These people are fun & knowledgeable! It was nice to find out the battery that I was quoted from another parts store (well over $200) wasn t needed. AZ had 1 that would work just fine for a little over $100. The best part of this is that Auto Zone gave me several options when their competitors only gave me one. Enjoy!!

Dean is the man! My car had a cylinder 2 misfire and Dean showed me how to replace it and my car has been running fine. I'm even getting better gas mileage. Thanks Dean!!!!!

Unpleasant Experience at AutoZoneI recently had a disappointing encounter with Dean at AutoZone. His condescending attitude and questioning of my ability to choose the right bulbs for my car left me frustrated. He seemed more interested in criticizing my decision-making than providing helpful assistance. Dean insisted I needed bulb grease, even after I declined, and his persistence was off-putting. To make matters worse, he openly doubted my knowledge about my own vehicle in front of his coworker. This experience made me feel disrespected and unappreciated as a customer.

I went there with a fuse problem they said we don't deal with that they even tried getting them to look up the fuse number for my headlight and they act like they didn't even want to do it they just kept looking at me like what the hell am I doing there or something I even asked if one of the guys could come out and see what the problem is if it's my fuse or light bulb and she said we don't do that next thing he knows somebody else is coming in with a battery problem and they're out there all on it I don't know why I was any different or why they didn't want to help me at one point the lady did come out to see what I was doing but not to really help I ended up having to call somebody to come help me not a very good place to go not very friendly customer service

Mike, Antonio and Dean provided me with the best customer service and experience at Autozone. I had to get my battery replaced and they were kind enough to even teach us while installing it! Super personable guys and definitely will be back as a regular customer!

Matt at the East Harry store just saved us $300 for some super simple maintenance. We JUST got this car a week ago and the check engine light came on. He pulled code for us, showed us what we needed and then showed us how to do it. Fantastic help!

I was visiting Wichita for the weekend, and my car's battery died Sunday before needing to head back home. The staff at Autozone were extremely helpful in getting a new battery selected and installed in my car in time to get home. I can't say enough nice things about these guys and highly recommend the store.

Most helpful autozone I have ever visited! Jim (the store manager) was absolutely fantastic and assisted me with testing my battery as my car previously would not start. He was not showing any charge so he tested the alternator and that checked good. instead of assuming that it was my battery, he thoroughly cleaned the battery connectors in this Wichita 108 degree heat and retested the battery. Everything checked good and he saved me money all free of charge. Anything else needed for my vehicle i will check here first as the customer service is unmatched!

We purchased a headlight bulb for our car. They installed it for us at no charge. The service was friendly, fast, professional and the young man was very kind. We will be back and we highly recommend this store. Great experience.

AutoZone in store purchases are nice, just don't order online for store delivery and expect it the same week. If you need a part right away, call and have them pull it for you. I think that they could train their counter staff a little better.

My car battery was on its last legs when I stopped by, but Jim made the experience much less stressful. In spite of a busy day with constant phone calls and requests for help from other customers, he was still incredibly helpful and courteous and offered to install my new car battery.

Jim is THE BEST. He knows how to really educate someone and make them feel comfortable walking into a place they have no idea what they are doing. Jim has alleviated the stress of car issues and his customer service skills exceed any place I ve ever been! I ve never felt more comfortable asking about things i was unsure about. I ve learned more about my car and maintaining my own car from him!

I stopped in to ask about my driver's side rear turn signal as I though a bulb had gone out. Sales rep Bishop came out and asked me to turn on left and right turn signals. He noticed that a side light on the driver's side was not lighting up. He took the burnt bulb out, we went in and got a pkg. of replacement bulbs and as soon as he put that new one in it worked perfectly!! Thank-you Bishop for your friendly and helpful service!!

The service rep, Juan Alvarez was very helpful to me when I needed a new battery. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and very friendly. He is the epitome of good customer service despite the awfully cold weather to be out changing the battery in my car!

My visits to AutoZone have been great! But a couple of days ago my wife and I had to get a new cabin air filter. Which we were having no luck due to the information in the parts book at another place had. So the AutoZone employee took our info and had the exact filter for our car. We were very pleased with his customer service! I wish I could remember his name. Thank you AutoZone for your employee! Excellent service! A+. Thank you!
