Amazing group of guys. Had an emergency while in Wichita and had to get home to Kansas City. We pulled into their parking lot at closing time. They didn t hesitate to get us two front tires and mounted and balanced them on the spot after hours. It was greatly appreciated and would highly recommend them. We wouldn t have made it home without their help. Can t praise them enough. Thanks again guys!

They are extremely nice and helpful. My tire repair was quick and free.I made the mistake of buying tires across the street at the membership store. It takes two hours to get any service done at that store and they charge for tire repair, despite having roadside warranty.Discount tire is way better. I recommend them to my coworkers and family all the time.

This is the first time I have been here, I like it a lot. I bought new tires on their website for a total of 6 of them. It's very easy and convenient also you can make an appointment when you are buying the tire. They did super fast only 30 minutes for everything. New place, big and clean. You can see through the window what they doing. I do recommended on this place for everyone.

The free tpms relearn is a scam. If you're not hovering over them while they do it. They will come back to you and tell you that one sensor isn't reading or it's reading at 0psi. Replaced both passenger side tpms sensors last week and was told that the LR sensor wasn't reading. Came back today after replacing Said LR, today's employee tells me that the RF sensor is reading at 0 psi. Attached is the brand of sensor used. Proceed to tell me that rf sensor didn't look new. After I explained last week's visit, told me that me to explain that it was they're scanner. Last weeks employee didn't have to hook up to OBD port to start relearn process, this week's employees needed to attach the obd port cord and than started process. Place is a scam

Absolutely amazing! 10/10. I have been bringing my cars here for years and the Discount Tire staff are always friendly and helpful. Prices can't be beat either. I'm so grateful!

I will always recommend Discount Tire. Service is incredible. Staff is fairly knowledgable as well which is a plus. I enjoy their insurance package they offer if anything was to happen to the tires. I ve been coming here for about 2 years now and have had 3 cars serviced and I ve never had an issue.

This is my second time going to discount tire. A month ago I got my tires replaced and got the warranty it s the best deal going to get the warranty. Yesterday I got a nail in my tire. I showed up there today they were really helpful very professional and the turnaround time is speedy. I really appreciated that Keithan helped me. They all have great customer service.

Bought 5 tires and brought in my own new wheels. They installed the tires, put my old tires/wheels in the back of my vehicle and installed the spare without me asking. 45 minutes total, complete professionals, I am very impressed with their service. I ll never buy tires anywhere else, excellent.

Really bad. Don t use. Got brand new take away tires, had to go back 3x because they kept losing air. Applied an indicator tire cap to the worst tire which they took, later said they d mail to me then never did. Gene hung up on me & lied to his manager saying I cussed him out (never happened), he just didn t want to talk about the tire air issue & what to do next. Tires still can t hold air but it s not worth going back a 4th time. Darren is a poor manager.

Excellent products with the friendliest service around. Sean rocks! He does really well at explaining everything very thoroughly and helping you make an informed decision on any replacements and repairs. Love their free inspections and balancing.They are always super busy though so be prepared to wait 2-3 hours for tire replacements. I recommend making an appointment in advance instead of just walking in though so you won't have to wait quite as long. Very nice sitting area though with free wifi.

Couldn't recommend this place enough! Came in close to closing however Dominic was able to get me fixed up fast and professionally. I've had great experiences with all the discounts stores but I think I'll stick with this one solely from the great experience it was with Dominic and his service. 10/10 without a doubt

Took my Tesla here and they did a great job, they are super friendly. Been buying tires from them online for 10+ years and just recently had the chance to experience their store. Not a single scratch on the wheels after replacing all 4 tires. They are open to upsizing tires that fit as well. This place is a well oiled machine.Great job and thank you!

My go-to for anything tire related. Waits can be long, but they have the best customer service. Ordered 8 tires from them so far. Also did tire repair and rotations for free.

Customer service was not on your priority list. I'm hoping safety is thou.I ordered tires couple days ago, got a phone call that they came in early so if I could come in today instead of Thursday, they assured me they'd be done by 4:15pmI waited about 20 mins or so before they got the car in. They had me out in no time, tires are excellent!! Thank you so much guys. They even let my son and I stay in the car lolI must add Matt was extremely nice and professional throughout our first Initial phone call and visit.

Booking my appointment to get our tires balanced and rotated was easy to do online. I arrived a little early, which turned out to be unnecessary as our car didn't get in at the scheduled time. Even though it got in 20 minutes later, it was serviced and completed early. I believe I was there around 45 minutes, which was shorter than the estimated 1 hour wait. Everything went smoothly, and I'm happy with the experience I had.

The free flat repair is cool and a great service. But forcing me to wait 3 hours while numerous other walk ins were helped in less than an hour after I came in. Absolutely ridiculous. It's unfortunate for me because I don't really have a choice and they're forcing me to miss my mothers birthday celebration. So, appreciate that too. I showed up 2 and a half hours before believing that would be enough time to fix ONE tire. Apparently they need 3 hours to forgot about you and then make up excuses about why they just wouldn't work on your car. Simply ridiculous and unprofessional.

GREAT PLACE FOR TIRE SERVICE!You wanna change TIRES, then Discount tire is a great location to go. I usually research before getting anything significant, and when I had to change my tires, I had considered many options such as Costco tire center (please no), Sam s club (no good deals and less staff), Firestone (doesn t have tires I was looking for and a bit expensive), and many other uncommon sources.I ordered my tires on Costco.com and after three weeks I receive an email that my order has been canceled due to the tires out of stock. In the meantime when I visited the Costco tire center, they were like we are separate entity so you need to find out whether the tires arrived or not (Got NO help).After the toil and unpleasant experience of my tires purchase, I went to discount tire.com, looked for the continental DWS 06 tires (Best) and I got them on sale for lesser price than the okay tires I ordered from Costco. The same day of my booking I called discount tires, there were NO Hidden charges, my tires arrived the next morning, they notified me and set up an appointment the same day in the evening, my car got her new tires in about an hour and I went home happy!The entire process took three days! Well if I might have chosen different tires then max week with updated from discount tire staff. I appreciate their transparency, kindness, service and car/customer care.I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND to anyone who is looking for new and better tires. Thanks!

Fantastic, friendly, and FAST service. Right after work, I had a blow out on the highway and was a little rattled. They closed at 6:00pm but I decided to try my luck and gave them a call at 5:53. They surprised me by saying they could squeeze me in. After jacking up the car, removing the wheel, and taking it to them, they were able to get me out of the door with a new tire by 6:25. The price was right and I don't think I've ever had better tire service. Recommended.

Went in 6 weeks ago because my tire wouldn't hold air. Turns out it had a bug cut (not man made) that couldn't be patched. 4 new tires later (same day and funky size low profile) I'm back 6 weeks later. Same tire won't hold air, nail in the tire patched immediately! They gave me credit for the original tires since we were 20k short on the tire warranty, and the nail repair was free. Getting my money's worth o. Their excellent service!

Went here once and had a great experience. I ordered the wrong stuff and instead of making me leave, John helped me figure out a solution on the spot and got me taken care of in less than an hour. Also, Fisher was running around the whole store taking care of EVERYONE. Dude had a hurt leg and you could see the grimace on his face but he still provided exceptional customer service with a smile. These guys definitely care about their customers. 10/10 would recommend

Excellent service! Friendly, quick ,clean and are the pros with tires. Prices are great as well! They were flexible with special accommodations like travel trailers. Highly recommend Discount Tire. A++++

My fianc�e took her car here to get a tire changed. They had the tire in stock and got it swapped right then and there. They also noticed her wiper blades were in rough shape (they were) and they offered to replace them at the cost of just the wiper blades. Great customer service.

Amazing customer service from all the guys but especially Dalton, my sales person. Came in due to some helicopter sound on one of my tires while driving in from St. Louis. Not only did they check the tires and fix the issue but they rotated and balanced the tires and got me in and out quicker than estimated. I ll be buying my next set of tires from here.

Before I went to discount tire, I had been looking for the best bang for my buck and something that would last. I had a tire brand in mind and called here to see what the wait would be like. I was told by Sean Dill we could get the tires I wanted by Friday at the latest. They price matched other places and it seemed like a great option. Unfortunately I really couldn t work Friday into my schedule so we decided on another brand with the help of Mr. Dill. He was so helpful and willing to work with me to not break my bank. I was told it would take about 45 minutes to get my cars tires changed but the discount tires team found a small issue with my car and they were willing to take care of it, no issue no charge. Good customer service can be hard to find. After seeing the reviews for this location, I doubt I need to put my two sense in but with that being said, I will be a returning customer. Again thank you so much Sean!
