This is not going to be your typical review. So get your favorite drink, your comfy chair, a snack, and get ready.A month ago I was in an accident. I'm sure the other driver thought he could make the turn and get through the light, but unfortunately he was wrong. So due to no fault of my own my truck was in trouble. Now like everyone else I absolutely love my vehicle. Thank goodness unlike most other people, my truck is linked to my late father-in-law. My father-in-law helped buy me that truck. He unfortunately passed away 2 years later. There were few things that he and I bonded over. That truck was a huge topic. As a matter of fact, he bought almost the exact same truck the year he passed. We had a lot of time to sit and compare and laugh and talk about our vehicles. Now every time I look at the truck I'm reminded of all our good times.The insurance of the vehicle I hit sent me an email and told me my truck looked totaled. With that email, I sat down and cried. They were going to take my truck and treat it like a piece of junk just to try to save some money. I was extremely distraught. When the adjuster finally called they told me to choose a place to try and get it fixed. I looked at all the places here in town and came to the conclusion that 1 had the best chances of making it look like the accident never happened. When presented to the adjuster, they agreed, it wasn't totalled and it was indeed fixable.ENTER CRASH CHAMPIONS...From the moment I walked in I was treated like I was extremely important. They were so nice and supportive. They curbed my fears and let me know they understood the meaning of the truck to me. I was contacted everyday giving me updates on the truck. Letting me know they found all the things that need repair, ordered all the parts, and on and on. I was never left in the dark. Every SINGLE question was answered immediately. I never wondered it worried about my vehicle. I knew it was being cared for the entire time.I know what you're thinking. "Yea, but you had insurance paying for your vehicle." That's true, however, the total to put my truck back to better than new, was surprisingly small. Unfortunately I'm not able to say the exact charge, but let's just say the average person could pay it no problem. They replaced everything that was broken and then some. They got all the codes handled and made sure my truck drove straight as an arrow. They did all of this and more and did it in under a week! I would like to take this time to say thank you. You knew how much my truck meant to me and you brought it back to me looking better than ever.The best part folks, for as long as I own my truck their work is 100% guaranteed...

Had my car repaired here after a wreck. They did a great job, was very fast, communicated often, and great customer service! Would definitely recommend them to anyone else needing repairs.

Would not recommend taking vehicle there. They had my truck for repairs called me and said the decal was on back order and if I picked up my truck they would have it next week and would take 5 minutes to put on. I picked up truck and they begged for all 10s on a review even though they still needed to get me a part. I held off on review glad i did. 3 weeks later I called asking if decal was in because I never received a call. They told me parts people had switched out and it was not ordered. He said it would be two days to get it and that he would call me when it s in. The next week no call. So I did the review that they wanted at that time and expressed my disappointment. Then next day they try to call me. I had already got the decal myself at this point and paid them for one in insurance claim. Once they get paid they don t keep their word they got their money already. Do not waste your time go somewhere elseServices: Painting, Body & Trim

They tried to steal this car from my friend and claimed it as totaled said it was taken apart to the insurance agency. They were gonna sell it.

10/10 would not recommend.Two words: chop shop. Totalled my car for a damaged rear quarter panel and right tail light, and started to pull her for parts before finding out we were retaining ownership. Gutted my backseat, tore apart my rear passenger door, took off the emblem, took the left tail light, lost bolts, ect. They tried to charge us $500 to put the parts in the back of the car. Absolutely disgusted.

My car came back, looking like new inside and out. They were very professional, super courteous, and their work was perfection. I couldn t get off work to pick it up so they brought it to me. I had cleaned it up a little before I took it in and when I got it back, I was pleasantly surprised to find it immaculate. And the bodywork was fabulous. It really did look brand new. They handled all the insurance and I can t imagine a better experience.

Worst experiences I have ever had in trying to fix my car. I had them fix my 2020 Dodge Charger V8 Hemi after an accident. They didn t fix everything they were supposed to fix. They also tried to sneak in a generic wheel well cover that didn t fit correctly without telling me. They also made me pay for the tow after they told me they would cover it after a tire blew that they had just replaced. They nickel and dime you and have horrible customer service. I recommend going anywhere else.

It is never a fun time to have to take your vehicle in for body damage repair, but Crash Champions definitely makes it better. They are very professional, timely and their work is very good. We have had to bring in two different vehicles after they were hit in a parking lot and the work was exceptional. They gave a quote the same day I brought it in and we were able to get right on the schedule. Can't say enough good things. I would definitely recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

Crash Champions did an excellent repair after my car had "crash" with a deer. My vehicle was returned like new. The technician kept me informed on the process. I appreciate that they did not require my car in the shop while parts were on order. I was called in once the parts had arrived. I liked that process. When I shopped around this was the only place who took my call on a Saturday. Great place for busy people! Highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

From start to finish, everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. I needed some paint and damage repair to one of my fender flares. David gave me a very accurate estimate and explained labor, parts, etc., before any work was done. The fender flare was able to be removed and repaired/painted in the shop, which allowed me to keep my own vehicle and avoid a rental until the work was completed. They did have an issue matching the original paint color, but addressed the situation in a timely and professional manner and the final paint color and service was great! And they back up their work with a lifetime warranty! Overall, I'm very satisfied with the quality of work and services of the entire staff and crew.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Our car was absolutely beautiful again she looked brand new and they are very thorough so we knew that everything was fixed right and they got her all done & ready to come home which was nice to have our car back in a timely manner and I love their daily text updating us on the progress of the repairs we really liked not having to feel like we were bothering someone by calling to check on how things are going

Dawn and Scott were fabulous to work with, they were very kind, courteous and professional. I was treated with so much respect. The repair on my car looks fantastic, I am pleased with how it looks. I was assured before I left the body shop that if I feel unhappy about anything to please let them know and they will take of it. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. This is a good company to do business with.

I could not be more pleased with work that was done on my vehicle. However, I am mostly extremely impressed with the wonderful people at All Angles. They treated me so well from the minute I stepped in the door. They were professional & courteous & kept me up-to-date on what was going on with my Jeep. I did not know anything about them before taking my car there but I will definitely go back to them for future repairs.

I recommend this specific body shop location to anyone needing Body work done on any of your vehicles. Let me start off by how simple it was to set up an appointment to drop off my car. Scott was super friendly, helpful, and personable! He was the person who took care of me but it didn't stop there. All the staff is super friendly and very attentive, while he was busy others took over with ease and I felt comfortable at all times. Now onto the work done on my car. The work is impeccable and my car looks great again! It took approximately a week to get completely done and they did everything on their end to get it done quick but but the right way. There were some delays that were out of their control (getting the new Bumper delivered) but once they had everything they needed the work was done and it was outstanding. I give this place 5 stars for everything all around a solid body shop. Check them out guys!

They made everything pretty hands off for me. Great customer service and they communicated with me on what was going on continuously. They handled the rental car pickup and dropoff at their site making things very convenient for me. They even went the extra mile washing the exterior and vacuuming/wiping down the interior. They buffed the fog from my headlights at a very reasonable fee and they look great. They even gave me a small amount of leftover paint for touch ups later on. Overall it was a great customer experience. Definitely recommend.

Bennett was super helpful. I used this place to repair my jeep after a collision and he made the process very easy, told me everything that was going to happen and what to expect, and made sure to update me on everything. I recieved my jeep back a few days earlier than expected too. I would recommend this place and will be using them again in the future if needed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I chose ALL ANGLES Because I was impressed with their website from the beginning. So, I decided to go in for a visit, an was even more impressed with the vibe I recieved upon arrival. This place is awesome. They were so very nice an inviting. Special shout out to Scott, he went above an beyond to make sure my car was on point. (Your a special gem Scott) I would highly recommend everyone take their car here, because they don't DISAPPOINT. My car looks brand New. They did such an amazing job! My car got hit while parked and they worked with my insurance to get the damage repaired and blended the paint so well you can't even tell which panel was replaced (My car is off white, finding the right color paint is impossible). It looks so good and I would definitely go back to them if I needed anything else done on my vehicle.

Someone backed in to my car and I was recommended here from the insurance company. (I used the west street location). Very professional! Kept me updated from day one on everything. The paint matched perfectly and I ve never seen my car this beautiful. Even the day I bought it! Scott was wonderful! So professional very efficient and they were done with my vehicle allot faster than I thought it would take. The other staff was so inviting and knowledgeable as well! I will definitely refer friends and family heck even strangers to go to Scott at All Angles! Let me tell you Scott and everybody up there are at all angles were professional Super nice and made me feel like I was part of their family and did an awesome and fantastic job with my black widow pick up truck. I couldn't have asked for a better auto body shop they always kept me up-to-date and informed and went out of their way to make sure that my truck just as it was when it was brand new I'm telling you these folks are were you always need to bring your vehicle. Thank you so very much for taking care of my truck.

The customer service at All Angles Collision was amazingly wonderful. They restored my car to its original state. The negative experience of the car accident was completely turned around for me by the great people and skilled quick work they did for my car. Loved the text notifications every couple days so I always knew the status of the work. Hope I never have another accident but if I do they are the only place I would turn to for repairs.

Scott was so professional and charming. Him and his team did a great job fixing my car and had it done in about a day. I even dropped my car off early and they called and had the rental dropped off within ten minutes. This place catered to me and made it so easy. I had body work done at all angles, I could not be more impressed with the professionalism of their staff and the depth of their knowledge concerning my they worked well with my insurance companies and kept me well informed also. When I picked up my car they reviewed the repair with me and I was overwhelmed by the quality of the work that they did. Working with All Angles was a breeze! There were wonderful about updating me along the process. Not only did they keep me updated, but they also went out of there way to communicate with the insurance while I was at work and also caring for my sick mother who was hospitalized at the time of repair. David was awesome and had so much empathy! Everyone I worked with, no matter the situation or circumstances were great to me. If I need services from All Angles Collision Repair again, I will definitely go back to them. I have no reason to consider anywhere else after the fantastic customer service, speedy repair, and excellent work to my car. I'm even impressed with the costs of the repairs.
