This place is great. I've been here twice in two weeks with different vehicles and different issues and they helped me out. Excellent service, nice people, very clean and new looking shop. Highly recommended.

We didn't get the car in until 1:30 as we had troubles starting it - we were supposed to be there in the morning. They did a great job and changed the oil, fixed a tire and replaced the battery. I recommend this place.

They were able to get us in the same day for a tire inspection and valve stem adjustment. Went to pick it up and they didn t end up charging us for the labor or service visit. Will definitely be bringing our cars back for service!

I hate to be this person to leave a bad review but i feel like this will need to be said. We went here to have a checkup on my boyfriends jeep. Long story short, we were told that he would have to pay nearly 7k to get a new transmission and other issues. That was out of the question. So we went to another place where he got his car called Driven Auto, they told him he only has a transmission leak and a slight oil leak and he would need about 1k to fix it. They were completely honest with us and told us theres 0 reason he needs a new transmission. I do not recommend expert auto for this reason.

A couple of months ago my 2013 Honda Accord needed new headlight bulbs so I went and purchased them at an auto parts store. My husband was crazy busy and unable to find time to put them in so I went to expert auto center. They quickly put them in and didn t charge me anything for the labor. I told them I would be happy to pay them, but they just smiled and said they were happy to do it. Today I m taking my Honda in for an oil change. They have won my business.As I read all the other reviews on here with five stars, I am not surprised. Looking forward to doing business with them as we have need.

My 09 Hummer had a rough idle and they diagnosed the problem as bad motor mounts. They put on new motor mounts and it runs smooth again! They got it fixed in a day and for a fair price! good job Expert Auto Center, and the manager Javier was very friendly.

We have taken my daughters car here twice when the engine light came on. Both times they spent quite a bit of time trying to get it to come back on and have not been able to fix it themselves. This last weekend we took it in again same issue, they also went above and beyond. They replaced a headlight lightbulb, and reattached her bumper that had fallen off. Her light is coming on because of a sensor malfunction, and while they could not replace the sensor, they didn't charge us anything for the time they spent, for fixing the bumper and replacing the headlight. They did it all for free. We will be taking all of our cars here moving forward!

Was having issues figuring out just where the antifreeze was going in my daughter s car yesterday. Took it to these guys and wow !!! Let s just say I would highly recommend this place to anyone. They looked busy . Took her car in there around 1: 30 . They called an hour later and already had it diagnosed as the water pump leaking. Told them to go ahead and get it done when they can. They called me at 5:21 to say it was already done. Super impressed . Very professional staff as well. Wish they had a location in south Wichita area. All we have around here is the jiffy lube.

Left that shop with engine light on. Check emission system on my dash. Gave me the two codes for the issue. I changed one part went back to Expert to clear code, they say one code came back. So I changed the other part. Went back next day had them clear code. For a whole week it kept doing the same thing. I took my car to my dealership.

Honesty! I felt they tell you if they can or can t help and they don t waste your time. I get my basic oil change there. Customer service is great. They re always busy. Yet, they let you know if today s a good day or tomorrow is better. I just appreciate their hard work. Thank you expert auto center.

Dropped my truck off to check on a leak. They called with a more than reasonable quote and had it fixed the same day. Went to Christian Brothers east for many years when Bob owned it. The new owners did not take care of us very well; they missed certain things when our vehicles were in the shop, and on a few occasions told us we needed this or that when we didn t need them.Enter Expert Auto: John the manager has been excellent, honest, and the mechanics did a good job with changing the timing chain on a Honda Pilot recently. They were fast and their estimate was quite a bit lower than Scholfield Honda and a little lower than Christian Brothers. Their oil change prices are also lower than Christian brothers and they use Mobil 1 products.You have to have a mechanic you can trust. Give these guys a shot.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Decided to stop in to have my tires looked at in a vehicle I just recently purchased. Was immediately greeted with welcoming smiles and an extremely friendly staff. They notified me that they would be closing soon but would still look over my tires for me. They did so and even stayed a few minutes past closing. I was extremely impressed and will from now on trust all my automotive needs to the staff at Expert Auto Center! 10 outa 10 would recommend!!!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

I recommend this business with a 100% satisfaction!I had a piece of my front end pop out. I had spoken to one of the mechanics I served at Walgreens (I work there), and took the time to look it over and told me it could be fixed.I brought it over, and got it fixed very quickly. Told me there was no charge. Though I would of been happy to pay for the service.Great customer service, great people, very knowledgeable. Welcoming and overall a wonderful experience. Wouldn t mind coming back for a regular service.

Expert Auto replaced my wife's alternator for a good price while also doing an excellent job. Not only do they warranty all of their parts, they also make sure you're satisfied and not getting screwed over. Finally, an auto shop you can trust.

It was cold and misty on Friday evening approx. 5pm. I was headed to supper with my 82-year-old mom, (2) five-year-old nieces and 3-year-old nephew. I heard a thumping sound and stopped to learn I had run over a big screw. I had purchased my tires with road hazard at NTB, but they had closed in Wichita. I called the nearest Big O Tire and they advised I could drive 90 minutes to Oklahoma, and they would fix it under warranty. I was frustrated and worried that I wouldn t be able to get my tire fixed on a Friday evening. I was on my way to the tire shop I knew of when I looked up and saw Express Auto on North Woodlawn.Jon Doak (store manager) and Rose were at the front desk. I told them my situation and Jon said we ll get you taken care of and asked for my keys. I told him I had 3 little ones in car seats and my mom in the car. He walked outside helped me get everyone out, took my car into the shop and went to work. We got inside and Rose helped me get the kids entertained. She gave them snacks, crayons and pictures to color. In about 15 minutes Jon returned with my keys and said we were ready to go and showed me the screw he had removed from my tire. I asked how much? He said nothing. Go enjoy your supper. I couldn t believe it.Both Jon and Rose went over and above to relieve my stress, entertain the kids and get my tire repaired. Thanks to them we made our dinner reservation. If you need repair work, I highly recommend you go visit Jon and his team at Express Auto. If I m in Wichita and need service, they will be my first stop. They are very nice, compassionate and do great work. I can t thank them enough for helping me and my family and for turning a very stressful situation into a very enjoyable evening and weekend.Thank you to Jon, Rose and his entire team. These guys provide excellent service! If you re needing new tires, an oil change, or a second opinion on a car that has almost 300,000 miles (like I did). John the service manager will shoot it straight with you. I d rate these guys 6 out of 5 star if I could!

I called John about the transmission on may Escalade. He took my SUV in and did some troubleshooting with their scanner. Told me what the problem was and did not charge me. I just had the most memorable visit to this business. I had been having an electrical problem with my '08 Lincoln Town car. The problem began with a dead battery that was traced to a bad alternator. Being what I have always thought I was, a mechanical genius, I purchased and installed a new alternator. The battery light in the dash display stayed on, so, after a little more testing, I purchased and installed in a new battery. Still having a battery light on in the dash display, I attempted to make an appointment at our local Ford dealer, but was told it would be over a month before they would even look at it. Well, I live really close to the new Expert Auto Center at 3810 N.Woodlawn, so I stopped by and made an appointment for the next day. After dropping it off, I went home and expected a call telling me I needed a new onboard computer or some other high dollar item. Making a long story even longer, in about an hour, I got a call telling me the problem was fixed. The plug that goes to the alternator was loose, just needed to be clicked in securely, and "Presto" no light on the dash. I immediately went to pick it up. Then the manager, Jon Doak refused any payment. I really appreciate the honesty and quick attention and I will certainly use them in the future for all my auto problems. Been here a few times since they opened and every interaction has been great! I m pleased with how they serviced my car and they take the time to explain anything occurring on my vehicle. They don t try to sell you on things that you don t need and it s clear they re being honest with any advice they give.

I had to have my car towed here because it wouldn't start. They had it checked out and repaired in just over an hour. They were pleasant and helpful on the phone when I called them. I'll definitely be going here for oil changes and other maintenance and repairs.
