Enjoyed the service; the pick up and delivery, the attention to two recalls and the regular servicing/ maintenance as well as fixing a leaking pinion seal that was not obvious to us yet - all in about 1/2 day. Very satisfied w service and the Navigator as a whole.

I am super satisfied with my new car purchasing experience. I bought my last vehicle from Marcel. Having been pleased with that experience, I sought him out personally, again, in my recent purchase.

We purchased a used Acura from Eddys. I would most definitely recommend buying from this dealer. They were outstanding to work with! We purchased our car 100% over the internet, they were honest about the car. When I called they answered my questions or found someone who could. Shipping was not a problem and car arrived without any issues.

Paul always helps me with my car as fast as possible! He cares about his clients and so does Shawn. I love the loaner car system even though I didn t need it. I purposely choose Lincoln because of their service.

The team is very friendly and professional. The car is what is lacking. 2023 Aviator straight from Manufacturer and was shipped to lot with doors and hood misaligned and they are unable to align the drivers side completely without more damage. Expected more from a high end auto.

We were extremely happy with Christie and I have never had anyone take so much time showing us how everything works on the vehicle. She stayed late to show us and to make sure wee did not have any more questions. Would give her 110%. When I m ready to trade we will be back.

Anthony was our sale guy and has made this choice the best decision we have made for our family. He made sure to get us our visual family vehicle even when we assumed it wasn t possible to get all the features we wanted in our price range. He achieved beyond what was possible.All of the service workers (mainly Paul) made it easy to schedule and took care of our vehicle while staying transparent on future maintenance and pricing to keep warranty in great standings.

Purchased a 2019 Lincoln MKZ Reserve II from Eddie's Lincoln on November 9th, 2023. Put half the money down of the total price for a down payment (the best down payment I have ever been able to put together on a vehicle). On November 25th while leaving for family Thanksgiving Dinner the driver side rear tire blew out. My wife was following me in our Ford F250 cause I had to leave early for work from the family dinner. We saw nothing at all in the road, we couldn't find anything that would cause the inside wall of the tire to blow out (significant damage) leaving the lip of the rim with a small bend. Eddie's Lincoln/Chevrolet had just put new tires on this vehicle prior to my purchase according to CarFax so I opted out of tire warranty at the time of purchase. I am an honest person and so is my wife. I did not run into a object on the road that day or hit anything rough in the 16 days I owned my new car, of course I am driving super cautious and enjoying the new vehicle during this honeymoon time. I contacted Eddie's Lincoln and set up a service appointment to see what they could do for me. Paul was the service employee who was my main point of contact. They took pictures of the inside wall and rim and said "well it looks like you hit something". I know what it looks like and I was astonished when I changed the tire on the side of the road to see that damage on the inside wall as well, but I can say confidently I did not hit anything, the road was clear. I contacted my sales person Tristen at Eddie's Chevrolet prior to making the service appointment and driving the hour to Wichita from my home because it sounded like they would try to help me out the best they could. I honestly thought Eddie's Lincoln might have helped me out since I purchased this car at the time of the service appointment, 20 days ago. They said there was nothing they could do for me, the tire would cost $300 dollars for the tire and labor. I said, "No thankyou". I just drove the car an hour back home and went to the Ford Dealership that has always taken care of me and appreciated my business, Zeller Ford in Arkansas City, Ks. I was thinking the dealership I purchased the car from in the matter of weeks may have some interest in our future business, I was sadly mistaken. STAY WITH WHO YOU KNOW, STAY WITH WHO TAKES CARE OF YOU!There have also been smaller incidents between Eddie's Chevrolet and Eddie's Lincoln about how I am supposed to obtain my gas vouchers which was included in the sale of the vehicle. Eddie's Chevrolet has been helpful and I have no complaints about the sales team there, Tristen sold me the Lincoln from Eddie's Chevrolet and I enjoyed my interaction with him, I felt he was honest and forth coming although I wish he could of told me not to drive the hour for the blown tire. Eddie's Chevrolet staff were always wiling to help and are polite when I pull up to get filled up with gas (12 times or a year, which ever comes first). Eddie's Lincoln however has never filled up my tank, the man at the desk in the glass office whom I do not know his name acts as I am putting them out, and begins to tell me that I do not understand the rules of the gas voucher that it has to be once a month for a year. I did not finish that conversation and just walked out over to Eddie's Chevrolet where they happily filled my tank and punched my voucher card while my family waited.

I got my oil changed and a recall taken care of. My car was returned cleaned and promptly. Very professional and friendly. I highly recommend. They do a video and send it to you while they are checking everything. If you are considering them for services you should just make the appointment. You won t be sorry!!

I wish I had asked them to pick up my Ford Edge for servicing - I now know it is easy for me to get lost!!!Messages were received at every step from picking up my vehicle intil its return.The vehicle tire and brakes video was very informative.I had a problem with all doors having the lock and unlock feature work ~ even with my fob in my hand. It was a headache for months. The service man knew what the problem was and fixed it.Thank you so very much!!!

5 stars for the friendly service of your front desk staff to check me in. 1 star for the vacuuming of my car, only the front seat carpets were done and poorly I must say and I'm thinking something may have been wrong with the vacuum because when I got in my car there was an awful odor in it that was not there I brought it. Thank you

First I hope to see the Lincoln dealership return, name on the building and all. However, the service was good and very courteous.To date my issue seems to be resolved. Recommendatios were made improve my car's performance. Additionally my technician recognized my key chain had seen better days and put fob on a new Lincoln key ring. Thank you!
