CARSTAR west did a great job with my car. I was in Dallas when my Lexus was hit. I looked up places to take it in and CARSTAR came up I gave them a call and they got in me in quick. Very helpful team. And my car looks great.

The people at CARSTAR are incredible. Their communication was top-tier and unmatched by anyone I ve ever had to work with. I would highly recommend using them for anything related to your vehicle as they get things done in a timely manner and if there are any delays you will know immediately. Great group of people there!!

I can t say enough good things about this company. They kept me up to date with the status of my repair, the work that was done looked beautiful and my car (inside and out) hasn t been that clean in a long time!! Since my insurance company works directly with this body shop, I was able to leave my rental car at Carstar when I picked up my car which was a huge convenience to not have to return it myself.I truly appreciate companies like this that care about their customers. I highly recommend this company.

CarStar is the best from the staff and quality of service and they went over and beyond to figure out an electrical issues I was having! My vehicle looks absolutely amazing inside and out can t even tell I was in an accident. Hands down recommend them and will use them again I. Carstar was so great from start to finish! After hitting a deer, my grand Caravan needed extensive front end body work. They kept us updated and she looks like brand new. Not to mention, I'm positive it's cleaner than the way it went in. Highly recommend!

Service was good. I needed a ride home after dropping it off. They were able to get me home. Had a chatty driver that shared more about Carstar than I think Carstar would want me to know... And my color did not match as well as I hoped. I had to have the hood redone a couple years ago and the body shop the automotive place chose matched the color spot on. My front bumper was done here and you can just tell a difference in the paint color. I didn't want to fight about it and decided to not say anything. They just gave me the keys. They didn't go out with me and inspect it. I own that being my fault for not saying something though. But great customer service would have been walking me out there to look at it with me.

Getting into a car accident, whether major or minor, is a stressful experience. Therefore, having a business that cares about its customers is essential when looking for a place to get your car repaired. I have never been in an accident before, so I have nothing to compare my experience with Carstar CSW to. They're a fairly recognizable brand, so it's easy to just look on the surface and see just another big company that goes for quantity over quality. But my experience speaks otherwise. This company really cares about their customers.My experience played out like this:I got in contact with Carstar West shortly after my accident. They were already in both my insurance network and the insurance network of the person who caused my accident. They were able to fit me in on the same day that I got confirmation from the other party's insurance.From the moment I stepped inside their location on West Kellogg, I felt taken care of. Their amazing receptionist arranged a rental for me and explained everything I would need to know (Not much. They take care of basically everything.) From there, I left my car with them, and I would get periodic phone calls from Eric, one of their mechanics. When it came time to pick my car up, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had managed to perfectly match the paint job, and they had cleaned the entire interior of the car. For all intents and purposes, it was like the car had never been in an accident. My final worry, returning the rental, was a complete non-issue. They take care of driving the rental back to the company and making sure everything is in order.After driving my car home, I noticed that the lever on the driver's side seat was extremely loose. Eric, their mechanic, was more than willing to help me with my issue, and he tightened the screws free of charge. I couldn't be more grateful to Carstar West for the amazing job they did, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of car repair.

Easily 5 stars! They arranged towing of my wrecked car and I had the information I needed for insurance the same day. They also helped me pull my amp from the car since it was totalled.

I absolutely love this shop. The customer service was amazing the communication was great. My car is my baby and they took such great care of her and kept me in the loop on everything. I am so glad they were involved in this process and helped me get my beautiful baby back to perfection!! Kaitlyn was amazing!! Jordan was amazing and all the techs and guys in the shop! I really appreciate the people that helped me. I bought my car last fall and realized this spring I had a leak in my roof. They told me no problem that they could help me. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning and had it back on Wednesday. Fast friendly service. I will go back if I ever have the need for their help.

Called up Eric and explained that I needed to get the car back fairly quickly. Really empathized with my tough couple months. I really appreciated that extra concern. He really tried to get it in quickly. Communication was great and he made sure that he called for my opinion and to run things by me first. When we got the car back it looked amazing. Awesome job! The back part of my rear view mirror fell off because I accidentally hit the side of the house. I called and the receptionist was super nice. I came in right away, they took a look at it and the guy popped it back and fixed it with no charge. I was outta there in five minutes. Highly recommend!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This place was the greatest! I m not gonna lie...I was a bit leery on taking my car there because the place is not that beautiful. I was treated wonderfully, though. The receptionist was personable & very helpful. She made all of my rental car arrangements, made sure that I had everything out of my car, double checked thatmy tires had enough air in them, & the list goes on & on. A gentleman that works in the back was also great @ answering questions. When I picked my car up it was spotless inside & out. The service was so wonderful it kind of makes me want to get in more wrecks. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

5 star experience! I highly recommend Carstar on West Kellogg to anyone in need of body collision work. Eric and Carrie helped me on two different occasions repairing my daughters car back to like new condition! I was most impressed with the communication during the process as they gave me updates when vehicle was going through different phases to be ready. They re team also took care of the insurance company through the process and had loaner car for me when I arrived. The car was cleaned and fabulous when I arrived to pick it up. Received excellent service from this location from the time I received the quote, to the time I picked up my car! They literally walked me through the insurance company red tape, the rental car, and kept me up to date on the status of my car. The body and paint work wasflawless!
