Took my new car into have a performance exhaust installed. Everything seemed ok until I started the car and it had a check engine light. The did not connected back the active exhaust actuators. I went back and they lost the brackets that hold the actuators. They then zip tied my actuators to the bumper! Check engine light stayed on because of the missing brackets. Then after more inspection they did an awful job welding and botched my exhaust together. I also saw where they cut into my diffuser. I tried to knock some of the chunky weld off and paint over to hide some of it. Pictures do not due justice to how bad it looks on a new car. On top of that the employee that installed my exhaust had an attitude. This shop used to be decent but has recently went down hill. I will never go back.

Excellent group of people here. Went in because I needed my exhaust modified and my dad had said they did a good job on his exhaust a long time ago. Still doing good work today. Took my exhaust piece in the day before so they could get a look at it and they made me a appt for the next day. Showed up, got the work done, and was outta there in no time. Their guys were even generous enough to help me push the car back onto the trailer. Overall great business experience and will be back for more

Man these guys had me in and out. Within an hour. My wife is happy cause the flex pipe was finally fixed our her Ford Flex and is much quieter. Also it was lower than the price quoted. You have exhaust issues give them a call.

Excellent shop. Have had a couple muffler jobs done by them over the past few years and they always do a great job. Fair people and quality work. Would recommend them to anyone.

Nice down to earth people. Put a Magnaflow 22 muffler to replace factory muffler on my 23 Silverado. Staff was friendly and work was pretty quick and the finished product was great. Truck sounds awesome and even though I paid 50 bucks more than expected I am happy with the overall experience. This muffler doesn t make the truck louder but does give it a deep rich tone compared to stock. Exactly what I wanted.

Honest is what the advertising says I had my cats cut off my truck in the middle of the night, fortunately for me I had another truck that I had removed the exhaust from.I took the y pipe, cats, mufflers and sensors there as they said they would put them on for me with no problem.I went and picked up my truck and they put the cats in the wrong place and kept everything else!They never even put the sensors and wires on my truck that I provided, my light on the dash was off for about 2 seconds , the young guy had just plugged his computer in to make it go off right before I left and like I said before the light came back on as soon as I drove out of the driveway!I did not go back to confront them as I was very frustrated.I do feel it was nice of them to use my own parts but disappointed that they stole most of the parts I brought them and would not recommend them to anyone because of their dishonesty in keeping my parts that were to be installed on my truck.Dishonesty is there motto as far as there work on my truck !The nice lady at the counter asked if I wanted a receipt, she said since we used your parts we wouldn t need to give me one.I paid cash and it went in someone s wallet I m guessing! That s why there is no trace of me being there.

Hard working honest people that take pride in their work at reasonable prices.Many places will only replace your exhaust system and I expected the same but they recommended a $50 weld and did it immediately even though I was a walk in customer. I was dreading the alternative of leaving my car for days collecting door dings on an overcrowded lot which is the norm. These guys are pros. So glad I was referred here by another automotive shop.Service: Exhaust

I have been using this place for over 20 years, I have Always had quality service in a timely manner at a reasonable rate. Most recently I had a full exhaust put on my hot rod. Rocky, the owner, told me it would be done on Thursday of that week when I dropped it off on Monday. Low and behold he called me before noon on Wednesday and told my car was ready for pickup! I've had a few trucks in here for new exhaust, I've always been happy with the results. All of my trucks are pretty simple older trucks & I'd had a hard time finding a place to just put regular quiet exhaust w/o a bunch of bells, whistles, gimmicks & chrome fart pipe tips & a stupid price to match. I've seen hot rods, sports cars & race cars come out w/spiffy looking/sounding exhaust so apparently they do that too, it's just nice to find a place that'll do regular budget jobs too.

I had Bill s take a look at the exhaust on my Dodge Dakota this afternoon. It had worked its way loose and I was worried it could come off. They had the truck fixed in under 10 minutes, and the best part, they didn t charge a penny. I offered to pay, but they said the repair was so quick that there was no need to pay. I was dumbfounded but extremely grateful. They ll most definitely be doing all my exhaust work from now on!!Service: Exhaust

My muffler broke loose from my catalytic convertor. They were able to get me in that day and repair it for only $53. (took 20 minutes) I would recommend them to anyone.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Best muffler shop in town!!! Highly recommend!Whether it's stock replacement/repairs or custom work, they do great work at very a reasonable price.Rocky is very knowledgeable and great customer service. One of the techs, Richard, did an excellent job on my custom Flowmaster install.

After my catalytic converter was stolen from my truck, I was attempting to do the repairs myself. I was unable to get the old studs removed from where the manifold mates with the converter. I brought it to Bill s expecting (and willing) to pay $100-200 for them to remove them for me so I could complete the repairs. They quickly removed them, and even reinstalled new studs for me.Much to my surprise, they refused to charge me for their work! They said it was easy and only took 10-15 minutes. Regardless of the time it took, I feel they deserve payment, but I was very thankful to save some money on an already very expensive repair.They did great work, they were fast, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend this shop, and I will be using them again.

Only muffler shop that specializes in mufflers for an affordable price. Lifetime warranty. I've had 13 vehicles done by them and never been disappointed. They will make a custom exhaust for you to suit your needs.

Had a muffler connection issue that two other muffler shops in town said they couldn t work. Drove up, Tim and the guys immediately put the Jeep on the lift. Figured out a way to fix! They came up with a smart minor fix and they didn t even charge me! WHAT?? Give me another business you ve been too that didn t charge you for a service! Best place customer service ever! First rate exhaust shop for a fair price. My most recent experience with them was to install a muffler and create custom exhaust pipe to fit my jeep so I didn't lose suspension travel.

You charged my girlfriend almost $200 for a 15 minute weld. I could've replaced the midpipe on her car for $80!! How does this seem like a good option?? Subpar by the furthest reach of that definition!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

As a women, I don t find going to the mechanic pleasant. I m grateful for businesses like Bill s. I was quoted an amount for a catalytic converter, when I got there they said that my truck needed a more expensive converter (higher flow). I thought, Well, that s not great, but nothing to be done about it. When they rang me up, I was given the original price. I pointed it out, and they told me they stand by what they quote. I am thrilled. Just replaced all four tires and was not ready to spend more for the converter.Truck drives better. I couldn t be happier. Thanks to Rocky and his team.

Had my 20 Blazer at the dealership for a oil change and a rattle. Dealership told me I had a broken exhaust hanger but could not fix it without replacing the entire exhaust pipe. So I stopped by Bill s just to have it looked at and maybe set up an appointment. Five minutes and a couple of spot welds later I m back on the road. When I asked what I owed they said you re good, no charge . Who does that?! Great customer service. I will definitely use them again.Service: Exhaust

I own a heating and air business so my van is my life took it in for an exhaust leak on Thursday but the couldn't get me InTill Tuesday well worth the wait. The repair was made in a timely manner and the cost was much less than expected.
