Jo called letting me know that my car was done. I went into office to review the bill and pay for it, however, as we were discussing the charges a incoming call came in and Joe answered it and started helping the caller leaving me just hanging in limbo. I had to WAIT until he was finished with the call to continue my business, He never once told the caller that he was already helping someone and would they we willing to hold or could he call them back. I have never been treated like this !!!!

Top notch car repairs from super knowledgeable staff. They let you know what you need without adding anything unnecessary. They have given us better results than going to a dealer, have our truck with 168,000 miles running great and we trust them to keep doing so.

My car had a full meltdown in the middle of an intersection, and just barely limped to Firestone on a Friday evening. I had never been there and didn't know what was wrong, and when I dropped it off they warned me they were really busy that weekend and it would likely be late Saturday before they got to it.They called me Saturday morning, having already diagnosed the issue and started repairs after telling me exactly what it would cost and getting permission. I went to pick it up Saturday, but the problem was worse. I spun around and went back, upset. The advisor immediately dropped what he was doing and took my car back, ran outside to try and catch the tech, and when he couldn't, promised to have it looked at first thing Sunday.I got a call Sunday around noon. They had redone all the work, without charging me or waking me up, and it was fixed. They did a great job with a lousy situation, and were very kind about it. Highly recommend.

I made an appointment for 11:00 today for tire rotation. I told them when I set the appointment I d wait for it. Today I was told it would be an hour and a half before they could get to it. WTH? What s the point of making an appointment? I bought the tires from them and they made a big deal about the free rotations. Don t fall for it. Buy your tires somewhere else. It s not worth the poor customer service at this location.Update: The Social Care team s purpose is to make people reading the reviews think Firestone is doing something about the problem. In reality it s all for show.Last update: I asked the management for a refund for the road hazard protection plan I purchased with the tires because I had no use for it if I m not going to use them for service. Barry was very nice and processed the refund quickly. Thank you Barry!Service: Tires

Walked out after spending 1300USD...I went in for an oil change and alignment check. Testing out vehicle but so far so good. They applied discounts to my totals to help me out.Update: woke up this morning to a flat tire. Stopped at Firestone around 7am, gave them the tire (I took it off before going). I called around 10:30am, was told it would be ready within the hour.... called back around 3:30pm. My tire was still in the front lobby where I dropped it off. I was waiting on the tire to travel to Hutchinson, but I was told the didn't have any cancellations so my tire kept getting pushed back. I guess if you have a flat and don't have an appointment, don't go to Firestone. Adjusting my stars!! Don is back, he is the consummate professional!!

I ve been coming to Firestone for years. On occasion I ve gone to a dealer for things but come back to Firestone. I m generally pleased with the service. Prices have gotten a bit high but that seems to be the thing everywhere.

Time frame has no meaning to this company. You would think a higher vehicle rate would make them money but the employees don't like working. Also don't make appointments they don't stick to the schedule.

Our car was diag'd for a repair and completed the service. Upon pickup we drove off and discovered excessive vibration due to a sensor that was not properly reinstalled. I am deeply concerned about permanent damage so now we wait. Not to mention we were without a vehicle that was absolutely necessary in the moment with no alternative for our 18 year old driver.

I had stopped going to this location a few years ago after having a bad experience with the shop manager there who treated women like they're stupid, I started going back this year because they have a new shop manager snd because this location is closer to where I live but i was taking my vehicle to the Main street location instead. They have majorly improved on the customer service end. My vehicle was going to take all day and they offered to come pick me up to get my vehicle when it was done due to me not having a ride. So amazing and understanding workers they have now that will listen and know what they're doing.Service: Air conditioning

Would not recommend. Set appointment week in advance. Discussed issues beforehand. Took in at 7am. Called at 1 to tell me that they needed to keep the vehicle overnight. Quoted $900. + dollars. I picked up the vehicle and did work myself for 230.00. In one hour.

first time disappointed in fs after 25 years.Was sold lemon set of tires and mgr is not interested in helping.admitted they were installed wrong ,causing leaks but now says not an issue.purchased over 25 sets of tires and these itres are not right.

Scratch on the side of my car. Passenger side. Morning shift was great and accommodating. 4:30pm for pickup the guy didn t even want to talk to me about the quote for new tires.I do not recommend.

Scheduled at 10am for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Arrived early on a unbusy day and at 12pm they hadn't even gotten the car into the shop yet.Called just to be answered by a robot, which we had to wait 15mins on hold before we could be transferred to someone off-site who had to call the store for me.Only 4 and a half hours later we get a call that the car is ready to pickup. Worst experience I have ever gotten with a auto place.

New management has ruined this location. This used to be the only place I would take our vehicles because of their honesty and transparency. Well, the new manager does not believe in those things. The store is poorly run and unprepared for jobs booked in advance. After taking 3hrs to complete a 4 bolt rear shock replacement job I was charged $482. This was a $200 job at most. They blamed Advanced Autoparts for the delay, so I called them for a price check which was $57 per shock at retail! Literally a 30 minute job. When I challenged the price, which was not previously disclosed or approved, the store manager stubbornly suggested he take "his" parts off the car...it took him 3 hrs to get them on. I will never take any vehicle back to a Wichita area Firestone again.

I have always had great experiences going here. Moved to Missouri a few years ago. The Firestone in Missouri couldn't get me in before I left for Kansas. Not only were they able to get in me, but it was better priced than in Missouri. Made my day!!! Thank you Firestone at 21st and Maize in Wichita.

Trustworthy and kind.I went to Christian Brothers and they told me that I needed all new breaks as well as my emergency break replaced I came to Firestone for another opinion.... Thank God I did!! I didn't need anything replaced.THANK YOU FIRESTONE STAFF!!! I APPRECIATE YOU!!

Great customer service, Clay was very quick getting me in and out on my oil change and tire replacement!!! Brought my vehicle in on a Sunday, after scheduling my appointment online the day before. They did a great job, they did a courtesy check on the vehicle at no cost. Will bring my vehicles back for future work. Would recommend to anyone looking for rapid and easy repairs/replacement/maintenance on their vehicle.

Went to get an oil change at the Maize Rd Firestone yesterday and I was quoted 1 price & when I changed the type of oil I was charged another price. I WAS NOT informed 1st of all that there would be a price change or that it would bump my oil change up by $44 & change. After saying this to to Greg, he stated..."you're right, I did not" and he started reconfiguring the numbers to bring the price down (which he should have done) and I again told him that he should have told me about the price change. He got it down, but still more than I was originally quoted. Whatever, ok. And yes I did get "testy" with him. But then it was told, I "yelled" at him. That is a fabrication of the truth and I DO NOT appreciate the employees at Firestone lying on me. Maybe my $41.00 isn't a drop in the bucket, but I will NEVER go there again for car service if that's how the customers are going to be talked about.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am a repeat customer but this last interaction has ensured that I won t go back again. I needed new tires and my AC checked. I scheduled appointment online and dropped off an hour before my appointment time at 12. My husband called to add AC check ( initially was just tires) and was told my car was next in line and they could do that no issue and what charge would be. A few hours later we both realized we didn t get a time estimate. I called in and nicely asked how much longer we could expect. Bill rudely pointed out that the shop closes at 7pm and by that math he still had 4 more hours to complete my car in I politely asked him then that if I should just plan to be up there before close, and was told I needed to wait for his phone call. While on the phone someone came and informed him my AC had no issues ( not true- came to find out they only blew air and checked coolant, even though my husband told them it would blow cold and then go warm while driving- they didn t drive or test very long so now having to go to new shop). When my husband went in to pick van up which magically was ready 20 minutes after I hung up with Bill. He let them know they lost our business and Bill tried to claim it wasn t him I talked to . When I called today to get information on how they checked AC so I could inform new shop what had been tested Larry informed me what they did and that Bill had been spoken to. When I mentioned that s funny because Bill had said it wasn t him he only got upset and asked me what I wanted. Then when I mentioned it upset me we paid for them to check and they really didn t based on our Info he lied and said already took off our total- the only discount was a $40 tire promotion taken off first thing before issue came up. Liars and not good customer service

I have always had good experiences with fire stone overall for the most part. I feel like they do pretty good work on vehicles and the quality of their tires is superb. However, I know firsthand about the quotas they have monthly and every time that I have taken my vehicles in, they make a suggestion for a service that is usually not required or outright outrageous to recommend while doing a repair that has nothing in common with what they are suggesting I have done. My suggestion: know you re stuff before going here before they weasel you into a repair or service that you don t even need.Edit: now fast forward to after the repair, we are having all kinds of issues with our cylinder heads and internal engine issues. We have taken it to multiple shops and they have all asked if we had do work done on the temp sensor because whoever did it messed with some things on our vehicle. The worst fire stone I ve ever been to.

Have been using Firestone for the last two years for oil changes and new tires. Always kind and courteous. Like the fact, we can drop off the night before and pick up when we get off work the next day.

My daughter just called the store on maize road and asked a simple question about the location of the part needing replaced. His response was and I quote " I'm not a genius and I do not know that off the top of my head". He was genius enough to know the amount that it would cost to do the work but does not know where the part is located? Could he have found out without the sarcasm? Not what I would call a professional in working with the public...

I brought my tires from Firestone with the additional tire care package. I just went in because one of the tires was not staying up. I think that I have a nail in the tire. They just told me that they would not have time to look at the tire until late next week. Poor service.Service: TiresService: Tires
