I called a lot of places in Wichita to see if they would come help me with my flat tire, and all of them were too busy and kept sending me to different places. When I called Bud Roat s the lady told me she didn t have anyone available at the moment, but instead of sending me away to another business they gave a time estimate of when somebody could be out to help me! They were at my location much sooner than expected! Dude was super nice and very fast! Overall great customer service and super kind employees! Will definitely use again in the future!

Do not recommend this company! Was told by two different people that it would be $95 for my tow. When the driver got here, he told me a different price and charged for mileage since it was technically outside of Wichita even though it is a Wichita address of where they picked up. Talked to management and she admitted it was her fault and still made me pay the higher amount. Do not recommend at all!

Called the dispatch and they had a truck nearby. A couple hours later they arrived, loaded and left. Car was dropped off safely to the mechanic. I've used 1 other place in the past, a pretty popular place, and I'll never use them again. I'll only call Bud Roat from now on.

I've used this tow company so many times in the last 6 months that they know my name! hahaha but there's a reason I keep coming back! super understanding and professional in all areas from dispatch to towtruck drivers. have had absolutely no issues with Bud Roat Towing, they're the absolute best at what they do. Drivers always communicate by calling when they're about 20 minutes out to give me a heads up and they keep me posted on everything that's happening. I never *want* to need a tow, but when I do need a tow, I always want to call Bud Roat!

My door lock broke leaving me locked out of my car and they were able to be out in 10-15min. Gave me a price of $65 which seemed average and got me taken care of. They were fast, courteous and focused on helping the customer. Thanks again!

Had a bad blow out during busy hours on 135. Bud Roats was the 4th company I called and only one to answer the phone and take care of me. With in 30 min had my tow show up and headed to be dropped at the shop. Driver was great and very much appreciated them being there seeing how it was 110 degrees outside. Thank you for the great experience in a terrible situation.

My family and I were broke down on the high of the highway, they had great speedy service. Not only did they go above and beyond with the tow, they had Hertz rental car pick up my family and I from where we broke down and made sure they could get us a one way rental car to make it back home. This is definitely more than a business to them, they make you feel just like family. Thank you for going above and beyond for us!Service: Car towing

The staff here is very polite and eager to help. I was involved in an accident and my vehicle was towed here temporarily. These guys helped me get my belongings out from the car and updated me on the process. The parking in front of the office would be somewhat difficult during the busy hours.

Thank you to the sweet gentleman that towed my mini van yesterday. My special needs daughter was losing her mind, very upset at being stalled out. You were so patient to wait for my husband to arrive to get us. Your kind words and patience did not go unnoticed. You helped make a bad experience way more bearable. Oh, and you got there in like 10 minutes flat, I was shocked! God bless you and keep spreading the kindness!!

In town visiting Wichita, KS and these guys were very helpful getting our e bike with a flat to a local bike shop for a quick fix. The wait time was only 15 minutes, loading and unloading of the bikes was quick and easy. Customer service was great. Only thing is I wish they would let us have an option for tipping with our card payment as we didn t have cash on us due to us being on our bikes. I would definitely recommend their towing services, very helpful and knowledgeable people.

HUGE shout out to Jay! We were traveling from Louisiana to Idaho when our trailer axle went out on I35. He was prompt and knew his stuff and got our trailer safely hauled out of there for us when other tow companies didn't want to take on the challenge. I've worked with this company twice now, and it's been absolutely wonderful. From the person who answers the phone to the person who does the towing, it's been perfection. I simply can't say enough good things about them. If you ever need a tow, do yourself a favor and choose this company. You won't regret it.

I did not get the gentlemans name who came out to jump and/or tow my car but he was so helpful. It ended up being loose battery cables. I am thankful as we had just arrived at the doctor's office when I couldn't get it started to roll up the window and lock it. He arrived way quicker than Geico estimated. Thank you again sir!!!! You were very helpful, nice, and had a great attitude!!!

Driver was super nice and communicated with me before arriving to confirm where I was. He arrived almost an hour before the estimated time - ETA was given to me by my insurance when I ordered the tow. I had to change the original drop off address and he was happy to comply. Very nice and fast.

be careful, one of their drivers was inches away from causing an accident on the highway. then stayed me by going less than 40 miles on the highway when i tried to get the plate number. seriously this guy nearly caused an accident and then was to scared to own up to it. definitely going to issue a formal complaint with US DOT

My truck broke down in the left lane of Kellogg. The kind lady on the phone helped calm me down and sent a truck my way. The driver got there in less than 10 minutes and had my truck on the back in less that 2. I expected to pay out the rear but it only cost me 80 bucks to get it all the way across wichita. I will recommend Bud Roats all day everyday after my experience.

This guy saved our weekend. My car died in a parking lot at 6pm on a Friday and I thought all my plans were out the window. I tried jumping the car by myself and had no success, I thought my car was done for. Fortunately Bud Roat s Towing came down and got my car up and running within minutes. Wait time was better than outstanding. 15 mins to arrive and 2 mins to fix and explain to me what went wrong. I got my car back home after that.I had two small children with me and wait time is very important to me. He was a friendly guy and genuinely concerned with our safety and getting us all on the road again. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company and they will be the first I call if I m ever in a rut again. Thank you so much for helping me!! I hope everyone uses this company. Beyond excellent service, wish I could give 10 stars. AMAZING!

The technician was already on a call when I called.he loaded the car on on his tow truck then drove to my aide. I had a flat and was unable to remove the lug nuts. He mad short work of replacing my tire.

My insurance called Bud's for my towing service. The business text me directly and when I needed to call and request a scheduled time they answered and were accommodating. Both the customer service and the driver were great. The driver took care of my car and let me hover help lol. He was on time , had communication and very respectful of my car.

They were dispatched for my road side assistance. I was told an hour and they were able to respond within 15 minutes. Josh was my driver and he was very friendly and professional. I would use their service again

Lost my clutch today. My insurance sent Bud Roat. Told me it might be about an hour. I called dispatch to see when they might be there as I was also trying to get to the rental car place before they closed. Dispatch said he had a guy nearby and that he should be there in less than half an hour. I was skeptical because I've never waited less than an hour and a half for a tow. Amazingly, less than twenty minutes later, the tow truck showed up. He took extreme care in loading my car, even adding wood blocks to the front tires to make sure the front bumper didn't scratch the asphalt. Had the car up and ready to go in about fifteen minutes and we were on the way. Awesome response time. Awesome care for my car. Most impressive experience I have ever had with a towing company. Much appreciated Thank you!

My insurance went through this company to come pick up my car. I was contacted immediately through them and the driver was very accommodating. He had a great attitude and we very kind and knowledgeable. Would 100% suggest this company to anyone.

Insurance sent them to me. The guy was about 15 minutes late, and they did not call to warn me which would have been nice. Otherwise, however, it was a pleasant experience (as pleasant as a tow can be, at least). The driver was friendly and easy going. He wasn't creepy or unsettling like other drivers from other businesses my insurance has sent. I wouldn't call them if I was in a hurry but they were very nice.

I cannot say enough about of how great of an experience we had today with our tow service. My car was being extremely difficult and the 2 gentleman that helped were so polite and great to work with. I know it was a stressful job but they took care of it and still had smiles on their faces. I'm very grateful for their help in getting my car where it needed to go. The service they provided made this issue much less stressful than it could have been. Thanks to you both!

I just want to give a shout out to Bud Roat Towing! I have used this company several times and they are always fast and friendly! I want to give a special shout out to Teri, the dispatcher! My daughter locked her keys in her car at Dillon s with bags full of groceries and she had her 11 month old baby with her and it s hot outside. My estimated time for the truck to arrive was over an hour. I called the office and told Teri the situation and asked if it could be any sooner. She got a truck to her within 15 minutes! Thank you so much! I appreciate you, the driver and Bud Roat!
