiss for it all!

My daughter had her transmission replaced in her 1994 Chevrolet Blazer a couple of years ago. We were so pleased with the service. The people were so kind & helpful that we returned with her new to her vehicle for an expert diagnosis as to what repairs she needed for her new truck. We did not have an appointment. It was close to closing time but they went on a test drive & gave us their opinion on what was wrong. It was not the transmission however the mechanic new what was needed & referred us to where we needed to go for the repair. I would recommend Fisher's to anyone wanting guaranteed guality work & service as well as honest friendly people to serve you.

Wow, I can tell you that as a faith based person, it is rare to find a business, especially in the auto repair industry, that shares the same ethical practices that I believe! This company was HONEST, affordable, very timely and kind! I just knew I was facing a gigantic bill and prepared for the worst, but they turned that allllllll the way around! I could not have asked for better service! Thanks Fishers!!!!

Bad customer service. Fisher Transmissions never updated me when my vehicle was finished. I had to call every time I wanted an update. I'm sure the shop does a good job considering their reputation but the customer service was not good at all.

From their well-known upside/down logo to their unbeatable level of service; the family members and entire crew at Fisher's have not only taken care of myself, but also my family, my friends, and every single person I have ever referred to them with the utmost care and budget friendly manner!The folks at Fisher's have the collective knowledge I was seeking for all my automotive needs, especially when I have needed work done on my transmission. The post-sales service has always been on-point and it shows that they truly care.I would highly recommend anyone needing any transmission work to contact them first... even if it is just to get competent diagnostic check.Extremely Satisfied with all my experiences with Fisher's Transmission! - Riz

I love these guys.More than just a transmission shop. It's nice to have a place where I KNOW it will be done right. I also KNOW I'm not over charged.If my vehicles have an issue they are my first call.

This of course could change depending on how things go. I recently brought in a car that was acting funny was told it was the transmission spents 2244.60 getting it fixed. My wife picks it up and the problems are worse as she drives home and was told it just needs a tune up and perhaps some additives. Bringing it back tomorrow so we can see what's up but yes if I just spent 2244.60 on getting my car fixed and it comes out worse then you well deserve a single star....... if this gets resolved then you will deserve the a 5 untill resolution it will be a 3. I came to you for your reputation of honesty and good work, I hope I was not mislead

Bought a core from them then they priced me what it would be to build it, I thought it was a great price so when I got the money and called them they wouldn't honor that price and damn near twice as much.....i should have got it in writting!

This experience was a while back pick a munchie m-20 in to have it rebuilt or looked at first and the dad looked at it tell me what was wrong how things work even volunteered to give me some used parts that he had laying around very honest and I would not hesitate to go back there many times

Took my truck in for transmission service and they replaced parts but was still leaking. Took it back and they finally took care of the leak for good! Would recommend to others!
