They told me my battery was almost dead and it was pressing that I replace it right away. Little did they know I d just replaced it 2 months ago and it s holding 100% charge. I know that because I checked it myself. And I had someone else check it to make sure.Extremely disappointed in a company that thinks they can take advantage of people by lying to get more money. I will not be returning here.

Took my Toyota Tundra in for an oil Change and some maintenance, and I have to say the customer service here was amazing! Catalina Maple is a shining star and she got me squared away took the time to break down my bills and explain to me what was going on. When I went to pay I was having issues moving my funds around and they patiently waited as I called my bank and sorted out my issues. They offered shuttle service to get me to and from my local bank and They were very helpful in resolving my issues. These people go above and beyond for their clientele and that is something you don t see everyday in this country. This team should be praised because they got me in and out with minimal hassle despite a few set backs on my end as a customer. Very professional and welcoming. I definitely left feeling like my car was in good hands. I felt then very comfortable with this establishment. My wife had issues with her vehicle as well so that led us into buying another vehicle if we have any additional problems I know where I m going to stop.Service: Transmission

Thank you Eddys for an amazing job on getting me into a new SUV gave me fair price on my trade that I had previously baught from them. After a week my car brake assist failed and they had it fixed in 24hrs. And were even willing to get me a loaner. Jason the manager did a great job and made sure I was taken care of! Will definitely continue using them.

Service was quick. Waiting area was decent and had amenities. Check in to check out was great. Surely recommend Eddys Toyota.

To the point and got the job done quite well and in a fast manner. The receptionist was friendly and although seeming a bit young was knowledgeable on what she was doing and made the process smooth. The only thing I would give it a 4 stars for is because there was a some pavement work getting done near the entrance of the shop and it was terribly hard to get around it. Might be gone now but beware of that.

The parts dept is great, the rest of the place I couldn't recommend. We purchased a new Camry at Eddys and they charge for everything, diagnostic test -$120 before they do anything. Oil change, $20 more than going to the GMC dealer in Wichita, etc. As a result, it'll be the last Toyota in our garage, ever.

They always take care of me when I visit for service. I feel like parts and service prices have increased I felt like I had gotten robbed for the last job I had done on my Toyota Sienna minivan. I visit the dealership because I know it's going to be done right and I won't have to worry about things breaking down.

I had a good experience with Toyota service yesterday for my Lexus suv. I called them in the morning to flush my transmission and they got me in by late afternoon. I didn't like paying another $119 to diagnose a separate problem, but to be fair, that isn't exclusive to Toyota, and Tyler (asst service manager) was up front about it from the very beginning. And they did diagnose the problem, even though it wasn't throwing an engine code that could be read, so I'm happy about that. I'll use them again in the future, whether to fix something, or diagnose it so I can fix it.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

The only bad thing is my car never gets, vacuumed and I bought the service warranty. Also. I had something with my left tire didn't fix the problem. I'm so mad so now I have to go back. It's a weird noise when I back out coming from my left tire

Michael, with service, got us in OUT OF STATE with another Toyota dealer right away to help us while we were on vacation. He was so nice and helpful!! Great service at a decent price. We have been coming to Eddy's Toyota for years and have always received honest service. Any issues that came up were handled by the service manager immediately and willing to work with us for a fair resolution.

Brought car in to address popping sound coming from wheel when turning steering wheel. They diagnose that my front strut needs to be replaced, and my tires need to be replaced. This on a 2018 toyota 86 bought brand new from the dealership. Over $2k in repairs and tires. Popping still exists.

I went to Ed's Toyota because Capital One sent me a pre-approval auto loan auto financing they look very helpful and I would pick up my car tomorrow

Only allows one coupon per service visit. So I could use oil change coupon but not air filter coupon.
