I highly recommend if you are looking for a new vehicle. Isaac and the team were amazing to work with. They have earned my business for life. My credit history is not the best, and they treated me like a human being and not the scum of the earth for hitting a rough patch in life. They took the time to show compassion and learn about my situation unlike other dealerships, and were willing to work together to find a solution. Thankfully, I left with my new vehicle the same day, very greatful!

My daughter 2022 Tiguan had a issue with travel assist system and warning light was keep popping up. So, I schedule the appointment and at the arrivals of my appointment Jason helped me. After the diagnostics he informed me that vehicle need new steering wheel and it is covered under warranty . Service department order the desired part and schedule the next appointment once they received the part. Vehicle got fix. Jason made this whole process easy and painless. Thank you for your great customer service.

Bought a used vehicle from here recently. We live a few hours away so didn t want to waste time driving out and negotiating to a point where we didn t leave with the vehicle. Mari was super helpful in helping us get all the negotiation done through the phone without the painful back and forth of car buying. Great experience and as painless as it should be!

I went to Eddy s Volkswagen on Sep 23, 2023 and had a really great experience! Jocelyn did an amazing job on helping find something just right for me! I bought a brand new 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan 2.0T SE and am in love. Couldn t have done it without her and my dads help!! I highly recommend!!

We had a very pleasant buying experience with Eddy s VW. We came in mostly knowing what we wanted and had done a fair amount of research prior. Our salesman Kyle was refreshingly knowledgeable about the Atlas and filled in the little details we may have missed until viewing the car in person. We test drove maybe a mid level trim, but they were also able to show us a higher trim level in stock in the color and specs we liked, so that s what we went with. We ve been very happy with our Atlas premium R-line for the past month. As far as car buying goes, we felt we got a great trade-in value, no pressure selling, and a smooth process start to finish.

We love our Atlas Cross Sport, but our experience at Eddy s Volkswagon was disappointing. The dealership called and said my new vehicle had a full tank of gas and was ready for me to pick it up. When I arrived, the vehicle had less than a half tank of gas, the black wheels had been replaced with basic wheels, and there was a scratch on the bumper. I was heading to the airport so I was not able to get the issues resolved at the time of pick up. Two months later and they still haven t called me. I stopped in to try and get the issues resolved myself. I walked away once again without the black tires. They also lost my license plate from my trade in so now I need to work with them on reimbursing the refund I won t get when I get new tags. Extremely frustrating!!

This is truly an automobile company that provides full service!! Both before an a long time after the initial sale!They have integrity; compassion, and, their customers comfort Foremost in all they attempt to do!!I would recommend them to any interest car purchasing person!!I was very impressed with their services !I m returning when I am ready for my next car in a year!I m nearly 82 an I have participated in many car purchases since I was a young wife , forward to the present time!

I was called in 2 times to try to trade in my ID.4 which I was not aware of all the things that would affect my Uber driving schedule. In the winter I was charging my car more than I was driving. I was forced into false beliefs and now with buyers remorse I am now stuck with the car and they just keep making my credit worse. I m not happy at all!

Great experience with Eddy s Volkswagen. Typical dealer waiting but Koy and Kyree did a great job of assisting us with our vehicle purchase. They appreciate Military Service and made efforts to throw in a few extras for free! Thanks for all of your help and support!

Very expensive. Every time I go in there for a simple oil change I end up spending $1000-$1500. Friendly people, but they definitely will try to talk you into some service or parts you don t necessarily need. Last time they forgot to put a spark plug in when they gave it back to me, this time they inflated a tire 25 lbs over, which is insane. Probably would have blown my tire if I hit a pot hole.You keep bugging me to review your business, there you go!

Overall, I m not impressed. Had my tires rotated and of course everything is an upsell. But heaven forbid if they did their job correctly. I was leaving town for the weekend and my low tire pressure warning came on, when I called, I was told to set the tire pressure which I couldn t. I was told oh I ve never had that happen before. Well, that s because you didn t do your job. Most systems need to relearn sensor position after rotation and you failed to do that. Thank you for the poor customer service.

First off I want to start off by saying that having to take your vehicle into a service department around the holiday season can be one of the most stressful things to do. I had the pleasure of working with Christian in the service department when my 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan broke down on us on our way home from our first family Christmas get together of the year. I was extremely stressed out about my vehicle however Christian was very patient with me and a swerved all of my question with ease! Hopefully it will be awhile till I have to come back but I sure hope I have the pleasure of working with this kind gentleman again 10/10 would recommend gets 5 stars from me and my family!

I ve bought too many cars in my life so I get the process. I have to say they did a great job start to finish! From Kyle (he is not a KYLE) to Austin they killed it! No pressure and they moved as quick as I wanted to. They delivered it to me at work and let me know when they were close so that I could be ready! Great job to all!!!

I purchased my car from a different dealer so when they told me I had to come here for my service I was a little upset. Luckily, the guy who helped me with my service was super nice and although they were busy, it wasn't an unpleasant experience. Also, you can walk across the driveway and pet puppies while you wait! Win. Win.

They are always so kind and were patient with me and my family. Though no cars were bought today, they negotiated well and gave a good bargain. After buying a car from them once before they are a dealership I will always enjoy working with.

When I went to pay my bill of 2500 they were asking over the invoice by a lot. When I asked where the difference is between the paper work they have and the invoice they sent me. They could not provide why it was more and then they lowered the price back to the invoice price. After diagnosing the car they said they could fix my problems. And so after 2500 to fix those problems I drive off the lot with the same issues to come back 5 mins after leaving. Just for them to tell me it needs a whole new motor. And that they know that from the diagnostic they made on the vehicle. I feel like I was ripped off 2500 dollars. And on purpose from this dealership. Beware of dealership. They don t seem trustworthy.

Do not buy bumper to bumper warranty! It does not cover anything when we were told it would cover everything. We did not purchase the basic bumper to bumper warranty either. After 4 months of purchasing the vehicle we had 2 major issues. One of the issues cost us $2500 to repair and the 2nd issue is going to cost over $6k. Seriously, who can afford that??Rob the service guy was nice to work with. He's supposed to look into the warranty but I already know what the outcome of that will be.I would say I'm not happy with the warranty issue. I feel like we were lied to

Recently leasead a vehicle through this company. No issues or concerns with the actual getting the vehicle, signing the financial stuff was the issue because system was down . Signed a couple of days electronically and made sure to inquire about when first payment would be due. Almost two months later I m just now receiving paperwork from them to my home and guess who s late on their payments because we were misinformed about our first payment due date. Nothing can be done because unfortunately the financial guy who assisted us was fired due to being a nail in their coffin . Overall my review is to warn people to be aware and cautious and don t take their word for anything. We definitely learned our lesson.

$6,000+ of repairs on a 9 year old car and still the same issues arise. I will be traveling to OKC VW from now on. Unfortunately, the staff is very nice, but the turnover is so high that the different techs don't quite know the history. I returned my car multiple times in 2023 for improper / faulty maintenance where the root issue wasn't corrected. When I brought it back in a 6th time, another $1,000 charge is waiting. I truly hope the new management can see this sooner than later.

Thanks for getting my service done after I had to talk to multiple different people. I had an appointment set at 3 but got a text message that service wasn t going to get done until tomorrow morning. Drove from out of town because the town I live in no one will service my VW Passat. What s the point of an appointment if you re not going to get it done the same day. No one mentioned to me that it would take longer than a day. I came in October and they didn t have the parts so parts were special ordered. I had let them know I wasn t able to come immediately because I wouldn t have a day off until November. After being called to come in and get service done I finally had one day off from work to come in and was not treated very well. Sabry? or whomever the lady was working in the evening was very rude over the phone and in person. Christian my advisor was super nice and did everything he could to get my service done. The only thing is that he lacked communicating with me through everything. I had to text him asking if my vehicle was even pulled into the bay. Once he voiced they couldn t work on my vehicle I wondered why someone else couldn t work on it. Usually if mechanics are backed up couldn t someone else take the ticket? Devin the manager personally called me and made sure I was taken care of after being mistreated. I appreciate that he called me and updated me too because I was already frustrated and stressed. My brother and husband both called and said the lady who answered the phone was just super rude and had an attitude. They both asked her questions and her response was well every mechanic is talking or working with customers I don t know what to tell you. As if we weren t paying customers either. She just didn t care or tried to do her job. Then when we showed up same lady said can I help you? Told her who I was and just walked away didn t even say anything. I get it you re about to close everyone wants to go home but just unnecessary attitude. I ve never been so disappointed about service before until now. At one point I was on the phone with another dealership and they were going to get me in and had my vehicle finished before I had intended to leave town. Then coincidentally after telling Eddys VW multiple times that I did not have until tomorrow due to being on call for work. That I would like to pick up my vehicle if they couldn t service it and go else where. People in service department were able to get my vehicle in even though they had said they couldn t get it done until the morning. Just highly dissatisfied by the lack of communication and unprofessionalism by some of the employees in the service department.

When told I could pick up the car it really wasn't ready. The seat and panels were not replaced from the window replacement.Also after the heater core was replaced the heat worked fine but it was a warm day and a few miles from the shop I found that the air conditioner did not work. I retured to the shop and they took the car back and got the air conditioner working shortly.I think this suboptimal service is a result of Eddys recently acquiring Davis VW. I deal with Eddys Volvo service and rate them very high. I expect things to improve.Christian was the service representative and was very apologetic and worked very hard to make things right.

Chris in service department was very friendly and helpful. Love their process of sending updates via sms. I was even a few minutes late coming to pick up my car and Chris graciously waited for me and didn t close up shop.

I met with Tim in sales to test drive an Infiniti QX80. As we were driving Tim answered all my questions and showed me all the QX80 has to offer. There was one issue that is being addressed as I type this review and Tim is keeping me updated with all procedures being done to the car. I appreciate his honesty and openness to take care of the customer.UPDATE: The issue with the car was corrected and was delivered on time in order to surprise my wife on Christmas morning! They even brought the bow to put on the car hood. I can't say enough about Eddy's, it was the best auto purchase I have ever had.Thank you!

Both are very knowledgeable, professionally yet friendly. If we are in Wichita area we are with Eddys. They know how to maintain standards across.

I went there to get a recall part fixed I sat in the waiting room for 5 hours. No one ever came to me so I went to them and they were like "oops" like no big deal. I wasted 5 hours of work because they are incompetent. NEVER. AGAIN WILL I GET MY PASSAT SERVICE THERE AGAIN @!
