Went in looking for another Chevy to own. They had just what I needed, wanted and some! Financing situation went very smoothly and I was out the door the same day with my new car! I am now the 3rd member of the family to purchase a vehicle with them. 4th is in process. Pleased to do business with them & would definitely recommend D&T Auto Plaza to anyone I know

1st off, every time you walk into this building, it smells like Marijuana. Definitely not somewhere you want to bring your kids with you. This I can forgive, though. No big deal. Especially since they were friendly and seemed at first to be good people. 2nd, they sold us a car that didn't have a working air conditioner, promised to fix it, but we still had to take it back twice to get it fixed properly. Even after this, the car was leaking something from underneath and was not driving like it should. It took them 3 months to even send us the title for registration, which is absolutely ridiculous, and our 60-day tag had already expired. Then, 2 days after we received the title for registration, and even though we made all the payments on time, they still came and repossessed it at 1am for absolutely no reason at all. So now we're just out all the money we spent on that car, and we're out a car. All because they wanted to pull some shady and dishonest stuff. This place is shady as hell, and I will be reporting them to the BBB and anyone else who will help me to get them shut down. I don't recommend ever going there for a car or anything else. They are dishonest crooks. Do not go to these people unless you enjoy being stolen from, lied to, and cheated.

I didn t even buy a car from them! My child bought the car from them and his experience was so bad I have to complain about it! He had several mechanical issues with his car that should not have been. Some of these things should have been basic things done prior to selling a car like brakes, etc. Anyways he had to take the vehicle in several times for an issue and leave his car days at a time and the issue still was not resolved! So unprofessional and not respectful of people s time. I will tell anyone NOT to come here.

One thing about them they are about their word! Taytum was excellent and very knowledgeable about the vehicles he has in stock. 10/10 BEST DEALER IN KANSAS!!!!!!!

Man these guys are amazing took the time to understand what I needed and went the extra mile to do it I can't speak for everyone and completely understand everyone's experience is different but I have zero complaints truly blessed to meet such a great team would definitely refer friends and family to D&T Auto Plaza.

Super good experience buying with them. Put me in the best car available for my budget, and were willing to work with me to fix some small issues with the car before we finished the deal. Would definitely buy from them again.

Professional and straightforward. Made my car buying experience a positive one in comparison to local dealers who seem to just be after a quick buck. Would recommend to anyone in the market for a reliable and honest car buying experience. It s a father/Son Duo who just mesh perfectly. The dad was professional and very informative over the phone. Upon arrival, the son took over and just took the experience to another level.

Went to several dealerships over the last week and all of the employees and facilities seemed like slums. It was a breath of fresh air meeting up with these guys. I ll be back for my next car soon!

If I could give these guys 10 + stars I would they truly do go above and beyond for their customers. I was so nervous to finance a car but tayton and Anthony reassured me talked me thru everything even when I kept asking the same questions over and over they made the entire experience so fast and easy i was turned down at a lot of Carlots in the past but they did everything to get me approved and help me find the perfect car for myself with the best warranty s in town they aren t just my car salesmen I consider them friends now and any car going forward I will buy from them everyone at d&t is just amazing and will help you as much as possible they truly care so if your looking for a new car please go to d&t you will not regret it they have A1 customer service and you can truly trust them they are genuine good people who have big hearts!!!

I highly recommend D&T auto they are FANTASTIC!!! I needed a car on short notice and they helped me find one that fits my needs and the financing was extremely easy. They are GOOD people. D&T are truly there to serve you, and stay with you through your entire car experience. Do yourself a favor and check them out you won t be disappointed!

Definitely regret buying a car here, 20 minutes off the lot the check engine light and oil light came on. Took it back to get fixed and an oil change neither happened. Has a coolant leak and windshield wiper fluid never worked. Listing of the car was incorrect as well

The service was great! It was legit and they sat there and listen to my needs and wants made sure I got off wit a great car for a great price! And even told me to come back and they will fix any concerns I have. I will definitely be working with them on my next purchase for sure!

If you want great customer service, and someone that isn t just trying to get you into a car and push you along I suggest D&T my experience here was amazing. Super friendly and helped me picked out the best car at the most affordable price hands down will tell everyone about this place! They are not like other dealers they actually care and will work with you!

Tayton made everything so effortlessly for me, he got me in&out, and made sure he did everything he could to make sure I was taken care of. Not like any other dealership out here he took the time out to find something I was comfortable with. I will never go to another dealership to find a vehicle

I recommend d&t auto! To buy a car, they have really nice cars and affordable, they work with you and try to make everything possible for you, tayton and his dad really nice person's to work with and patient, if your looking for a nice car and affordable go see tayton and he's dad!!
