I had the team at Davis-Moore Collision Center swap out the red dash inserts in my 2023 Jeep Wrangler JL for leather inserts to match the rest of the interior. I visited several shops to get estimates to do the job and three of them told me they did not want to tackle the job but to go talk to Bob at Davis-Moore Collision Center. They steered me right. Bob was great to work with and gave me a fair estimate to do the work. He got me in within two weeks and they did a great job switching out the dash with no surprises. I did not want to tackle it myself due to potentially screwing up the electronics and airbag and they took on the task. They kept their word on the estimate, dash looks great and all the controls and electronics work perfectly! I m extremely happy! They are going to be my go to place for installing future mods that I don t want to tackle myself and for any body work that I may need to have done.

I would give the body shop 5 stars because the guy working at LEAST helped what I was looking for, BUT, it was the parts department at the dealership that needs improvement. I'd give only 1 star or less but the body shop helped more. I went to the dealership looking for "Street Hemi orange paint"in a spray can. First of all, the older guy acted like he didn't want to help right away and like I was bothering him because he was doing something else on the computer. I showed and gave him the part number from the can. "That's not a good number". I showed him a picture of the can. "Still not a good number". Then he says "I need the VIN number". HUH? I asked if he could do a search on his computer. "I can't find it". Again, "Whats the VIN number"? I gave him my VIN. Then he says "Not a good VIN". I know my VIN number by hand. He asked "What is that VIN on"? I said for a Plymouth Roadrunner. "Well, you need to go to the body shop for that, we don't sell paint". Funny thing is YES, you do and YES, I have bought this can from you before. Davis-Moore is "suppose" to be a big dealership but the parts department acts like a second rate dealership. I've bought 2 vehicles on the same day from Davis-Moore. I guess I'll go to a better dealership who appreciates customers more and treats them better. If this is how Davis-Moore treats people, get out of the car sales! Yea, I'd have to say Davis-Moore sucks!

They basically rebuilt my vehicle after someone hit my front fender. My wheel was leaning in and lots of damage. It drives like it s new and I would absolutely go back again if something else happened. The repairs were a year ago and still no complaints. 5 stars!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

They had the very difficult task of matching a new factory color for which there was no variant shades. They experimented by adding additional colors to the factory formula until they got the color right. The paint matches perfect! I know this took a lot of extra time to do this, and I greatly appreciate the attention to detail. These guys are real pros - couldn't be happier with the end result. Thank you!Service: Painting

So friendly and easy to work with. Coordinated everything with our insurance company. Kept us in the loop the entire time and was very timely in getting all of the work done!! Very happy with the service we recieved and truck looks brand new again!

I wish I could put 5 stars. The people I talk with are very nice and professional. The problem is they dont stick to a schedule. My truck was hit last monday and the truck has been there since Tues to be assessed on how much damage there is and if its fixable. I've been told I would be contacted on Thursday, nothing same as friday and today. I am a business owner as well and know everyone is busy but please stick by your word.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim
