Bought a 2011 chevy silverado from your "super" car guys 2 saturdays ago, come Monday morning you could tell all their bandaids didn't last the 72 hours...wouldn't start, headlights, taillights, tag lights wouldn't work even with new bulbs...heh then the real kicker, pulled the transmission dipstick and the tube came out with the dipstick because of how rusted the transmission was...HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, even with your South location store manager, he wouldn't rent me a car then sent me home in an Uber an hour after I said I had to be back to Winfield to pick up my kids, now 2 weeks later my down-payment is still not returned

I bought a car from them and thought this was a great place. But turns out I was wrong. First my rear defrost wasn't working which they said they would fix but it still doesn't work. Then my sway bar broke and they wanted me to pay to fix it. So I asked the GM well what does my warranty that I am paying for cover and they said electrical (never said anything about a deductible). My car is having electrical problems and now they want me to pay them money to fix something that is under warranty. Cause now after a few months of having the car it all of a sudden has a deductible. They just want money from people. I stopped referring friends and co-workers to them. They have a sign that says they don't want unhappy customers, well they got them because they are ripping people off. I was told I get a free oil change too but never seen that either.

I needed a new car so I called Brandon Steven Motors and talked to Travis Richardson I told him the amount of money I wanted to spend and what I wanted in my new car. He called me back the same-day and told me what they had in my price range and what I was looking for in a car. When I told him which car I was interested in the most I asked him if he could send me a picture of the car before I loaded kids up and came in. He sent me not just one, but over five pictures of the car both inside and out! When I went in to do the paperwork he was very patient with me and my kids and answered all the questions I had. After I signed my loan agreement he even put my 60 day tag on my new car for me and asked me if there was anything else he could do. I love my new car I can't believe I've had it for almost two months now! Brandon Steven Motors has good salesmen and financial managers I have already recommended friends and family!

If you want a better car buying experience then don't go to these guys!I did my research before going to search for a new car but was hassled when I went the 'Eddy's' aka Brandon Steven's dealerships. Their salesmen were pushy and they didn't show me what I wanted to see! Add to that the incessant calls, texts, and emails I now get, I wish I would have gone to other dealerships first.I suggest trying Davis Moore or Scholfields first. They're more professional and their owners aren't as sketchy.

Their pre-owned vehicle inventory is by far the cleanest in town. The detailers make them look NEW! The salesmen are a little goofy looking but great to deal with.

Awesome sales staff! Really bend over backwards to get me the price I wanted on my trade in. Everyone should check out Eddy's Chevrolet and any of their other stores and body shops!!
