Was a potential customer! Not sure what to say but, unprofessional. And never answers phone.Made an appointment back in December for today Jan 29th. Confirmed appointment last week for drop off procedure. Chad provided texted instructions that they would check us in at 9:30 or we could leave vehicle and keys in drop off box. But being a new customer wanted to meet the owner and see the shop that was working on my son s car.Attempted to drop off car this morning at appointment time, no one available for check in of car. Made several phone calls to make contact no answer but did get text after we drove back to Eastside of Wichita. Chad informed me that lead tech had sick child which is understandable but still owner should be available for phone call with potential new customers. After a few more calls with no answer and texted if anyone was at the shop yet to drive back over to Westside to drop off keys. Received a text saying we do not feel we are able to meet your expectations and to come pick up car. This is just another case that customer service of non existent. Went and picked up car no-one made an effort to come out and try to resolve the situation.Whole situation very off putting and a huge waste of my time. Brett Cleveland

Incredible service, honest mechanic. My VW broke down in Wichita while moving across the country and they held on to it, repaired it, and worked with the shipping company to get it to me a few weeks after I dropped it off. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Been taking my car here for maintenance since 2020. On August 25, I had to push back a September 5 appointment because my car was dumping coolant. Europros was booked and I had to take it elsewhere. I had to cancel my last appointment (the rescheduled one) in late October the day of (ride from a family member canceled on me) and tried for over two weeks to reschedule. I would get answers to questions but not scheduling confirmation. They do good work, and I apologized for having to cancel last time. It was one last-minute cancellation. Life happens. But I guess I ll need to find a new shop. Stinks, because I like these guys. Maybe we can try again when I need the car tuned.

I bought an Audi A3 Quattro Premium Plus from a local dealership a little over a month ago, and would have gotten burned on maintenance and failed components were it not for Chad and his team.Correctly and quickly diagnosed all of the issues that I had found, and some that I did not even know it had. Then they worked with my extended warranty company, negotiating repairs to be paid for by them, and in the end there was very little out of pocket costs for my repairs, and all of the things I wanted done got done! They even got it done and back to me before I was expecting it! (Considering current supply chain disruptions)I am very grateful for the constant communication with the owner and the peace of mind it gave me to know what stage of the repair process my car was at. And with how backed up Audi repair centers are here in Wichita, I feel I've somehow cheated the system having it done even before my original scheduled appointment with another shop If you've got a VW or Audi vehicle please do NOT hesitate to have it worked on here. These guys know what they're doing, and they have that human aspect that they know and understand what it's like to own cars with potentially wallet-breaking repairs lol

Can t say enough about this shop, honest, hard working group. We have used them several time and most of the time they have come back to tell us this should be covered by warranty from VW. They could have easily fixed it and charged us but instead they were trustworthy and did the right thing. We will continue to use them for all of our car needs.

Chad the owner, is very nice guy and knowledgeable. He knows what he's doing. I've been there 3 times to take my GTI. Twice for oil change and another time for tuning. They've done a great job on my car. He's is very responsive would usually message or call you back fairly quick. When I go for a service, I like to chat with Chad while I wait for my car. Just to get his opinions about different parts, my mods plan, and his experience on mods.

I will never take my VW Jetta anywhere else! Chad has been taking care of our car for the last couple years, and does a terrific job. He is honest, doesn't try to sell me service I don't need, and takes the time to make sure we understand what we do need. He's genuinely a nice guy, and I'd highly recommend him!

Chad and crew are among the most professional I've found in this industry. They were honest about what repairs my VW CC needed (water pump/cam girdle seal) and they executed those repairs to the highest standard. Chad definitely knows his Volkswagen/Audi products. You're paying for top notch quality with this shop. Europros will be the only shop I call the next time I need some work done. Thanks guys.-Justin

A great repair shop for imports. Wonderful crew does the job right, with genuine parts and no short cuts. These guys take pride in their work and they stand behind it. I have had my vehicles repaired here many times and have always been satisfied. They are not afraid to tell you that what YOU thought went wrong with your car, is incorrect, and actually pinpoint the root cause to fix the real problem. I highly recommend this place.***************Update (6/12/2021):Had multiple items repaired in my vehicle today. It took many hours to identify, diagnose and perform repairs, saving me hundreds of dollars in the process (compared to the dealership). For my imports this is the ONLY place to go. Period.

Section 1: Initial ImpressionsI have toyed with taking my cars to a shop for a while, however my desire to save money will get the better of me and I will attempt things myself. Same story when I installed a RSR clutch kit in my MK7 GTI. The install went "pretty well" aside from a few hiccups I ran into, however, upon hitting roadblocks, Chad was very helpful and even offered several times to take the car in despite my grubby hands touching it. I was able to successfully install the clutch kit on my own though, and the car drove fine for a couple weeks. I then started having engagement issues and was unable to shift the car unless the engine was off. I assumed I had an air bubble stuck in my lines, after attempting to bleed the clutch 5+ times, I was unable to get the clutch to engage as normal. I asked Chad if he could take a couple hours to diagnose the clutch issue, and he obliged. Dropping the car off after-hours was a breeze and the whole delivery process was hassle-free. Chad was very friendly in the beginning, and is definitely very knowledgeable. Initial impressions inspire confidence in enthusiasts and the average euro car owner.Section 2: Trouble ArisesChad was extremely prompt in letting me know what was going on with the car, within a couple hours of the next business day I had an update on the situation: The clutch line was air free, engagement still terrible, clutch needs to be replaced AGAIN. Chad was very informative and up-front with the estimated cost of fixing the car, as well as promptly answering any questions I had, I could not have been happier with the diagnosis, aside from not needing to replace the clutch again of course.Section 3: The InstallAs soon as I informed Chad that there was no way I'd be replacing the clutch again, he ordered the replacement kit and gave me an estimated repair time, something that is very important to any enthusiast or average person, as being without our cars can be a very stressful time, providing a timeframe to your customers is one of the easiest ways to guarantee future business.During the install, anything that was found wrong with the car was promptly brought up to me with the estimated cost to repair, as Chad knows I'm an enthusiast, I assume the everyday customer would receive an explanation as to the risks of leaving worn or broken parts instead of replacing them. I assume this based on my customer experience overall and how the Europros team really seems to "give a damn" about their clients.Section 4: Pick-UpI was given about 30 minutes to an hour heads up on the finish time on my car, as I had them perform an oil change as well. This was very welcome as I was about an hour away from the shop and gave me time to get to the shop just as the oil change and test drive was finished.Upon entering the shop, I was greeted to Chad, as well as the technician that performed the service on my car. They informed me of what they found while working on the vehicle, as well as letting me know all seemed good with the previous clutch kit, not able to pin a point of failure. I have no reason to doubt this as the install I did was done by the book with appropriate tools, and the kit was new and purchased from reputable people. Being able to speak directly to the tech that worked on my vehicle is such a reassuring feeling, you get to put a face to the work that was completed, and you get a feel for how experienced and knowledgeable the technician performing work on your vehicle is.TL:DREuropros does amazing work at a very good price. The team seems to enjoy what they do, and Chad is very pleasant to do business with. Europros is a local business I will continue to do work with in the future.10/10.I was not compensated for this review, all thoughts and opinions are mine.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance

So I took my 2006 Jetta TDI in running condition hard as hell to start but starts running rough but did 80 plus to his show from way up North he and the other tech did their thing on it to try to get it running better they gave it a hella of a shot but unfortunately computer and mechanics are only so good because I have no clue what the hell I did while replacing the cylinder head and all but i was very happy with the service I still won't give up on the car it has 400k on it but it's my baby and will tear it apart and try again but my other Jetta I just got will be getting serviced there when needed as it's reasonable priced even though I really like doing the work my self if all possible but the owner Chad is very knowledgeable and know his stuff. But if you having issue with your vw be worth the time to go in and have Chad or his techs just look at it and all.

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone with an Audi or VW. The customer service and work is outstanding. Chad is extremely easy to work with and goes above and beyond when working with customers. There is no question I will continue to use his service, and he is much easier to work with, and much more reasonably priced than the dealership.

EuroTec is by far the best place I've ever taken any vehicle to get worked on. Wouldn't trust anybody else, especially Mike Steven's, with my car or any Volkswagen or Audi for that matter. Chad and his father are extremely nice and super passionate about what they do. Anybody I know who owns a Volkswagen I point in their direction because I know they will be treated with the same level of respect and gratitude as they have shown me. Thanks Guys!!

I ve been taking my VW GTI to Europros for the last several years and have never been disappointed. Chad is a great example of an honest business owner, and he and his crew always get the job done right. Europros is one of the few shops I ve felt comfortable entrusting my car service and repairs to. Wichita is lucky to have them.

While buying a car sight unseen from out-of-state, Chad at EuroTec gave it a once over and emailed a comprehensive list of repairs needed. He then called, graciously answering all of our questions and concerns. His expertise and courtesy reassured us that this was a great purchase. (And, the actual repair price was LESS than the estimate!) I highly recommend Chad at EuroTec.

Came here after doing a quick search on Euro shops in Wichita, and was impressed with the 5 star reviews on Google. Since it's so easy to leave reviews with Google, a lot of people just dump 1 star reviews whenever they feel like it, so it's difficult for businesses to maintain positive ratings, even if they're not particularly bad at what they do.Anyways, I was happy that Chad answered when I called to make an appointment, since so many reviews praise him by name. And he does not disappoint - he was extremely knowledgeable, genuinely happy to help and answer any questions, and obviously passionate about what he does, especially with VW/Audi. He earned my business for EuroTec for life, and I'm very happy to know that there's a smart, fair shop that I can lean on now that I'm doing more DIY stuff on my first Volkswagen.

Chad replaced the ignition tumbler on my wife's Jetta. It took a couple of days so we rented a car from the airport. Chad picked me up from the airport when I returned the rental car!Supreme customer service. This was April 2018 almost 1 year ago and the repair has been flawless.

I was recommended to Europros, and they did not disappoint. I had put up with my broken AC for 4 years after the dealer failed to fix it. Europros diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 24 hours, to the level of swapping out the compressor. AC is ice cold now and had to turn it down on the way home. They keep common-fail parts on hand for a quick turn-around and were extremely knowledgeable. They also diagnosed some things wrong with the car I didn't know about, and gave me a heads up on things to look for that may indicate pending failure of common problems. Try not to let the sticker-shock deter you; European cars are cheap to buy but expensive in maintenance, but these guys are worth every penny with an assurance the job will be done the right the first time. Will gladly trust my car with them again.

If you have a VW or Audi, don't take it anywhere else. Chad and his crew know the cars inside and out. Most other auto repair shops including the franchise ones and even the OEM Dealerships are just trial and error with a huge learning curve. Chad is very honest and reasonable as well.

Had an absolutely phenomenal first-experience with Europros. Needed a heater core replacement for my JSW TDI. They gave a quick and accurate quote, were very easy to schedule with, performed the repair quicker than initially expected, and STILL undercut the VW Dealer quote by HUNDREDS of dollars. Very pleased with my repair and will be returning with any issues that come up in the future!

After bringing in my Jetta from a bad experience at the VW dealer he was able to take a look at my car in the parking lot and figure out where the issue was! Super friendly, and extremely knowledgeable of Volkswagens. He explained so much to me and in great detail!Even though I wasn't able to get my Jetta fixed at his shop because of my schedule he helped me figure out a path to go down. So I was able to find that it was my water pump pulley causing my issue and not my engine like the dealer said. Best experience with a technician so far, many thanks Chad!

I have had the pleasure of bringing my 2016 A3 To Europros and I could not be happier. Chad talked me through everything they were going to do, showed me around the shop and was more than happy to answer any and all questions I had. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend anyone needing tuning for their Audi to stop by and see how they can help! Will be returning for sure for future upgrades/assistance!

James was amazing! My window fell down on a Sunday he stayed late and got it up so I can take it to the shop that has a warranty on my window part. I can't thank him enough he was so nice and really helped a struggling single mother out. Go see them! They can work on any car!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.1-8-21 I took my Audi to Europros for engine light ON and hesitation under acceleration after my mechanic stated that his scanning tool doesn t communicate with Audi cars, and he didn t want to replace parts without the ability to diagnose properly.1-14-21 Received a text from the owner advising that the car needs 4 different parts($1384.00 plus tax))to fix the problem. I called him and stated that it s weird to have 4 parts fail at the same time BUT if he is confident it ll fix the problem to go ahead and get it done.1-29-21 received a text that the car is done. I paid and picked up the car. Two miles from the shop (Kellog&West) the engine light came on and the car started hesitating exactly like before. I called the owner and was directed to turn around and he ll check it out on Tuesday since they re closed on the weekend and he have a busy Monday. Made it back to Europros and found the business door locked. Texted the owner and 25 minutes later he replied to leave the key in mail slot. I wasn t comfortable leaving the car in front of the place over the weekend so I didn t.2-1-21 I made it there and the business is closed. I texted the owner with how frustrated I was, he texted back stating he was on lunch break and he can t be there 24/7. He suggested I drop off the car to do more diagnostic but I didn t trust him.Long story short, I trusted the GOOD-REVIEWS here and was scammed $1400.BTW they re not Better Business Bureau accredited
