We purchased the car from out of state. We did all of the paperwork and everything online with Missy and she was amazing! She and the salesperson, Jasper, helped me through the process by looking at several cars that fit my budget and finding me the best financing. The car was used and there was a dent in the bumper. The dealership service team went out of their way to make sure that they had it fixed with a new part before the car was sent to me. Jasper went over the top when it comes to customer service! The car had to be delivered to us in Memphis and Jasper drove the car here. I would never have imagined that someone would care enough about their customer service to spend their off day driving a car 9 hours away. We are extremely grateful for the extra effort everyone at this dealership put into selling this vehicle to us. It was literally above and beyond my expectations. Jasper was super friendly and communicated with us every step of the way. I definitely will be buying my next car from Jasper and Missy.

Enrique greeted us when we arrived. We told him what we wanted. He brought them to us. He was never pushy. Best car buying experience I have ever had!!! Thank you so very much!!!! I will highly recommend your dealership

Not happy with used vehicle purchased w my parent. Do your homework make sure to consider all options. Waiting and still waiting from call from Service Manager Tim Dement. Customer was NOT in the best interest. Warranty deductible payment multiple times and no realistic resolution

I highly recommend Family Mitsubishi. Buying a car can be a frustrating experience, but these guys knocked it out of the park.We went looking for a used car, but didn't like the options. Enrique worked hard to find a car I liked and was mechanically sound enough to satisfy my husband. He talked us into trying one of the new cars, a Mirage, and we agreed. We had a limited budget, but the finance department was able to make things work.Missy, Mario, Jermaine, George and Enrique were all awesome and helpful. Communication after the purchase was completed and I have full confidence that they will be responsive if any issue crops up well after the fact.If I need another car in the future, Family Mitsubishi will be my first stop.

I had a really good experience with them. I got the vehicle I wanted at a price and rate I'm happy with. Chloe was awesome and so helpful. You can tell she respects the company she works for so that says a lot. She definitely went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly for me. She knew a lot about the vehicle itself. Even drove my new van to my house for me. Raymond was great at getting the deal I was happy with and through a local lender even. Their name is Family and that's how they treated me. Much different from my past car buying experience with the chain car lots we have locally.They also had a nice range of prices. I found a good deal on a minivan which are harder to come by. I also learned they are very supportive of our local adult disability community. I love that.

I had a wonderful experience working with the crew at Family Mitsubishi. The salesman and other staff are upbeat and easy to work with especially Jasper! They were transparent with me about my cars history. Purchasing and working with the service team has been a dream. Thank you Family Mitsubishi!

Once AGAIN, Thank you for your Hospitality at Family Mitsubishi. We want to give Jasper a HUGE SHOUT OUT For the knowledge about my now #4 2024 Mitsubishi (Red Diamond Black Edition) we have purchased from Family Mitsubishi. Jasper is a Fantastic Addition. Thank you so much Family Mitsubishi for making our dreams come true! We ve spent a month trying to find a dealership that would work with/for us! Jamie our saleswoman was AMAZING! I recommend her 110%! George one of the sales managers was great! He was trying to find us the best deal & when we said no he didn t push the issue, he went right back to the drawing board! Raymond the Business manager worked so so so hard for us & got us the deal we wanted & we can t thank him enough! We will definitely be using Family Mitsubishi in the future for any vehicle purchases! This dealership & everyone in it made it feel like we were all family! There was no intimidation whatsoever! This was such a laid back way to by a car there was a lot of joking & laughing! I will recommend this dealership 100000% to anyone! Jamie & Raymond also might be getting an invitation to our wedding! We felt like we just made a couple best friends! IF YOU THINK ABOUT GOING JUST GO YOU WON T BE DISAPPOINTED! I wish this would ve been our first choice a month ago!

Went to a couple of dealership one day and Family Mitsubishi was close by so I went in and checked. You gotta look for Jermaine if you go there, knowledgeable and polite. Honest and so friendly. I didn't get to find the car that I want but the impression that employee gave me is above and beyond. He's an asset to FM, or any dealership he will work for. Keep it up!

Stumbled upon Family Mitsubishi after striking out multiple times at Eddy's and had a fantastic experience. We worked with a new sales woman, Jamie who answered every question, was very transparent and worked hard for the buyer, not the sale. I would recommend her and Family Mitsubishi to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. They met our needs 100%.

We had a great experience with family Mitsubishi, Jasper our main salesman was also training Enrique who is a nice addition to their team. We got to see how Jasper worked under varying conditions with us retail buyers and Enrique the new salesman. Both men have good communication skills. We also worked with George, Rigo and Mario and found them all of good character and very helpful. Overall everyone we worked with seemed to actually enjoy their jobs, they worked well with us and their team members. We did purchase a vehicle and would repeat our purchase with them in the future. They made the car buying experience enjoyable, BTW I had a quick encounter with their service department when I wanted to look at a particular area under the car and found the men I dealt with in service were also professional and helpful.

I stopped at this dealership to ask for directions to Toyota, and I met Jasper. I had been at Chevrolet just to the west and was lost. Jasper was very nice. He gave me useable directions, and of course, teased me that I needed to look at his cars. I just told him that I would be back. Two days latter I returned, and he did a great job meeting my car needs. Even though he has a Southwestern Kansas accent (Trinidad), I could understand him, and he is a tremendous asset to this dealership. I visited five dealerships in my quest to purchase a new car. My experience at Family Mitsubishi was the best. All the people that I met were first class, and were dedicated to helping us buy a car that met our needs. As it turned out the Outlander Cross was the car.Bruce

Had a great experience from beginning to end. I recently sold my vehicle to this dealership and they made sure the process was very quick and transparent. They gave me a great offer for my vehicle as well when everyone else lowballed me by thousands of dollars. If you are looking to sell your car go on in and ask for Austin. So far I've loved the experience everyone is friendly and professional they make sure to work with you and make you feel confident in your purchase. I've been working with Chris White and he's been a very hospitable he's not once been pushy or treated me like a commission. I think these people do try there best to create loyal customers.
