Title: Exceptional Shopping Experience at AutoZone!Rating: (5/5)I recently had the pleasure of shopping at AutoZone, and I must say that my overall experience was nothing short of excellent. I was very well pleased with the service I received today. The gentleman by the name of Jeremy L was extremely polite. He made it seem as if my car problems was his own car problems and no matter what it was he was going to fix it. He made me feel that way. He sold me the battery and put it in for me. I am very pleased with the customer service I received from this gentleman. AutoZone please thank him for me.

The employees at this store are amazing. I went in because multiple sensors on my Nissan were going off and they were able to hook up a tester and tell me exactly what was going on and got me the dot 3 fluid I needed to get rid of the ABS sensor light. I would definitely recommend going out of your way to come to this store!! The young lady that helped me was awesome!

I went in to replace the battery in my key fob, but I had trouble accessing it, even though the female employee couldn't have been nicer or more willing to help. I decided to go to the dealership to prevent myself from breaking the case. The female AutoZone employee midday on Nov. 2, at Oliver & Lincoln, Wichita, KS, was exceptionally kind. I wish I'd written down her name so I could brag more about her great customer service skills.

I have been at AutoZone customer for 20 years. Usually, we're greeted with helpful associates. Our experience this time, however, was a-typical. My battery died at my son's cross country meet just down the street from the AutoZone at Oliver and Lincoln. I was able to get a jump from a friend and we drove it to the store. However, during the jumping process, I got quite a bit of battery discharge on my hands. After purchasing the battery and all the equipment that I needed, I asked the store clerk if I could clean my hands from all the battery acid. I was informed that the restroom is not open to the public. I tried to build my case of not being just general public since I had just spent $200 for merchandise there, but again was met with disdain and the strict store policy. She did send me down the street to the local bookstore who was kind enough to let me wash my hands. While I can certainly appreciate store policies, I would challenge the management of this AutoZone to at time see their customers as people, and be willing to conform store policy to meet the basic needs of another fellow human. AutoZone, you're still my go-to store, but I know you're much better than the experience I had today!

The evening manager was really helpful and had good customer service. The other employees there were also very nice and was as helpful as they could be within their means at work. I spoke with one younger girl and she was a little rude but could just be how she is you never know. Overall nice people recommend this location.

Simon at AutoZone deserves a much needed raise. He was kind and professional. He changed my headlight for me. Wonderful man who is probably undervalued as an employee. He saved my night. Thank you so much AutoZone and Simon

I just wanted to let people know how bad of an experience me & my wife had coming to this location, unfortunately they were the only one who had what we needed in stock. A sales manager named Cassandra is who we dealt with, she was very rude as soon as she found out we needed a battery and started checked proceeded to roll her eyes and make faces and be rude as if she didn't know it's a apart of her job description. Once we found out they were both bad we needed to look up which ones were in stock for vehicle and again she proceeded to be very rude roll her eyes and make snarl comments on how long it is gonna take out of her time. She wasn't going to give us our core discount for bringing in both starter and battery trade in so had to ask for her to take that off as well. I genuinely just feel like some people shouldn't work face to face with people and honestly don't know how she even became a sales manager in the first place. Please re think who you are hiring and the kind of customer service and experience they are giving because they are the face of your store. Very disappointed and will not be going back.

Usually AutoZone is my go to place for parts.. buuut.. lately when I've called the store near us on West 21st St, they've told me that only the Lincoln/Oliver store had a universal CV boot for our particular vehicle. So, when I arrive on the opposite side of town from where we live (I took their word for it) they notify me "We don't have that part" I JUST called! So, I go home and look elsewhere, and can't find the CV boot needed and decide to order the complete CV axle from AutoZone. This time they notify me, "The Tyler and Kellogg and Lincoln & Oliver both have it "for $76.99" (I immediately write it down as always) Well, thinking ahead this time and not wanting to go completely across town unnecessarily, waste my time and with gas prices as they are, I call 1st to the Tyler & Kellogg store to verify they have it. "We don't have it" Only Lincoln and Oliver. So I call them "Yessir we do have it, for $109.99... AGAIN, I JUST called.. Are Prices all mixed up, or the employees, both? My time is valuable to me, the employees are getting paid, I don't get paid to run around town and waste my time and effort. Maybe some have money to burn & time to waste, but like most people, I don't like that! Don't take their word for it, save yourself a lot of hassle and the run around I got.. Call directly to verify part availability and cost. I like shopping local, but unfortunately, I ordered online from Rockauto for less than half the price which "included" shipping..

Had an alternator that failed. Had purchased it in November from Autozone on line. The Lincoln and Oliver store had 1 in stock. Took the old one in and they verified it was bad and replaced it. This store was well staffed and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

I have used them a couple times through the years because they are close. I walked in today. Someone had broken into my wife's SUV last night and stole 6 relays out of the fuse box. There was a woman behind the desk that stated there would be no way for them to be able to know the exact parts unless I looked them all up myself on my own time. She was standing right by one of the terminals there that will tell you every single part to every single vehicle that has ever been made. I am very confused as to what she thinks their role is at an auto parts store. I literally went across the street to O'Reilly Auto Parts and the guy behind the counter was so happy to do his job for me I wanted to tip him.

I have no idea what to make of this place. Staff are generally attentive. The manager, I'm not sure - Damond, perhaps, is oddly serene. I've been in twice in the last week and he doesn't listen. Sure, I'm telling him (not really, a staff member while he observes) a story he's heard a million times. i get that. But he doesn't acknowledge me or provide any commentary while his staff attempt to solve my issue. The whole time, though, I noticed he had plenty of time to make jokes and chat with his team. Never looked me in the eye once. Here's a customer service hint - tell them what you are doing while they stand there looking awkwardly at nothing.

Cass and Tiffany helped me find both the part I needed and when we noticed it was not the correct length Cass figured out which parts I would need to fit. I started my day off horribly but after their knowledge and help its gotten so much better

Niki needs education on customer service. Not only did she tell me to use the diagnostic machine my self. Then she told me that it did not say what it said on the machine. She then consistently moved registers with no communication. Then acted annoyed that I did not follow by hollering over over to me in a snotty tone that I m over here, come here . She was rude to my handicap mother outside when she finally decided to do the job she should have done in the first place. Told my mother that she had to provide proof of insurance card that she could take inside because she didn t feel like writing down the vin from the door. I could go on but I won t. I highly suggest you look at the video and talk to her peers at the store about the behaviors she has. She also made a smart remark to one of her peers in front of me because he didn t hit the exit on the computer. Horrible representation of your company

I went in for my husband looking for a breaker bar, and I went to another store. The first store I went to was Pawnee and Meridian, the girl, Audrey that helped me was nice but then sent me to a store where they didn t have the item I was looking for. I drive to this location where Kat was patient with me and helped me out so much. She could tell I was getting stressed with having my kids with me. She helped me so much; she is such a sweetheart. She is the best. Definitely will be returning especially for her. I told my husband about what had happened today with Audrey, and he didn t dare to go there. He went to Kat to help him with the old alternator. Definitely will be returning.

He was so kind, and very jovial, worked with us to make sure our battery issue was solved. If I could give more stars I would, and 10000% recommended him. Overall store was supper positive

Purchased two calipers with one being bad. Went back to purchase new caliper, store manager sold me wrong part even though I told him the part number. Returned wrong part and got the right one. All was good until I returned the bad part. I was not given the initial core charge refund on the bad part, just part price. Had to go back and get the refund on the core charge. I had to make three extra trips due to store errors. Do better.

09/28/22 I just walked out of the 910 S Oliver store in the Parklane shopping center. I was there for awhile without being asked if I needed assistance. I then stood in line without being acknowledged while associates laughed, joked and cussed with each other and friends who had shown After being continuously ignored (and they were NOT short-staffed) I left and drove over to O'Reilly's because apparently AutoZone didn't need or want my business.I could see this happening with the night crew, but 10 am? This isn't the first time I've had a bad interaction with this loud and annoying crew. But it will be the last.

So I was really disappointed with customer service here. There was supposedly only one person working in the whole store. I stood at the registers for over 20 minutes just waiting for him to count out his cash drawer. During this time and the time in which I interacted with your employee, the same announcement about picking an order was made over the intercom at least 40 times. As I was standing waiting to be helped at least 6 employees walked through, talked business with the cashier and then continued on their way without a single word to the horde of people waiting in line.Your cashier never apologies to anyone for the wait or lack of employees. He never thanked me for coming in or welcomed me. Nothing. When I walked out there was a line of at least 10 people behind me and 6 people had given up and just left.Oh and one of those people who talked to your cashier then walked away without a word or offer of assistance to anyone was a manager!! Seriously!!! How are you still in business?Follow up: The so called district manager of this store contacted me about my review. All he could offer me was lame excuse after lame excuse. There is absolutely no excuse for not cross training employees or at least training your people in courteous industry standards of Welcome, Thank You, or I apologize for the wait!!!!Update March 2022: so this is one of the only auto parts places open until 11pm so I had to return to this store. I would like to be able to tell you they did something different..... But they didn't. One guy on register, 10 people in the store needing help. A 2nd guy came out of the back, went to the counter but then spent 30 minutes there playing on the computer and ignored all the customers waiting in line at 20 minutes to closing. I asked the cashier to please assist me in putting a fluid in my auto as it's in a very odd spot. Not only did they not sell a funnel small enough to fill it, he tried to funnels, charged me for both, and after spilling over half the pint of fluid all over the engine and ground, proceeded to charge me for the pint.
