My insurance wouldn't cover a by-pap machine so I had to purchase one on my own. I went to Broadway Medical because I thought they had the best reputation. I was very wrong. They were more than happy to take my money ($2,500) but now that the machine is malfunctioning they don't want to help at all. They very rudely referred me back to the manufacturer and want a fee to send it in for me. I'm extremely disappointed in them and wouldn't ever use them again. I don't recommend you do either.

I had an urgent situation trying to prepare for my wife before she came home from the hospital after surgery due to an accident. Staff members Nate and Misty really worked well with me and took extra steps to fully satisfy my urgent needs. Excellent!

I gave a 5 star. Don't know if it was deserved.I am getting my first oxygen and have nothing but problemsI wish themployes would tell the customer about the machine but don't I have had someone at my house everyday and things still don't work correctly Wish someone would help me ASAP but

I have been trying to get Broadway Home to interact with my insurance company for partial coverage. The insurance company has also contacted them. Once it was a two-party call. No resolution. Will post an update. This has been since April 2022.They just called and stated they are giving a partial refund and will issue a check.Update: I received the check.

I would like to thank Broadway Medical for the great service they offer. The equipment we needed always arrived very quickly and the service was absolutely the best. I want to let the company know that the two young gentlemen that came and picked up all the equipment were very professional, but also caring, and comforting to me for my loss. They worked with great care and timing. Please make sure John and Alex know that I appreciate them! Myself and my family want to thank you all for the service you offer because of it I was able to let my cousin pass at home and not a nursing home and that meant the world to me.

If I could give them less stars I would. I purchased a set of braces for my Carpal Tunnel on my lunch break at 1:32 pm 9/19/23 at the Hillside location, and found they were uncomfortable in the web part of both hands. In past yrs I have done plenty of trade with them both retail & with a prescription & no problems. That ENDED TODAY. I called about 3:33pm9/19/23, & originally spoke to I believe Sabrina who passed me on to Kyle who was firm in his resolve even though I could not return to the store before closing due to my schedule. I was more than willing to even take a credit instead of being out almost $50 as they do not take back brace products for ANY reason. He claimed he even spoke to the sales person who claimed that she did not recall the full drawn out conversation about how I would need a large for my right hand & Med for my left. Which by the way I discovered later she sold me two mediums. I was is such disbelief I told him I would be sure to pass this experience to my coworkers so their clients wouldn t be treated like this & his reply was we cancel the majority of orders from your company because of lack of response. To keep it professional I told him to have a good day & hung up. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE if you may have to return ANY items they DO NOT take back. I will contacting my CC company to get my money back as these items did not work as advertised!!! If they are painful they are NOT working properly ***UPDATE***Returns are not allowed on Braces and such for hygienic reasons but you are allowed to try them on in the store?? Aren t you still putting the brace on your body? And wearing it? Broadway please explain how that policy makes sense.

Just lost a lot of money because my December order didn't get placed in December before the HSA deadline - they just called me TODAY to tell me. Order previous to this one was overcharged by almost $300 which took 3 phone calls / unreturned messages and finally an in-person visit to get fixed. Been going here for several years but the last year or so has been terrible. Will not be back.

We purchased a new scooter Sept2021 we had nothing but trouble so BM did replace it with another new scooter but we had the same trouble. July 15 we took scooter back to store and it s still there Nov 27 2023. The saddest part about this whole ordeal is when I ask to borrow one of there rental scooters for a trip and we were told no we could rent one.

Today I had my yearly checkup on equipment looked at and a young gentleman named Alex was the tech that was sent to my home. I would like to write a review of letting you guys know how very well-mannered, hard-working, and respectful he is. He is definitely a hand I would want to keep. You don't find that now days. Thank you for sending him to my home and making sure what I need in life was taken care of and understand everything your company has to offer. It shows with whom you have for your employees as well. Definitely recognize him and please let him know that I thank him. Thank you again for everything you guys do for me and my health.

Below poor customer service. I ordered a $343.95 joystick on 09/25/2023. On 10/10/2023 I called to check the status of the order. I was told that work order # 2389 could not be found and the service tech was on vacation. If I could give this "business" a minus -10 I would. The incompetence is incomprehensable.

I was born in raised in The wichita area. I became a nurse and got to be VERY familiar with home medical supply places. But I ve moved to Alabama for my husbands job. I have muscular dystrophy & rheumatoid arthritis which requires home medical supplies to help life be easier. My Momma is also still in Wichita and her health isn t great. Even though I m VERY FAR FROM KANSAS I still order everything through Broadway Home Medicaid Website. The site is easy, the prices are doable, I can send stuff for my mom to help her and put my mind at ease slightly. I ve never ever had a problem with their products, shopping, anything! Plus I ve searched multiple medical supply stores online and the selections Broadway offers is by far the best! If you re in the Wichita area USE THEM! If you re not ORDER FROM THEM!

A-1 Excellent techs Luke and Nate, They did very good work on my Power Lift chair, Works like brand New, they where here Promptly and Maintained good ethics and workmanship. Hopefully this chair does not malfunction again but if for some reason it does I can rest peacefully knowing that these good Techs will be here to repair it. WTG Broadway Home Medical

I had to go there to get a CPAP and Leanna helped me. She was AMAZING and extremely helpful and patient. She answered all my many questions and never got irritated. I had a very positive experience.
