I ve been having my car serviced at Davis-Moore Chevrolet for close to two decades now. This last visit was interesting. Went in for a simple oil change and during the inspection they found several main issues that needed to be fixed. The car is 18 years old, so this was not surprising. The service we received was 5 stars. It took less than a week to get the car fixed, and they provided us a replacement in the meantime. They are the best and go out of their way to make sure you and your car are taken care of. Love Davis-Moore Chevrolet! Thank you.

This place is fantastic. I took my car to have the oil and filter changed over there because I am a little reluctant to let anybody but a specialized technician work on my car. Even for a basic service. I mean what if somebody overtorques a bolt or something and cracks the oil case. That would be tragic. You pay some extra bucks but you're left with the piece of mind that it was a job well done. The folks over there are super nice and unassuming. They have a nice lounge.

I've always received great work from Davis Moore. Anything that would go wrong they stand behind it 100% if it was their fault. They also want to make sure they get the car done as quickly as possible as they understand the hardship it creates on the customer.

My experience with the new car dealership was outstanding! They made my experience great and the salesman was outstanding. The used car dealership was undesirably. The Manager of that department should be fired. The salesman I was dealing with was a great salesman. To sell the car I wanted the night before I had an appointment to purchase the vehicle. Didn t call me to tell me he sold it, when I drove 2 1/2 hrs to purchase it, pissed me off! Not a way to get good remarks!

Matt helped me with my service for my car and he was absolutely wonderful! I dropped my car off early in the morning and he was so helpful letting me know about the drop box when I asked for future reference. He was also there when I picked my car up at the end of the day and was so great to work with!

This was my first time receiving service at this dealership. My service writer, Matt, was excellent setting up the service I needed for my car and arranged shuttle to get me home and back when the repairs were completed.. He kept me updated on the status of the progress of the service. My car was repaired and returned to me in a timely manner. I did have to return to the dealership twice after my service to retrieve a special wheel lug socket that was not put back in my glove box and to report a problem with my horn. The mechanic had damaged the connector in the steering wheel while working on the front suspension and steering wheel. Matt has the part needed on order for that repair and is to call me to schedule an appointment after the part arrives.Could this repair have gone smoother, yes, but the professional way this was handled was impressive. My car is a 1990 Chevrolet Corvette.

Dropped my truck off with the service department to have the auto start stop checked. Was very happy to have shuttle service back home, and then Dave came and picked me up when the truck was ready in a Chevy Equinox.This was very helpful as my wife was home recovering from a complete knee replacement surgery and could not help me drop my truck off at the dealership.Wonderful service and thank you for the shuttle service rides!!-Doug Abel

Everyone was great and accommodating. Financial guy was left to be desired. Felt like he was calling me a lier when we told him the money would be there no later than the next morning and he told us he has done that for several years and it would take at least 2-3 days. Money was there within a couple hours. Gage was very nice to work with

I went to Davis-Moore about two months ago to order a Colorado trail boss. I dealt with Junior, a sales rep there and that guy was just incredible. He gives you the real home feeling experience. I was deeply impressed with the way he handled himself and the way he helped me get set up on what I wanted. He even showed me another truck I might like before we ordered my Colorado which I thought was very kind. When my truck was finished he called me to update me, and updated me when my truck was shipped and then let me know as soon as it came it! That guy was seriously one of the most wonderful human beings I ve met. Davis-Moore not only hires great people, they take great care of their people too! This is the dealership I recommend for anyone wanting to buy a new reliable vehicle! Thanks Davis-Moore for your hard work, experience and knowledge. You guys are doing it right out there! This is my second vehicle from there and they do not disappoint!

I highly recommend Davis Moore! Curtis (curt) did such a great job getting us into what we wanted within our price range. He s very professional personable laid back and most importantly honest! We didn t feel pushed around at all. We shopped around and around and around some more and we were led back to Davis Moore because of the upfront service & because of overall cost! Oh and Max he did a wonderful job getting us approved at a great apr & totally fixed us up on an outstanding warranty! We had a great experience when buying a truck for my son! I live about 2 hours away and I did not want to drive down if we could not get close to what we wanted to pay. I worked with an online person and then with Big Al at the dealership. They were able to get me what I wanted in the price range I wanted! Very easy to work with and get everything ready for us by the time we arrived! Great experience!

My 2022 Blazer RS got a shift to park message when it was already in park and would not allow vehicle to be shut off. I called Davis Moore Chevrolet service and took her in. Aaron and the crew took great care of my car and got her up and running in a day. Thanks so much!

I started car shopping at Davis-Moore in November. Hugo is THE BEST, new sales assistant who was appointed to help me out. He was easy to talk to and listened to what I was looking for. He made car shopping comfortable!After leaving Davis-Moore, I went to Hatchett on the East-side. It was in no way as helpful or as comfortable as my experience at Davis-Moore.Davis-Moore definitely does a hard close, so be prepared to compete backAt the end of it, I got the car and price I wanted! Definitely ask for Hugo at Davis-Moore on the west-side!

I am saying that I've been with Davis Moore since late November of 2022. My whole experience has been great. They were very professional in every way from new truck sales, to the service work after the sale. Very impressed with their service Department as they got me in and out in a very reasonable time frame. Very glad that I chose Davis Moore for my new truck needs.

Oil change and tire rotation performed. The service advisor mentioned that the tech noticed oil pan seepage and power steering seepage. I forgot to ask how much to fix those items. It would be helpful if the service advisor would ask if repair prices could be provided. That would help in my budget planning when I could get those items serviced and repaired.

What a joke of a place. I think they feel they are still in the screw the customer covid days when dealers could run a muck because of inventory shortages. They wanted me to take an over $3000 loss on my trade and still pay full price for their vehicle that had been sitting on the lot for quite awhile. People stop giving them your business and venture just outside of Wichita. These small town dealers are willing to give you an honest trade value and make a deal on the vehicle you want. I left this joke of a place and drove 30 miles to receive a deal that I feel was advantages to my self and the dealer and didn't get screwed on my trade.

Grant Davis sold me a 2022 Colorado back in 2022 and did a great job! So when I needed to buy a replacement truck in October I contacted Grant to purchase a new truck but was told that "Big AL"was my salesman? I requested a meeting with the manager Mark Oquellette he made sure thatI Grant would be my salesman. I have no need for Big A's involvement in the future please.I feel Mr Davis did a fantastic job of answering any questions or being avilable when needed. I would recomend Grant to my friends and will continue to use Davis Moore in the future because of his attention to detail and positive attitude.

Ordered some sidesteps for my Colorado from GM and had them delivered and installed here. Having never done something like this before, I stopped in at the dealer and started in the Service Dept. to discover the process. I talked with 3 different people who were all very helpful and got everything set up. The appointment took less time than anticipated.

This vehicle purchase was like no other one I've experienced in the past. It was my first purchase at Davis-Moore and I must say that every single person I met with thought the transaction made me feel like not only were they looking out for my best interest they assured me that if at any time there was something wrong, they would make it right. I genuinely believe that to be true.

I have been very impressed with my experiences with the service department at Davis Moore Chevrolet. Matt and the service advisors are top notch and keep you informed throughout the process. It is impressive when you pull in and they immediately greet you and start vacuuming your car. I really appreciate the respect they show and they do excellent work.

Don t appreciate the fact that they tried to charge me more for an filter. They first quoted me a price, then said sorry but since you have a 2500 HD it costs more than the one for a 1500. That s funny since they take the exact same filter. Needless to say I said never mind I ll replace it myself.

I arrived 20 minutes early to my appointment - they were able to get my truck in pretty quickly - the waiting area was spotless - it took well over an hour for the service to be completed - office manager -extremely rude "old on a minute boss" was the quote

The oil change was fine. However, we were told we needed new tires and provided a WRITTEN QUOTE for the tires. When we said we wanted to move forward (on the same day we received the quote), we were then told that the price was actually HIGHER than the written quote. After further discussion, it became clear they knew the price was wrong when they gave us the quote, but made no attempt to call that out or correct it. When I raised the issue to the service manager, he passed me on to another person who basically said that they knew it was wrong, but its not their fault - it's GM's fault. What else are they lying about?!?
