The handwritten 'No Pubic Restrooms' should have been my first sign.Great inventory and phone skills. A sales rep followed me to the battery I needed, and confirmed it was the right one. The young man had grabbed a set of felt battery terminal protectors to include with my purchase. I said no thank you. He said he would just discount them 10% for me so that would 'take care of the tax' (on them). I said no thank you again. He looked at me as if I was crazy. I walked to the front door without making a transaction. I wanted a battery, not a pushy used car salesman feeling.I went across the street to O'Reilly's where I spent $209 on a similar battery with no pushy upselling.

Dude was a douche and was treating me like idk what I was talking about just cause I m a girl.(repeated what i said but longer sentences and bigger words(man splanning))His ego was too high to be working at autozone if you know so much about vehicles and have that high of an ego go do something with it like idk a mechanic.

The second employee, I think his name was Brandon, helped us find the right thing, but the first employee, a girl with dark hair, acted like she had no clue what I was talking about when I A) asked if I could use the bathroom, and B) said we needed to check why our check engine light was on. I asked if they could see what code popped up and she grabbed the machine for it and then looked around, not knowing what to do from there. She wasn't rude or anything but she wasn't knowledgeable about the equipment or the store. Brandon was great though, and the bathrooms were clean!

The staff at this location were so incredibly helpful! Leah, Shannon, and Tony were all very kind and knowledgeable - they diagnosed the issue with our broken down car, found the right part to fix the issue, and even had a trusted mechanic come and help replace the broken part. All that, and they were kind and patient throughout to boot! We owe them quite a bit for getting us out of this very badly timed pinch, I would trust them any day of the week with their automotive know-how and customer service.

I had totally dismissed AutoZone from being done so wrong in the past. Today, Tony changed all of that! He put my faith back into this company by actually taking his time to make sure everything was running smoothly. Thank you so much, Tony, for GREAT Customer Support & Service, and being so helpful towards my needs, whether you were busy or not.

I was asked for my phone number and I said I don't have one to give. Meaning I don't have a rewards card or whatever. The "Manager" an older black guy makes a rude comment about me not knowing my phone number. Then tells me to keep it moving. If I don't want to give my phone number for rewards that is my business. Your rude and disrespectful comments were not needed. I would hate to see how you talk to your employees, if you talked to a paying customer the way you did. I will be taking my business to another location.

I pulled into the AutoZone on N 13th, near the intersection of 13th & Oliver, to add oil to my engine this evening because my low oil light popped on (due to small oil leak). I went inside and asked for a paper towel to use. Right before I started to try to add the oil to my car, one of the store workers, Marvin is his name, stepped up and assisted me, completely making sure my oil level was just perfect. He surely didn't have to, but he surely did. I can't thank him enough for helping me, because I'm just not super familiar with it all, let alone, that area of Wichita. Marvin, if you are reading this, please know you are a blessing to little people like me, thank you so much sir! Don't worry, I will get this leak fixed! 5 stars for phenomenal customer care

Tony P was AMAZING!!! Best customer experience from an auto store! Last time I came I had a horrible experience where I came with battery issues and the staff made me feel like a burden and when my car didn't they were all outside smoking and didn't offer to help, I had to call my dad, so you can imagine I did not want to come so I called and got Tony P who was informative and kind which gave me a good feeling so I went and he immediately remembered my call and helped me pick the best item I needed. Not only did I leave happy with my product, but I felt great as a customer and respected when I asked questions and needed help. And it didn't stop there.I got to my car and it wouldn't start (Deja vu) so I asked for help and he made sure to be there until my car started and was kind and informative the entire time. I'm glad I came and got Tony P. He deserves a raise!!! Treat him right bc I would be sad to see him leave any time soon.

Marvin was super helpful to me! He noticed that I was wondering around needing help and assisted me near as soon as was possible. Not only did I not have to ask for him to replace the battery in my key fob but it was done at no extra charge. Thank you again for making my day just a little easier Marvin!

I normally get good quick service at these places but here recently that has changed.Depending on when you go sometimes there will be 6 or 7 people in line with only two people working. Typical the weekends I would think are more busy and they should be better prepared.Customers should not have to wait 30 plus minutes for service. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.I only recommend because they're like a gas station, we need auto parts, but we should be using others near by if they're not staffed properly.Even if I pay a couple dollars more in drive time time and part, that will make up for time standing in line.

Marvin and all of his employees were very professional and helpful. I first went to the autozone located on north rock to get my car battery replaced and I was told that it wasn t possible. Worse service. Then I drove down to this location and was more then satisfied with the customer service. I will definitely be coming back to this location instead of the one on rock from now on.

I enjoy visiting this store as it's on the way home, however my last visit the associate didn't seem to care or want to help me. I asked where the tread depth gauge were at and she replied "I just use a penny to measure a tire and if it's under Lincolns head, I get new tires", as if to say I didn't know what I was talking about. As someone who works with cars and their tires all day long in a shop, I need the real tool for measurement and her ignorant answer nearly caused me to leave. I understand that women are often judged for not knowing anything about cars or anything relates but as a fellow woman, I was really disheartened with her words. I expect professionalism from a place I get ALL my auto needs from, like my oil, filter, fuel injector cleaner, and years of parts for my truck. The store manager was real cool and had to direct her to help me which worried me from the start. Either be welcoming to all guests or leave. We are all in business to help one another.

April 9th, 2021 my brother and I went to AutoZone for one item. My brother went and asked the assistant manager for help. Mr. Walker (assistant manager) was texting on his personal cell phone and informed my brother that we where in the right place. Not once did he put his phone up and come over to assist us. So my brother came back over to where I was and mentioned how Mr. Walker just kept texting on his phone and would not help. We found what we were looking for and went up to the front. Another associates started checking us out, but her cell phone rang and she answered it and had a whole conversation. I waited patiently for her to end the call. Now mind you the assistant manager was right there. So I asked for the regional manager number. She looked shocked and said that Mr. Walker is the assistant manager. Mr. Walker then tried to help me , but the damage was already done. I told him that I wanted the regional manager's number. He would not give me the number. Told me to go to AutoZone.com He hgabe the excuse for his behavior was because his son in Texas was shot. I showed empathy, but he told me that I know nothing about the issues of life. I told him that he might need to take off work if it's.going to get in the way of his customer service skills. He informed me that he doesn't get a covid package and taxes and that he cannot afford to take off. I did however end up with the district manager's number. The morale of the associates at this location is horrible. They do not treat the customers with respect. The district manager was very helpful. My advice is if you cannot afford to take off your customer service skills should reflect that. People have to spend money in order for your company to make money to pay you!!! Never bite the hands that feed you.

I had an issue w my headlight on a Toyota Highlander. The 2 staff members working went above and beyond to assist me. Unfortunately, due to my lack of knowledge I had to return to the store. Garrett kindly convinced me to bring my car to the store and he would take care of installing my light. He was so very kind and knowledgeable. I will drive out of my way to use this store again. Thank you!!!

I had a bad batter and the team there was extremely helpful. I believe his name was James the store manager even went as far as to stand outside in the cold and replace the battery himself. Will be returning whenever I need anything.

The vet the staff was very hospitable and we're very diligently to help me retrieve some fuses for my vehicle very respectable on cleaning place off of Pawnee and hydraulic
