Just an amazing job! Worth every penny and a very reasonable price! Had my rotors and brakes replace on the back axle. Better work and price than I could've expected from the dealership! Those guys are real and hilarious. My Kia hasn't driven so smooth in a hot minute! Will definitely be back when work needs done!

Amazing customer service every time I have worked with them. Example of what I am talking about. Son in town from college and looked over his car for issue. Notice the serpentine belt looked bad on a Friday afternoon and he planned to head back that evening. Called Dan and talked to him. He couldn't get him in, but did have us come by so he could look it and tell us if it was safe to drive. It was not. Told us how we could replace it on our own but not my thing. Said to check with the Woodlawn location since they are open on Sat. Called them and they were able to get him in Sat morning. They knew he needed to get back to school so got it in to look at quickly. Ended up needing a belt and new tensioner. Then even sent an employee to pick up the parts instead of waiting for them to be delivered. Ended up getting it down 2-3 hours before the initial estimate. That is going the extra distance to help someone out!

10/10 do recommend for customer service. They also had clear and respectful communication with every female I heard them work with, no mansplaining. As a female that works on my own vehicle a lot of the time, that alone sold me, but their honesty, fair and transparent pricing, (much less than other garages), great attitudes and eagerness to solve the puzzle behind my cars issue sealed the deal. I will be going here for any and all repairs I can't do myself from now on. They value people over dollar signs and that is what gets repeat business.

I've been dealing with them for over 5 years they're really good and you let me know when something is getting ready to go out and they take care of the problem fast and cheap I wouldn't ask anybody else to work on my vehicles I believe Dan runs at shop great all the fellas are real great

I have taken my Mustang to Expert Auto MANY times for service and repairs and every time I am treated with respect and honesty. One of the best things I can say about Aaron and the other mechanics is that they are an honest group of people. You can tell that they work hard to run a respectable business and they accomplish that with flying colors. If you've ever thought, "man, I wish I had a mechanic that I could trust," then Expert Auto is definitely your place! Seriously!!!And the other thing I REALLY like is that they have always treated me fairly on price. I refuse to take my car anywhere else for service. And when you take YOUR car there, I guarantee that you will feel the same way. Great facility! I highly recommend! 10/10

One of the best repair shops I've had the pleasure of doing business with. Dan is the man! Our business does ALOT of deliveries, and that means we need a lot of work done. They are our go to place if we have a issues with our delivery trucks. Great mechanics and friendly personalities. Could not recommend these guys enough. If you decide to go with these guys, just know they are hassle free, and will give you quality work for a great cost!

I had a very rough idle on my vehicle with starting issues. The staff did not call me to approve work being done, and even locked the provided key in the vehicle and I had to go unlock it for them. They returned the vehicle to me without fixing the misfire and rough idle, told me that they lit my engine bay on fire, gave me a few options for what the issue COULD be, and proceeded to charge me $200 for a faulty prognosis. would not recommend.

My nephew had a Jasper motor put in his work van by the mechanics and has had nothing but trouble since he brought it home to Texas. He has been given the run around every time he calls them. They tell him to work on it himself which will void the warranty if he does. They will not return his phone calls. He thought it was fixed and drove it over 2 hours and he broke down when it over heated. He had to pay over $600 to have it towed home. They are gonna be liable for for all his money lost.

Always friendly and professional and honest. I don't know much about cars but I can tell they're not lying or trying to scare and confuse me with mechanical jargon. They are always forthcoming about time frames and communicate well. I feel safe leaving my car with them and I know it'll always come back good as new. Words can not express how thankful and happy we are with the service we received! My car is in the shop for body repairs so we only had 1 car between us when its alternator went out. God must have led us to Expert Auto Center because it certainly was the exact place we needed! Sean bent over backward to get an alternator for us in record time and our car was fixed in under an hour so we could still pick up our son from school!! Pricing was fair as well. Highly recommend this place, Sean is great.

Driving through Wichita and my car started idling pretty bad. Called them up after Ford House turn me down. They took care of me and my vehicle pretty quickly, as I m on the road on a deadline. You guys are freaking awesome!! Thank you! Helped me out when I thought all hope was lost! 200000 billion stars for excellence!! Everyone were super friendly!!

I recently had some new parts installed. Dan and Aaron were very easy to work with, communicated very well, clarified and explained things well, and helped solve some challenges that arose regarding the replacement parts (my fault, not theirs). On many points where an auto repair shop could possibly have taken advantage of a customer, they were completely fair, reasonable, and honest with me. I am extremely satisfied with their work and how they treat customers. I definitely recommend them and will go back for future automotive repair needs.-Jeremy P. Crosby

I've only ever started going to West location, Dan is really a hardworking fellow and he's been so welcoming since I came into town on tow ropes. Then I moved here and knew I'd recommend and use his shop, it's very conveniently located, great service everytime!

I took my 1937 Chevrolet Master Built in to get several issues taken care of. They showed me the issues and what was needed to repair them properly unlike what had been done before. They quoted me a price to repair the issues and came in under that estimate. Very professional, responsive and easy to deal with. This will be the only place to work on my classic hot rod moving forward.Services: Transmission, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Wheel alignment, Oil change

This is my go-to place in town for all auto maintenance and repair -- the guys here have never disappointed.Last year I had a solenoid issue that wound up taking out my transmission while my car was in the shop. I'd always prefer to have good news about my vehicle, but I'm pretty okay with bad news from good people, and Darren and the guys were more than fair. They facilitated getting the transmission rebuilt, and didn't charge me labor for any of the work. I come in for routine maintenance (oil changes, charging the A/C, tire rotation, etc.) and they're always great about getting things taken care of efficiently and for a great price.

I've taken several of my vehicles in over the last 2 years and these guys are awesome! Darren and Dan have repeatedly treated me great and above all honest!!! If it's a small fix, they tell you and charge you accordingly rather than making it something that it's not and charging you more. AGAIN, VERY HONEST MECHANICS!!

Every time I go here they are clutch. Expert Auto is informative, honest, dependable, and effective communicators. They never fail at walking me through the steps and laying out all options with transparency. For me, this is the only place I will go.

Always, always a safe and reliable place to go for repairs. Aaron and his EXPERT crew will take great care of you and your ride. Never try to over sell you and lets you know what needs to be done first and what can wait a lil longer if you don't have enough $$$ to fix right away. Again a truly fair and honest repair shop.

Always had an extremely pleasant experience with every visit. Darren, the one in charge knows what he s talking about and is always helpful. Him and his guys truly treat me and seemingly everyone who walks in the door like family. Highly recommended for everything you need done on your car.

These people are GREAT! I work on the westside but live 25 miles to the east, I had a low tire light come on and looked for a place near my work and found Expert Auto Center. I went over on my lunch worried if I would make it home. They were not able to get me in but offered to check my tires and air them up for now. I agreed and the same young man that opened the door to let me in the store offered to check my tires. He aired them all up and one of them had a leaky valve core, he replaced it free of charge and sent me on my way. They were all very polite and very helpful, I would defiantly recommend them to anyone and I plan on taking all my auto repair business to them from now on.

The customer service here is immaculate. The main guy who answers the phone and runs the office is amazing! I've tried other places just because of convenience but i always come back here. They provide great service at a great cost and have always been honest.

Highly recommend this place, my car needed a new computer among other things and they gave me plenty of notice before doing anything with my car and their quote held true till the very end of my service. Staff was very informative and recommended several other things that needed fix/replaced as well as a printed quote . My car was in and out within a couple days and has been driving great since.

These guys really know their stuff! They are very professional and had my car scanned and determined what my issue was in about 15 minutes. They explained exactly why the code came up which I appreciated. Give them a try, A+ service.

Had a 2014 F150 rear axel rebuilt with a new differential, ring and pinion gears. I don t know the installer but i dealt with Darren. They did an awesome job. Now that my factory warranty is gone I ll be doing more business here. Thanks Darren.
