I went there to replace windshield (which I was referred by another customer)Process was very simple and easy. Everything looks ok up until a week later we got bad snow storm and water leaked inside and I had water damage on interior. I called them about leak they ask for me to come in. The customer service was not that great very blunt and rude and didn't seem to really care " just bring it in". They found leak and backfilled it however left spot of black sealant all over windshield and spot on my interior and roof interior which is a light tan. Went back in and was given a wipe to clean it. Which did not clean it. I would not recommend

Very disappointing experience at this business. My husband was so excited to get the windshield replaced in his old truck today, only for them to cause further damage in other areas. The headliner, while old, was in perfect condition before the windshield was replaced...when my husband got it back, it was ripped and torn very noticeably. The dash was cracked before, but from their negligence, whole pieces and chunks came out and it looks far worse now. When my husband asked for an explanation, they kept dismissing it by saying "the headliner already needed replaced/was old" and the dash was "already cracked." So basically, if your car has any existing flaws, they'll make them worse..because, why not? It's already flawed. That's their logic. The headliner will now cost more to replace than the windshield did, when we wouldn't have had that expense before they ruined it. The $20 refund we got is not going to help that. I would advise you pay the extra money and use a more trustworthy and caring business that won't cause you more expenses down the road with their negligent behavior. Guess I know where we will spend the money we saved by choosing these guys.

My fianc�e called this place to get a quote for my window when my car was broken into. They quoted him at $201. When I called a week later to make the appointment they quoted me at $249. Not sure why the price jumped that much in a matter of a week, or if this was just your run of the mill auto shop taking advantage of the fact that I m a women calling and they assumed I didn t know what I was talking about. I can only assume that s what it was. However, Lewis street glass did the same service that day for $150 so ladies, hope this helps. Don t get scammed by these people.

Discount auto glass was extremely easy to work with. I called them mid-morning and was able to get a quote over the phone. They were able to get a new windshield by the next morning and put it in that same day. I also was running late for pickup and called them to tell them I was late and they actually stayed late for me which was way beyond what I was expecting.

Terrible experience was quoted $399 for a windshield replacement over text, then over the phone was told my out the door price was 500 before tax, due to several extra fees. After calling to cancel I was told I would be charged 35 dollars for canceling. The person I spoke with was very rude, disrespectful and offered no insight as to why I was being charged 35 dollars.

Windshield prices are very reasonable and sevice is good. HOWEVER they do not recalibrate safety features. So if you have them you have to count in an extra 150.00 - 200.00 to have it recalibrated elsewhere. Which rakes it pretty much to the cost of replacing elsewhere and have it done all at once.

The price was reasonable for my older car. I was happy with the cost, but no so much the quality. As seen in the picture, the rubber of the driver side molding was damaged and the molding across the top was not glued down correctly.

Got my windshield replaced here. The first time around there was a gap between the bottom of the windshield and the cowl and a few missing fender clips. I called back and ask to bring it back for them to inspect/fix it. Got that done and it turned out great, both times took about an hour and they were friendly. Also the cheapest price around town ($256 for mine). Would recommend for any glass needs.

2 visits. Most recently they did a chipped windshield repair for me without an appointment on a busy Monday. It was a little under an hour wait which is excellent. Professional service and the price was right. I ve also had a rear window replaced here and the results and pricing were also good. I would recommend Discount Auto Glass.

Had these people reinstall my top windshield molding yesterday for $40. It was installed improperly and the driver s side is raised after 24 hours. After removing their cheap industrial grade tape from it after 4 hours as instructed they told me to buy a new windshield or come get a can of adhesive remover and scrub it myself. What type of sh!t is that.

Called, got a quote, set up an appointment and left with a new windshield all in less than 3 hours!-One of the cheapest quotes I got in Wichita. (Less than half the price quoted by Safelite!!)-Less than 35 minute install after I arrived with my vehicle.-Clean waiting area with TV, coffee, water and bathrooms.-Easy to find and see from the road.I'll be using these guys and gals in the future!

The people were quick and friendly and I like that they were affordable however I was not given a heads up that they did not clean up after themselves. I had about half a window of glass in my back seat and cargo area that, until my niece went to get in my car the next day, I had no knowledge of. I ended up cutting my hand in the process of cleaning up the shards. If I had been given a heads up I would have understood but I had no clue and I m glad it was my older niece that noticed it.Services: Auto side window replacement, Glass installation

Do not use this company. I had my vehicle serviced on 10/12/2023 and I had to bring it back 10/25/23 after it rained all night. Leaking water inside my vehicle and the owner refused refund. Not only was the price affordable for a new rear passenger window, they had my car in and out, no tape, in less than an hour. 45 minutes after pulling up, I was leaving with my car. Would definitely use them again if needs be!

Had a side window done on my Explorer. Then when it came to my Highlander back window they broke the wiper and said nothing about it. Now I have to get a new one. Would give 5 star on first vehicle. But second 3.

My name is Robert, I brought an infiniti qx60 in there yesterday to do a windshield replacement. Process was easy, replacement was fast, and seems to have been a good job. No complaints there. Issue did happen though today. Today I found a small nugget of marijuana on my dashboard. I called them to inform them and after getting a couple we are toi busy to deal with this calls, I spoke with Brandon. I don't know who Brandon is and requested to speak to whoever is running the place (he couldn't do that), but he believes it not an issue with a paying customer finding illegal drugs in their car after trusting them to perform a service. He said "I don't know why this is an issue, if it's s such an issue why don't you just brush it out?" All I was looking for was taking accountability and an apology from these guys when I first called but that is not going to happen. This is a pure example however of how you can do a great job but if you treat the customers like their replaceable, you can surely start finding that replacement because I won't ever go back again. 0 stars.

This is the 2nd time I've brought a car for window replacement/repair...The first time was 15 months ago, on 5//2022, to replace a passenger window that had been broken by thieves.The second time is today, 8/16/2023, to have a chip in the windshield repaired.Both times, I found them to be professional, courteous, and customer-friendly, with reasonable prices.

Gary and his staff were really great to work with. The back window of my brand new car was smashed out amidst crazy rain storms. They rushed to get the glass and then replaced it first thing Saturday morning. I am very grateful for their honesty & timeliness during this unfortunate event. Thank you!

The owner of this business is just terrible. The windshield they installed was done incorrectly and the owner would not correct the problems. It was installed off center and rubbed against the dash. Even his installer stated the windshield needed to be removed and reinstalled. I cancelled the charge with my credit card company and the credit card company agreed, reversing the charge. This guy obviously did not build the business. He either bought it from someone, or more likely, inherited it. He has no concept of customer service, or standing behind his bogus warranty. I would not recommend this service to anyone. His reputation with other companies in this field is not good. Let's see what "lip service" he pays to this!

Great experience! Most reasonable windshield replacement cost and in same day I called. Took almost one hour (as stated) on the button. Always coming here for my Jeep glass repair (which is, of course, a frequent Jeep-thing )!
