I ve had a great experience the few times I ve had to take my car here. The people working there always explain things simply and clearly, and they do great work. They ve never tried to take advantage of me, as plenty of shops have tried in the past, and I know I can trust them with my car. Definitely recommend to anyone trying to find a good local european shop in wichita.

We were hesitant to choose a specialist for our BMW, but very satisfied we went to BMER TECH SPECIALISTS AUTOMOTIVE Shayla welcomed us and set our appointment and Luis engaged with the diagnostic results. Pricing was and is reasonable and the atmosphere was great. The technicians on hand diligently worked and our BMER was completed within the time frame given. Luis shared with us his many years at Joe Self and Bavarian Automotive which provided his experience with BMER's and European engines. Shayla facilitates in the office and conducts business with customers breaking the language barrier with speaking Spanish for over a decade. This team is dynamic and we look forward to conducting business with BMER TECH SPECIALISTS AUTOMOTIVE.

I have brought my 08' 550i in to BMER tech three. On each visit , They were able to get me in that day or next. They stick to their word, honest mechanics. They went the extra mile and fixed my hanging fog light :) . Did an amazing job on my valve cover gasket, car is 50% quieter! I definitely recommend them to anyone that needs their BMW looked at!Service: Electrical

If you have a BMW and don't want to be paying dealer prices, these guys are for you. I've been using them for many years and they're just great. The pricing is fair, their knowledge is expert. And they're so nice. And that's nice.

Very professional! You can trust them with your BMW. There are a very small group of shops that have the knowledge to work on these cars, BMER TECH is no doubt one of them. After wasting thousands of dollars in labor and just throwing parts at the car at another local shop they were still scratching there head, because they dont understand and they dont have the proper tools, and when I say tools I mean Software. You have to be able to run the dealer software. Lesson learned. BMER TECH is my go to shop!!Thanks again!!!

Luis and Shayla run a fantastic shop. The best takeaway from my experience with BMER Tech is that they made me feel 100% confident about the car I was considering buying: a 2015 320i. I requested a Pre-purchase Inspection, and they were able to look at the car same-day. Every phone call was professional and friendly. After the inspection was finished, Shayla and Luis spoke with me in person about the results. They weren't distracted, and gave me their full attention while I asked very specific questions about this model in particular, and BMWs in general. I received thorough explanations for everything, and Luis made sure I didn't have any lingering questions. They even typed up a work order for me with their findings, including the brake pad width and tire tread depth measurements. Their pricing is up front, and they're not at all pushy about recommended service. I did end up buying the car, and several thousands of miles later, it's still completely reliable. If and when any issues occur, I won't hesitate to return to BMER Tech. They are patient, knowledgeable, and attentive to the details. Don't just take my word for it. There's a reason that every single one of their customer reviews is positive.

I love Bmer Tech, they are honest, trustworthy and reasonably priced. I recently brought my car in thinking my rear brakes needed replaced and instructed them to do so. When i picked up the car i was surprised to learn that my rear brakes were fine but my front needed replaced. how many shops would have done the rear brakes and then tell you your front brakes needed work also? Their prices are also very reasonable. they specialize in BMW and know what they are doing. Why pay high dealer prices?

Absolute professionals at bmer tech. They properly diagnosed the issues. Their communication was above and beyond and I appreciate that they were able to fix my car so quickly. Their pricing was unbeatable and my car will no longer go to any other shops.

Exceptional customer service and response. I unexpectedly needed to stop at the service center when my convertible top did not want to go up or down...I made it to the service department and they quickly got me in, assessed the issue, kept me informed and managed to get the top down. Even though my car was purchased and received while stationed in Germany, they were able to load up my service records and update the system in order to ensure all was accurate and appropriate. It was a positive experience and I look forward to bringing my car in for a more 'predictable' service.

My husband and I came here with transmission problems about 6 months ago, after another mechanic had put in a faulty transmission 2 months prior. Since then, Luis and his wife, Shayla, have been simply amazing. He was able to find the problem (which was that the whole transmission needed replacing) right away, and only charged half the price of the last "mechanic." He got it fixed in a very timely manner, too. We had to come back with another issue about 2 months later, and he fixed it up no problem. Our CV joint also needed replacing, but we were going to wait to fix it. But when our car was about to break down due to the CV joint, he said he would fix it the next week. They are such kind hearted people, and so great with everything they do. Luis is a WONDERFUL mechanic, he does everything correctly everytime. Bmer tech will always be our mechanic. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their car fixed. They will treat you right, give outstanding service and at a great price.

Sheila was friendly, and and awesome. They were upfront with me on the price and called me when they found something else that needed replaced. Quick turnaround and my x1 runs great. From my experience they are a fair and honest repair shop I would trust any future repairs with.

Great people that work here! Seriously, awesome owners! They got us in quickly and took care of us quickly. Two reasons for only three stars. 1. The engine wasn't inspected upon delivery. It was signed for, and inspected later which meant nothing could be done for the damage that was found. 2. I found missing fasteners in places that I would really like found and put in. Overall, great experience and we will be back in the unfortunate event that we have to.

Luis and Shayla are amazing people. They model the essence of true customer service, professionalism, and honesty. We dropped off our BMER in the morning, and within a couples received a phone call with a quote and expected completion time. OMG, when we picked up our BMER at the designed time there were no surprises or excuses. To my fellow BMER and other luxury car owners, stop paying high prices, or waiting 2 weeks until you can get an appointment. Go to BMER TECH AUTOMOTIVE. Luis and Shayla has earned life time customers.

Amazing place! I will never take my car to the local BMW dealership again and put up with their outrageous prices and bad attitudes. Luis and Shayla deliver on such great service! I called them Monday, they had me in Tuesday, replaced the starter, picked it up Wednesday. Excellent value and very personal touch by talking through everything with the owner. Thanks for the great deal!

Finally!! There's a BMW shop in Wichita that:- schedules appointments- diagnoses well- does quality work- charges reasonable prices- is friendly and informative- stands behind their workIf you own a BMW in the Wichita area there's simply no reason to go anywhere else. Luis and Shayla are great to work with and extremely helpful.

Although Shayla was very friendly and honest, there were too many errors done for me to consider going back. First a hose was left loose when my fuel pump was replaced which caused the gas to overflow while I was pumping, even though the tank wasn t full. Then they put the bad fuel pump back in the car to run some diagnostics (this is what I was told) and forgot to replace it with the new fuel pump. I had to go back twice in addition to my initial visit to get these issues addressed which was inconvenient and frustrating.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Awesome experience and very knowledgeable. There isn't an issue they cant fix, bmw or not. They do it all, even the tough jobs the other guys don't want to mess with. Rates are also very reasonable compared to other shops!

!!! Waste of time and Money . I had my vehicle there for three weeks and it NEVER made it inside the building because the whole time the garage doors didn t work.
