Do NOT recommend this place. Not only did they NOT balance my tires so my vehicle shook violently but also when I left they forgot to put on some of my lug nuts and did not tighten the rest of my lug nuts. When I went back to correct this the owner tried to make me feel like an idiot and said "that is the first thing I teach my guys" and then proceeded to tell the guys to "grab the gun used to make sure it was a one time thing" and "not an issue with the gun." And proceeded to tighten all my lug nuts but again said they never left them loose in the first place.Then my fiance had 6 tires mounted there and they mounted 2 of the tires BACKWARDS making the tread rotate the wrong direction. Thankfully he caught it before placing them on our truck.Brown's used to be good but now they are making huge mistakes that could cost someone their life.

Today my wife called me in tears, she s 80 miles from home and has a flat. Call AAA who never showed up, but our Kansas Highway Patrol stopped, put her spare on and got her going again of course on a limited travel spare . Driving an Q7 Audi, so not a normal size trying to find one yielded a quote of $350 per tire . I called Browns, they had two used tires with decent tread. She was impressed with how nice everyone was and how fast she was on her way to a funeral in Oklahoma. I can t say how appreciative I am for them saving the day!

As a single mom I need to trust where I send my kids and we all take our cars to Browns! They are the best and so honest super fast and very fair! I recommend browns to anyone who needs tires.

Took my wheel in on a flat, they changed it, I payed what was owed and left. I put the tire on the very next day and was on the highway IN THE SNOW and next thing I know I hear a loud scraping noise. I immediately pull over to see what happened. The tire was completely off the rim.I take it back the next business day and I let them know what happened. They look at my tire and come back to tell me I have a cracked rim and need to get it fixed so they can put another tire on. Again I brought in the tire alone by itself on flat due to a nail puncture.The guy who PUT THE TIRE ON HIMSELF tells me that the person who put the tire on must ve made a mistake and put the tire on a cracked wheel l. I proceed to tell him that HE was the one to service my tire. He goes on to say that I brought the rim in already cracked and he tried to fix it when I initially came in.The guy and the manager went straight to defense instead of listening to the facts. The guy who ruined my tire proceeds to LIE and say he told me there was a crack in my tire when I came the first time. Who in their right mind would tell them to put the tire on anyway???? I spoke to the owner the next day and got the same exact results.So now I m out of $65 and am still on a boot. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!! Go somewhere where they care about their customers. 0 stars

I've never encountered such care and kindness when fixing things on my car. Every employee from ownership all the way to the gentleman that did my repair was so very helpful. If you find yourself with a flat, this should be your very first place to call.

My wheel was cracked so I took it 2b replaced by browns tire. I went to Browns tire because I was told it was a good place. The company I got my new wheel from told me that if i give them my old wheel back, they could use the core and would give me $150. I called browns tire and sent my son to pick the wheel up. I sent the wheel back only to find out Browns tire didnt give me my wheel back, they gave me a Chrysler wheel.I called Browns tire only to be told they didn't give me the wrong wheel. I went to Browns tire and spoke to the manager Emmery, he started gaslighting, telling me he's not going to help with my attitude, i told him, its not him personally but im upset abt wut happened. He kept being rude, NEVER even checked to see if they gave me the wrong wheel. He was being so aggressive that my son stepped in. Then Emmery started saying he had a black belt in karate (i guess threatening me). The real manager Tammy came, they looked and low and behold, they had my wheel. I didnt get an apology, I didnt get refunded for the wrong wheel they initially gave me that i shipped... What i did get was gaslighted and made to be the problem, instead of the business trying to work with an unsatisfied customer... I think they intentionally kept my wheel. If I could get $150 for returning it, im sure the wheel was worth more.

Needed tires switched out and mounted on my son s car. Very reasonable and friendly. Would go there again. Son plans to for future tire buying.

Less then 48 hours after I got tires from them the tire is from 2001 wish I would have seen it before they sold it to me . it could have killed me they don't care about customers they just want to get theirs I won't use them again and I suggest if you want to stay alive don't use them either.

They don't mess around here! I only came in for a tire patch but everybody was polite, the service was QUICK (from walking in to driving off, about 15 minutes), and it was a great value. An excellent experience and I'll definitely come back for any future tire needs.

I bought a tire here because mine is discontinued most places and this was one of the few places that had it. A few weeks later took my car to have the oil changed at another place and they told me the tread depth is 1/32 and the tire is AT LEAST 8-10 years old. A waste of money, and CLEARLY they don t care about the well being of their customers if it puts money in their pockets.

Never have I had a bad time at Browns. Sometimes I might have a bit of a wait but I always plan for that. I've been using Browns for about 20 years and the employees are always courteous, prompt, and answers questions as needed. Unless I have no choice, I'll be using them for a long time to come.I recommend them to others often. Thanks, Browns Tires, for keeping me rolling through life.

I always go to Brown's! Great service and done quickly. I've been going since 2008 and I'll continue to go. The owner and staff are always kind and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Great place to get used tires that are not too expensive, ($45) they are very friendly and very fast two tires put on front of my car in and out in under 30 minutes. Did have an issue next day with one tire took it in no problem from them very courteous issue was resolved (free) and was back on road in fifteen minutes highly recommend wonderful staff!

Because I have been fortunate to get my first set of Tires from Mrs. Brown , when I purchased my first car , 1965 Oldsmobile Starfire.I know I have always received the best price and service.I guarantee you will be treated as Family also.I think I have bought tires for about 9 vehicles now.

Super helpful when we were trying to find tires that would actually fit our sixty year old camper! Very fast and friendly service, very reasonable prices, and they actually took the time to listen to what we were trying to do, unlike the much bigger outfit up the street. I've been back several times now and have never been disappointed!

Huge shout out to Browns for getting our wheels and tires on the car. Their technicians are very quick, polite, and knowledgeable. We were greeted immediately and only had about a 5 minute wait before we could pull into a bay. 10/10 would recommend.

I showed up @ 3pm on a Saturday afternoon just before closing time & asked if they had time to repair a tire on my truck. Instead of saying no & they were about to close, these gentlemen jumped right in & got my truck back on the road within 30 minutes. And only $10 for a top quality tire repair? I ll definitely be bringing my tires here for repairs from now on. They ve been in this location for a long time, I ve just never had to find a tire repair shop in the early afternoon on a Saturday these guys saved my day!

Very pleasant very polite employees. We had new tires put on new rims and old tire's and rims had to be broke down and change out air sensors and went to mount new tires and rims on our pickup and the lug nuts wouldn't fit and the company went clear out of there way to find in town the correct lug nuts and put Us back on the road and we're very speedy and prices were very reasonable. Was very happy with the place of business, but I'd done business there before also, so I new what to more or less to expect.

Browns is awesome! I've always gone here for tire repair and replacement and always will. It's always super affordable and I can always trust these guys to take care of me and never try to get extra money off of me. They will go out of their way to even go to another location to get the tires I need. Highly recommend!

Always super helpful, I've had very good experiences with all the staff every time I've visited, they've never treated me with anything but the upmost respect. As a female, I always dread going into any place that has to do with a vehicle, staff at other places has attempted to swindle me, assuming I knew nothing about cars... these guys have always treated me very well, never tried to sell me anything I didn't need, have great prices, & awesome staff. I will keep going back to them because they are awesome :)
