The employees were friendly and helpful. I was there for roughly 3 hours to have one tire repaired. The employees were very over whelmed. The trash cans were full and the temperature inside of the waiting area was quite warm. I appreciate the help that was provided to me, but there should be a stream lined process for tire patches.

I brought my vehicle in at 530pm for a nail in the tire that needed to be replaced because it was in the side wall. Was quoted about an hour. They didn't have the tire to replace (warranty) at this particular location so I asked for them to use my spare til the new one came in. Me and another client were waiting past closing, he leaves shortly after close. At about 720pm I go back there and two guys are in the office talking, one sees me and walks out, the other stays in there. So I'm asking is there a problem, I get told they can't find a tool. So I'm waiting for over an hour because a tool couldn't be found, he said yes. I said I have the tool! So the guy said go ahead and go back to the garage. I went to get my tool out and he struggled to figure out what end to use. I said next time you need to ask the client. That's ridiculous I'm waiting for over an hour because you can't find a tool. It was 830 by the time I left out of there and still had to come back the following day in which my hoist that brings the spare up and down from underneath just so happens to break. The customer service has been going down for the last several years and at multiple locations. When checking out, had the nerve to try to offer me other services, Ha Ha! DECLINED! Not to mention the first Firestone I went to and had to call to tell them I'm in the lobby after waiting 8 mins and 5 additional mins after being put on hold.

Terrible customer service. I took my 2016 Lincoln MKZ to them twice for a coolant leak. 1st time they ran the test they said the test showed that there was no leak. My car would shake while sitting idle than you would smell coolant burning. The reason I brought it in a second time is because the coolant reservoir was bone dry. I filled it before I took it in only for them to tell me THAT THERE WAS NO LEAK AGAIN! Charged me twice, and did not find the problem. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but of course they weren't available. I researched the issue, and it sounds like the leak is internal. Why didn't they get under the hood to find the leak instead of just hooking it up to a machine? Sounds like the mechanic don't want to do his job

Excellent service on our Volvo. Very in depth work and about as price friendly as you will find nowadays. By far the best Firestone in town, avoid the downtown location IMO.

Huge shout out to Mike and his team. They saved my $400 Costco trip worth of groceries and friendly took care of an issue my Jeep was having until I could get it in the shop back home. Definitely saved the day.

Went in for a scheduled alignment as my vehicle pulls to the right. Left with only an inspection being done because the front office guy kept pushing to not do the alignment today and gave me quotes for new tires and front breaks. The first time he asked if I still wanted to do the alignment I said yes, then he pushed more to get me to only do the inspection. Likely won t be going back. Not the same service it use to be about a decade ago.The guy also was swearing in casual conversation with me, and kept talking about them being short handed. He seemed kind of rude to someone that called by phone or the person that was in front of him while I was sitting in the chairs at the front.

My only complaint is that I got 4 new Firestone LE3 tires. There is an advertised $50 off those tires along with an advertised $80 off the installation. I mentioned those when I brought the car in and the tech confirmed it but I was still charged full price. So it seems the discounts are untrue and can't be trusted

They will waste your time and upcharge you. They told me it would take an hour. I spent the day SEVEN HOURS there to put on two new tires. Ask me why I waited that long? Idk I should have taken my keys back. Also the guy who answered my call was a total creep and told me I was a good girl for knowing what model of car I had.

Waited in the lobby for over 20 minutes before an employee even came up to help me. Also not sure if some of the employees were very truthful about rotating my tires on previous visits. Asked them to patch a tire, they said they couldnt find a leak, blamed it on my sensors and said they rotated my tires. Same tire (back drivers side) kept saying it was low. Got it changed at the other location and looks like it wasnt an issue with the sensor and wasnt rotated.

I made an appointment for 8/19 and I called 8/18 to confirm and they didn t get the appointment saved so offered to work me in . I said that s fine let s go for next weekend the 26th. I called to confirm yesterday and they said yes it s scheduled for 11am. I checked in at 10:45 and said I d wait. At 12:15 they still didn t touch my car. They told me appointments don t necessarily mean anything. They gave me my keys and not even an apology. I drove two hours for this appointment as I reside in Great Bend.

Went in to the Towne East mall location to get a tire fixed, guy laughed and said I was the 5th person that day who had asked and that it wouldn t be until 5. Added more frustration to an already irritating situation. Left and will not go back again.

I got four new tires $909 they were short-handed and didn't get it done when I needed it done I actually had to wait till the next day to pick it up the next morning but they were very nice and friendly and kept me advised about what was going on once I did call and ask but the pricing was not that great That's a lot before tires about $200 more than what I wanted to pay but at least they had good customer service!

They have bent one of my tie rods, they did replace it and tow my car however. But then i have another issue with them immediately after. They leave a socket on my driver side as shown in the picture and they didnt reattach my abs sensor on my passenger side. DO NOT GO HERE

I went to the Firestone on East Kellogg today to get a tire fixed/replaced after Walmart told me there was a nail in it, but that they couldn't fix it. I was there for a total of 3 hours. Part of what took so long was that my tires are under warranty, so I was having the place I bought them from pay for the repair. They required I have the original invoice, which I did, and they wanted to speak to a Firestone employee to make the payment over the phone. Sounds simple enough. However, when Firestone called them, there was some kind of delay in getting a call back to make a payment. But when I called them myself, they answered immediately and were ready to pay. Either way, I was asked for my invoice number 3 times- when I first got there, later when the car was done at 1pm, and again at 2pm when they said they didnt have a copy of it. I had even texted a copy to the female employee after she made a comment that the man she was talking to was rude on the phone. I don't know why this was such an impossible process, but my biggest issue was that I was not made aware of this at 1pm when my car was done. I would have appreciated updates on what was going on or why it was taking so long. Being busy is a good thing, and being understaffed is out of their control, but they couldn't seem to handle what was in their control which is basic customer service. I gave all of the information I was asked to provide and they made me feel stupid as if I was doing something wrong and made me wait when I don't even live in Wichita. I have no plans to return.Service: Tires

This place has been my go to place for car repairs for several years. My sister is literally living paycheck to paycheck. The manager has been very helpful in keeping her 2009 car running to get her to work everyday. I have a 24 year old car they have repaired and done a great job. The place is clean when I wait. It is located near a shopping center and several good restaurants. For value their work has been just as good as a dealer at lower cost many times.

Been going to these guys for years and they've always treated me with kindness. Came in thinking I need an alignment, but they were honest and told me that I don't. I had a bad experience with one of the firestones before but this branch of Firestone was great in everything. My car broke down and just needed to take it somewhere before it stopped driving . Right off the back Mike was very helpful over the phone. They kept me updated through every step of the way . It felt very genuine and was just trying to get me going specially with it being Monday and my payday wasn t till Friday . They got it going in literally 4 days . Didn t even stress after I dropped it off . I definitely recommend every going to this location the WHOLE crew was great (I just remember mikes names though lol)Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Best experience yet, explanation in depth understood what modifications can be done. And gave me great price on 4 brand new wheels! 10/10 and on the side my rim lugs are 10 point and gave me the aftermart socket for the lugs just amazing!!

I ve taken my car here for years and the service has gotten worse. Always friendly people but, the time it takes to get your car done and the inaccuracies I have dealt with have increased to the point I will no longer go there. Last time I was there they told me I needed a new battery and when I reminded them they just put a new one in six months ago they told me their machine might be faulty. My dad took his car in for a 1 o clock appointment just to have the tires rotated and it still wasn t done by 5:30. After the below response from Jason at Firestone, I sent him an email and gave my phone number as well and never heard back from anyone.

All staff from front staff to techs are always helpful. Mike is so nice and very knowledgeable. They always find ways for you to save. Firestone credit card is a must. They give you 6 months with no interest on services over a certain amount.
