I really liked this place! They accommodated me in EVERYTHING I asked! My car looked and felt like new! I am VERY pleased with them! I will return for future needs for sure!!

I went in for price quote and was met with the most rudest person. The way this man talk to me is if he didn't want any customers, (the rest of the staff looked up at him like he is funny)he wanted me to leave personal information at the desk before he gave me a price quote, then we went out to the car he talked to me like I was trash I didn't even do business with them. I don't know how this company survives with people like that greeting you at the door.

Saw this place at pretty good reviews so I decided to take the chance. My car was hit my someone so I needed to get some repairs done. Got an estimate and scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out due to them being busy. Took about 2 1/2 weeks to finish my car but I had a rental. Can say they did a great job fixing my car and the representatives are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to get your car fixed!Service: Body & Trim

My passenger window was broken due to theft. Eddy s Body Shop was able to get my car fixed within 2 days compared to other places which it would ve taken a week. Their customer service is impeccable. Not only were they helpful in every way, they drove me to my destination after I dropped off my car to be worked on. I 100% recommend their services!!!Service: Auto side window replacement

My car got hit in a parking lot by someone, and I had never had to deal with insurance or with having to get my car fixed for that matter. Eddy's was the first place I called since I saw they have great reviews, and I was not let down. I had an amazing customer experience with the shop. David was my primary contact, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was being taken care of. On top of fixing the front right fender, they got the dent out of the left side as well, which was not from the incident in the parking lot. I was so excited and grateful to find that my car looks basically back to normal. Eddy's will definitely be my go-to shop with any future car repairs!

Would I recommend them to my friend? The answer is no. I gave 3 stars for the friendly lady at the front desk. But the guy that talked to me and helped me with my car was not very nice. I think his name is Dallas. I gave him our car warranty to call and I am pretty sure he didn t follow the directions on the number to connect to the company. Anyway, that s fine. But the way he talked to me was so rude. I don t have all day to call them and waiting on the phone ..bla bla. While it only took me 5 seconds to connect to them. The only reason I come here because my husband specifically wanted to go to Toyota body part for our Toyota car. But I will not be back. This is not how you talk to your customer.

Worst body shop in town. Paint job sucks. Had to redo my tailgate twice. Told them 3 times to save my OEM parts. They didn't saved. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone or my enemies.

I accidentally backed my 2021 Rav4 Hybrid out of the garage before the garage door cleared my antenna, and prior to that, the wind caught a door of a pickup parked next to me, making two gouges in my rider s door. I took my car to Eddy s Body Shop and got an estimate from David. They repaired all the damages to like new condition. Very pleased with the workmanship! Definitely recommend their shop.Service: Body & Trim

My car was in the shop for two months but was given a loaner vehicle in the mean time. I was communicated throughout the entire process what parts they were waiting on and where they were in the process. The two ladies I worked with in the office were friendly and personable. Brandyn Hart was the one communicating to me every step of the way. His body work on my car was phenomenal. I highly recommend this body shop, specifically Brandyn Hart. Ask for Brandyn for body repair! I would take any of my vehicles back ten fold.I had back suspension done, a back quarter panel and back door replaced. When my husband dropped the car off they brought him home. They picked him up after the installation, of a rear window, was complete. He got the car home and I saw none of the broken glass had been vacuumed out of the hatchback and now my rear hatchback window won't stay up. I have to have someone else hold it or hold it open with a long tool/bar/piece of wood. So my overall rating do to the final experience is a 0.5. I still have glass in my car and the hatchback is broken. I am not a happy camper about my experience. Thanks, but I should've checked other places first before choosing Eddy's.

From the point of initial contact to set up time for a damage estimate until the time I picked up the repaired car, I was impressed with the staff at Eddy's Body Shop. The loaner car I received was more than adequate for my needs while I waited for repairs to be completed. And, the repair work is excellent. My car looks as good as new. It also helped that Eddy's cleaned it up very well. I would definitely choose them if I needed any future work done!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The work was done quicker than I thought, and the quality was spot on. The staff took great care of me as well. The handful I had the pleasure to interact with, were friendly, engaging and made me feel welcomed.I was not expecting my truck to get a wash, which was a nice surprise. What really blew me away was the fact that they had gone to the trouble to clean the interior as well. It was filthy when I handed it over, rather embarrassing. I honestly don't think it has been this clean since I brought it home from the dealership.If you need a body shop, don't hesitate to visit Eddy's. High Quality work, fair price, and unexpected extras that might just make you smile. Communications were clear as well.Thank you!LR

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE! This shop does not care about the safety of their customers, they have improperly installed parts on my vehicle not once but twice! I drive with my baby in the car and I am horrified in the service here. The team members that work here are unprincipled. Please take your money to a local shop, like Best Body shop, who actually cares about the customers and safety is their top priority!Eddys Body shop should be shut down.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Update! More body and glass work . They are still excellent.This is the only body shop I trust. I hit a deer with my brand new Subaru (600 miles on it). They were courteous, kind, professional, on time and did an amazing job. My car literally looks brand new (just like it did!). Thanks to them, I've almost forgotten about the wreck. You would never know by looking at my car anyhow!Service: Body & Trim

The work I had done here on my Tahoe was top notch! Communication was awesome and I felt like they got the work done pretty quick!Take Dave off of anything customer facing. He may be knowledgeable, but he has no skill or tact with customers on the phone. Despite the great work and former relationships that I have at this establishment, I elected to take my business elsewhere due to Dave's mouth.

I am here in Wichita for work.My lease vehicle requires scheduled maintenance. When I called to schedule my appointment, the receptionist was very kind and helpful.Eddy s followed up with text reminders. The staff the day of the appointment were exceptional. We had a wonderful experience with Eddy's Body Shop. We worked with Elaine. She was professional, caring, and kept us informed every step of the way. This was especially valuable with the kind of damage we had, because everything was not obvious on the surface. The repair technicians did a magnificent job. Our vehicle looks great! The other members of staff that we interacted with treated us really well, too. It was great to do business with an place that treated us as valued customers.

I had my 2018 dodge charger worked on due to being hit by another car, took almost a month for the repairs to be finished and I do understand we were waiting on modified sticker/emblems but there s very noticeable orange peel all around the car and marks in a circle form as if they set the buffer down at an angle before it was finished being used they then released the car to me and said they would contact me when the emblems arrived still have not heard from them been over a month I ve contacted them twice not very happy with my experience.

I took my Toyota Corolla to Eddy s Body Shop yesterday. The customer service was top notch! The staff there were so helpful and courteous and kind, especially Elaine. Elaine you Rock !The technician performed above and beyond any expectations I could imagine. He was amazing. My car is like new! If you need body work done on your car, I recommend taking it to Eddy s Body Shop! They re the best!

I took my vehicle in without an appointment because I had a leak somewhere that was causing water to rain in through the roof console. They took my car in immediately, fixed the problem at no charge. The problem was clogged drain tubes of the sunroof. Every time I'm there, they're very professional and genuinely friendly. For previous visits, they have communicated frequently on the progress of my vehicles. I highly recommend Eddy's Body Shop!

The quality of work is there but lacks on all other areas. I received my truck back and they cleaned it but no wow factor in the cleaning. They did an excellent job on removing and repairing the scratches but when I got home I realized the back-up camera wasn't working. I crawled under the truck inspected and found the wires disconnected so I connected myself I was not happy about that. I was the one who had to call to see if my truck was ready which it was would have been nice if they would have called me. The people were nice but didn't get that feeling that they cared.Service: Body & Trim

My name is Alice and I recently had a bad car accident, of which really could have been worse, but thank God that there were no major injuries only the major damage to the car.What made this bad experience a better experience was the excellent customer service, from the beginning, when a very nice staff member picked me up from my home to go get a rental while I waited for repairs, to the awesome staff at the front office area, thru to the end, when my car was ready for pick up.I loved that they kept me updated on the progress.This is not my first experience with this team...they were great each time...Not one time did they let it show that I was probably getting on their nerves whenever I had another or needed additional assistance.Great job also on repairing my car.Thank you Toyota!!!

Amazing! I hit a deer and they did a wonderful job. My car looks better than before. I hated the rental car and it took some time because of the supply chain issues but they did a great job. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I took my vehicle in for (Paint-less Dent repair) for Hail Damage.I got my car back with my start button cover and frame broken off. They were not up front about it. They tried to hide it. My car had clearly been rummaged through. They got into my personal stuff they had no reason to be in; including my sunglasses holder like why?! They took down my service dog s tether. They had no reason to take that down, they should ve put it back how they found it. My stuff was strung around the backseat. Which had been all organized and in my trunk when I dropped my vehicle off. All the windows had residue smeared all over; looked like they used a dirty towel/ cloth to wipe it down. I m VERY DISAPPOINTED The Irony is someone told me not to use Eddy s and I stuck up for their business. Then I get horrible service! I will Definitely go somewhere else in the future!Services: Body & Trim, Auto rear window replacement

Two days after a collision that crushed the front fender and scraped the side of the car, it was vandalized. The drivers seat was sliced with a switchblade (left sticking out of the seat) and the front tire was punctured. Disorienting and stressful. Within an hour, Eddie's had towed the car, arranged a rental delivered to my apartment and began coordinating with my insurance. The professional assigned to the repair updated me regularly by phone or text, made it possible to sign all documentation online and patiently answered all my questions. When I picked up the car, the staff was professional, gracious and had all the paperwork ready to sign. When I started to call Hertz rental, Eddie's took the keys and assured me they would make contact and expedite the return. Eddie's earned the five-star rating and my recommendation.

Our experience at Eddy's body shop was excellent! They did a fabulous job, it was like seeing my vehicle the first day we bought it. The work was amazing and the customer service was above and beyond! I have already recommend Eddy's to several people. Thanks Eddy's you guy's are the best!
