BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESSThe business (if you can call it that) should be shut down immediately. The owner partakes in scamming and fraudulent activity preying on people for money who are already in a financial crisis. This dealership sold one of my family members a faulty car, 4 months ago for $10K, entirely overpriced for a high interest rate and high payment knowing full well the car was faulty and had a salvage title on it (as he later mentioned) with a 30 day warranty. The car recently broke down not even being six months with new driver and needed a bunch fixes. After taking it back to the dealer to get the car fixed, the owner of dealership claims he fixed it but yet the vehicle will not even dive off the lot the owner the proceeds to say there is nothing he can do but they must pay for the $250 in addition to the other problems with the vehicle. My family member financed the vehicle through the owner and still owes about $7k on this piece of garbage! This owner knew the kind of car he was selling and knew what he was doing selling them a car they could only use for a couple months, allowing them to finance through him, take a few thousand on a car that s not even worth $1500 and turn around and scam someone else with this same ploy!BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMER!

GOOD LUCK this is the worst place ever I am 22 years old and I work hard for everything I own or buy , they are very rude and very unprofessional , they talk to you like your a kid and belittle you , I bought a car Feb 19th , I brought it back February 23rd , soon as I pulled off the lot the engine light came on , he blocked my number and I have multiple videos and pictures he refuses to give me my money back and don t let me start on the big wig wife I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAY TF AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE , I m going to small claims court and I will be finding me a new vehicle I m Gods child can t nobody play w me Bald Head .

I purchased a car from this place and the owner was very responsive in communication. The terms of the sale were articulated very clearly. The office staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I've never worked with such unprofessional people in my life. They don't hold up their end of the bargain and they talk to you like you below them or like you're their kids!!! I would never recommend anyone to deal with them. They tell you to call then never answer the phones, you can just tell that no one here is educated on running a business or how to deal with customers!

CUSTOMER BEWARE! Those reviews are not lying!I have never been so relieved to be done with this place... They do not care for their customers. They will blatantly disrespect you and disregard your concerns to avoid giving you the good service you deserve. Times are already hard for mostly everyone.. PLEASE do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this place! Buy all the parts and build the car yourself before you deal with these people. You've been warned.

First let me start by saying I have not and would not purchase a car from here. I went to pay a car note for someone else. I needed to know what type of radiator was needed for the car and they would not tell me, because my name was not on the account even though I told them the type of car that was purchased. The Vin number pulled up two types of radiators.The level of unprofessionalism is unheard of. It s so unfortunate especially when their Black. I had to go out to Kia to get the radiator information for the person. I would not advise anyone to purchase a car from this dealership.

When all is said and done I would never trust a single person working there. With my situation as it was when they had my car they dented it, tore apart the interior going thru my things and ran my battery down to nothing. Had to jump start it to return it. They took no responsibilities for what happened at the shop. Mak blew so much smoke I almost floated away. I told him about the concerns and he honestly just told me to bring it in there shop so the ones that did it can look at it. Sent him pictures and was just told to leave him alone. BBB has been notified and I have allowed 2 weeks for him to even respond. Guess what- nothing. So, that's there score.. Nothing.Come to find out this business is not a BBB accredited business. I still left my complaint-As Mak told me- business is business..

**Beware** the reviews are 100, this has to be the most unprofessional place as they come. Nothing but trouble from these people & I couldn't believe how they tried to speak to my wife (key word was tried).

Hella unprofessional. . I can't wait to pay this car off so I won't have to deal with them EVER AGAIN.FUTURE CUSTOMERS , DONT DO IT ! UNLESS U JUST PAY ALL THE WAY OUT .. AND EVEN GET YOUR CARS CHECKED. 50/50 MESSING WITH THEM

We went there to buy a car at first it was all good except they didn't wanna hackle with the price much but that was not the issue we came to an agreement with sales tax an all the other stuff included in the price we agreed on an shook hands on then while doing paper work up the man over Hurd my wife an daughter talking about the loan an the amount when I was outside an told my wife there was an additional fee for all the stuff we already agreed on my wife has not been around car dealership much said ok wrote out the check an when I went back in an seen it I immediately was pissed an started agruing with the man he at first tried saying he didn't shake my hand on a price that went on for 30 min then trying to be the bigger person I thought ok he misunderstood an is wrong so I came up to 3000 bucks out the door he still wouldn't do that with him being wrong my wife paid 3210 bucks after we agreed on 2800 out the door an he also told me that he had less than 1000 in the car I know they gotta make money to but where I come from when you shake a man's hand an agree a price all in cluded that's what it should be I will not refer any one there I don't recommend any one going there the man is not from this country an if you don't understand something then he should have never shaken my hand I hope folks read this an pass it on thx for everyone's time reading this bad review
