It was a relatively easy buying experience. My salesperson, Killian was friendly & courteous. Kaden is finance was also friendly & very knowledgeable. Their waiting room is top-notch, they care about their customers' comfort while they're waiting for service or whatever. They go out of their way to bring your car to you if you can't make it to the dealership. I had to have a minor issue repaired on my vehicle and they provided me with a brand new loaner vehicle. I will definitely be buying & servicing my vehicle from this dealership from now on.

Highly recommend this dealership! Killian took care of us from start to finish. Took us a little bit to find the perfect car and he had nothing but patience the entire time. I can't recommend Killian enough! Kaden in the business office went over all of the paperwork and answered all of our questions.

The team here took great care of me and was willing to negotiate a deal with me so I can purchase my first CX5 and first new -off the lot- car. I was nervous initially and had plans to shop around but ultimately returned here and I was able to get my vehicle. Jason in particular was very kind and patient with me and the millions of questions I had. Thanks to Davis Moore Mazda!!

After taking my car to get an oil change, because they were included when purchasing the car, and asking 3 different times if they would do Full Synthetic (which is what my 2020 Mustang calls for) they put Semi Synthetic in my car. When asked why they didn t put the Full Synthetic oil in my car they just kept telling me that it has some synthetic in it . In addition, they tried to offer me a tire rotation add on because you really need it . I declined because I already had an appointment to get all new tired. The gentleman checking me in told me that right before getting all new tires is the best time to do a tire rotation so that your car is ready for the new tires . I will be not be going back, and would much rather pay for an oil change than deal with their staff again.

We had a great experience with Davis-Moore Mazda. Roger was professional and a wealth of knowledge about the products (vehicles) and was patient with our month long quest for a new ride. We would highly recommend this dealer based on the buying experience. We have yet to use the service side and therefore cannot comment in that aspect.

Great car buying experience! Love my new Mazda. Rex is a great sales person and listens to his customers needs and wants. I was dead set on buying yet another Subaru until I took the new Mazda CX 30 for a test drive hands down a more enjoyable ride and better financing options than Subaru ever offers!

Went here for a recall notice, everyone was very nice and explained what would be happening. Took longer than expected and they took care of my new wiper blades for the delay. I'm thankful that they took their time with my car though, better safe than sorry.

Very friendly as always. My only complaint is about the music. Current pop music doesn t match the nice interior. It s also difficult to read in the waiting area because the music is extremely loud. I notice that most people who have service there tend to bring their books with them. I have to wear headphones with loud reading music in order to concentrate. This makes me consider getting a rental in the future instead of waiting there because it's hard to relax.

Doing business with Davis Moore Mazda has been the best car purchasing experience I have had in over 50 years. Roger Moreno, our salesman, is knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I highly recommend him. The service department is second to none. Their people are knowledgeable, provide superb after sales service, and are very reasonably priced. From sales to service, this is a simply outstanding dealership. My 2023 CX 50 was the first car I have purchased from them, but it certainly will not be the last.

Purchased a CX5. First ever experience with Davis Moore or a Mazda. It was a pleasant experience and Nick did a good job with my family. He was patient enough and knowledgeable enough. I had planned to visit several dealerships that day but was so impressed with everyone there we decided to not go anywhere else.Highly recommend.

Best dealership ever!!!! I was visiting in Wichita and my car broke down. I called first thing in the morning and explained I had to get back to Iowa that night. They said bring it in . They fixed everything before 5 and I was in my way!!!! Best in class!!!!

I experienced generous and efficient treatment, squeezing my tire problem in by the end of the day. I was given a diagnosis and two choices to solve it. I appreciate that !Manager Russ is very good to work with. My tire was repaired and my tires rotated. I ll return another day for oil change as there was not time to squeeze that in without an appointment.

I have had another amazing experience with the Davis Moore Auto Group. A day before rotator cuff surgery my old Jeep was no longer working for me. I reached out, explaining my situation. The day after surgery Rex brought my new CX 30 to my house to look at, take a quick spin, kick the tires and fill out the credit app. By the end of the day I had a deal I was happy with, an interest rate that my credit union couldn t match and I picked it up the next day - spending about an hour in the business office - talking more than signing. Easiest and friendliest vehicle purchase to date. Go there first for your next car buying experience

All service personnel are great. My only concern is the current cost of Honda service compared to Mazda. It will cause me to think twice when I buy my next car.

I ve taken two vehicles to Davis Moore Collision and I couldn t be happier. The experience was great from start to finish. The facility is new, with state-of-the-art equipment. The paint match was perfect and looked factory original. Customer service is great! I live 2 hours away, but we ll worth the drive. I won t go anywhere else.

Our salesman Fahim Khan was great. No pressure, very patient as I took a month or so to decide on my purchase. He did check in with me from time to time. I'm very happy I waited because I purchased the new Mazda CX-30. I had been looking at the Mazda CX 5. I did have to return for a little paint issue on the hood but I'm sure they will take care of it should it become a bigger issue. Also thank you to Sean Tarbell as he was very gracious to us .My Mazda is now almost 4 years old. I still love it. Yesterday, I had a service for a coolant control valve. They took care of it for me under warranty. They also said in their inspection video that my battery was marginal. I didn't purchase a new battery. The next morning, my husband took it to a battery store, and it tested fine. The strange thing is that the battery recommendation is now gone on my inspection report.

Back in 14 years later to buy ANOTHER Mazda. Our Madza 6 was so solid (still is, we handed it down to our son), it was a no brainer when picking a new car. Picked up a new CX-50 and was pleasantly surprised to see the manager was still there from last time. Stress free, low pressure environment made it easy to pick one and get in and out. Had to wait about a week for the exact one I wanted, but well worth the wait. Fahim was a great salesman and really matched my personality, making it very comfortable. No jumping through hoops here. Highly recommended dealership when looking for a Mazda.

I walked in as referral to Roger Moreno. While Roger had an appointment he was working, and another appointment on the way, he still took the time to visit with me! Excellent service! He provided all detailed information required and answers all questions or worked to obtain answers when needed.

Easiest place to buy a car from. No pressure when buying from them and you re not hounded by a million salesmen. I ve gotten 2 CX5s from them in the past few years and each time has been a smooth experience.The service department is quick and easy to work with as well. Recently got my oil changed and was there for about 45 minutes to an hour.

The service was fine, but it took an hour and a half to do a simple oil change that I scheduled two weeks in advance. I'm not sure if they were short on staff, but that is simply far too long for an oil change.

I recently purchased a Mazda CX-5 at Davis-Moore Mazda. It was a pleasant experience. The selection of new cars was excellent, the salesman there to answer any and all questions without sales pressure and to do research when needed. During closing all of the extended warranty options carefully explained but again without sales pressure. Buying a new Mazda at Davis-Moore was a pleasure and is a dealership I can recommend.

Had a great experience. Rex, Jason, Dominic, and Kaden. The sales and finance team were not only extremely friendly but helpful, kind, and efficient. Rex was great with communication answering all my questions and what was great was at no point did I feel pressured to make a decision or hurried to complete a sale. Kaden was very friendly and got us through the purchase process very quickly. Would definitely recommend the team at Davis Moore Mazda.
